LP is taking over Enugu for sure.
My fear is make Dem no trade Enugu with OBI's Presidential petition.
If you understand politics in this country you will know what I'm saying

Politics › Re: Now That Lagos Has Become Anti-trade, Can Otti Revive Obuaku by Walai(m): 12:07pm On Jun 10, 2023
Sometimes it's better not to expose your ignorance by keeping quiet.
Your comment shows you lack basic understanding of how modern commerce works.

HenryWilliams:
Not holding brief for anyone.
The igbos exiting Lagos to site their businesses in the East would be foolhady for several reasons.
1. They'll still need to import thru Western ports and transport back East. That's revenue for Lagos and FG. cost of items will increase..
2. The target market is Lagos and SW. why site your business far away? Just to spite your noses?
3. Over competition.. if y'all move back to Alaigbo.. y'all be selling the same thing in an enclosed region not known for in house purchases. Igbos need others to buy from them.
To be honest . I'll be glad if they leave.
Others will come and take opportunity of their abscence and set up more quality supply chain distribution of goods and services.
At least the population will significantly reduce with the attendant crime reduction.
Politics › Re: TINUBU Vs PETER OBI: 9th June 2023 Live Court Updates! by Walai(m): 4:29pm On Jun 09, 2023
From my records, PDP won Kaduna, NNPP won Kano.
Does it mean the urinating machine lost all major battles and is claiming to win the war ?

garfield1:
How many did obi get there
Politics › Re: TINUBU Vs PETER OBI: 9th June 2023 Live Court Updates! by Walai(m): 4:22pm On Jun 09, 2023
Sorry I forgot, who won Kano and Kaduna again?

garfield1:
By how many votes did he win Lagos? Is winning the top three cities now a criteria for victory? What did obi score in Kano, kaduna?
Politics › Re: TINUBU Vs PETER OBI: 9th June 2023 Live Court Updates! by Walai(m): 4:04pm On Jun 09, 2023
We captured the top tree Nigerian cities
Abuja, Lagos and Port Harcourt.
Who actually lost the war ?

Politics › Electricity Bill/CNG: Imo And Abia Is The Next Economic Powerhouse by Walai(op): 2:39pm On Jun 09, 2023
With the focus on gas driven economy by the current administration for both electricity and transportation and the signing of the new electricity bill,
Imo and Abia will have no excuse not to be among the top four richest states in Nigeria.
Right now I envy Abia people, Otti will transform Aba to a real economic giant.
Dunno whether Imo will get it right this time.
Uzodinmma seems to be trying though but they need a real manager this time.
Jobs/Vacancies › Re: Fed Up With My N45k/month Job. by Walai(m): 12:54pm On Jun 09, 2023
I stopped pitying Nigerians a long time ago.
This present crop of politicians will continue this merry go round (I mean all of them irrespective of the party) while the sufferness continues
I will take Nigerians seriously when they are ready for real revolution.

Fine, let's watch as things unfold while helping the current administration to move the country forward .
Bad or good, it's the middle and low income Nigerians that will suffer if the country suffers.
I'm sure you and I don't belong to billionaire class.

Alright lets see if his dream is that big to remove a sitting president. Especially one that some of us genuinely voted for.
Politics › Re: Peter Obi Reacts As Tinubu Is Sworn-in As President Of Nigeria by Walai(m): 2:12pm On May 29, 2023
People said more than this when Ngige was sworn in as Anambra governor.
Removing a sitting governor through the court then was seen as impossible.

But great men don't give up easily like cowards.

Bbgbs23:
Move on this man.

Politics › Re: Gov Soludo Thrown Out Of VIP Section, Asked To Join The Masses.(video) by Walai(m): 12:37pm On May 29, 2023
Governors have advance protocol team that sort out things like this.
He was simply denied the VIP section a governor is supposed to be part of

Creamypie:
I think they have their sections reserved. He needed directions.
Politics › Re: Gov Soludo Thrown Out Of VIP Section, Asked To Join The Masses.(video) by Walai(m): 12:35pm On May 29, 2023
A state governor not a vip ?
Besides, his advance protocol team must have sorted it out before now.
He was simply bounced

flokii:
I believe it's normal protocol.. the DSS agent is only following instructions. If you are not on VIP list, you won't be allowed into the VIP section.
Thanks to Governor Soludo for gracing the occasion.

I said more than this on nairaland in 2015 as a high ranking Buharist then.
Calling GEJ supporters wailers.
After 8 years, the wailers are far better off than 85% of Buhari support group members.
(I know many of them)
Becareful, we've been there before, there's nothing so special about having your uncle as a President if you are not known directly to him

Let me reserve further comments anyway
Politics › Re: 2022 State GDP Estimates From World Bank by Walai(m): 9:39am On May 29, 2023
That why I don't take my outgoing gov. Ortom serious when he use Fulani herdsmen as excuse for not performing.
Despite all the media insecurity hype, south East states are still performing better than the supposedly peaceful states

PHIPEX:
With all the Unknown gunmen and sit at home nonsense, the 2 states of Anambra and Imo with highest incidence are still doing so well. Thought they said the sit at home has crumbled the Eastern economy?
Politics › Re: 2022 State GDP Estimates From World Bank by Walai(m): 9:26am On May 29, 2023
I laugh at those arguing about Imo.
A whole lot is going on silently in that state without making news.
Inland Port, huge oil and gas investments, fast growing hospitalism, state owned airport busier than so called federal airport, thriving refinery etc
I have been in and out of the state for the past 4months now
Nigerian journalists only report unknown gun men news that sells faster.
By the time Imo is done with what is going on,they will be competing with Lagos in GDP
