Irrespective of platform, higher CPU speed means faster performance besides...this is BlackBerry not iPhone that makes their latest OS perform best only on their latest model.

No BlackBerry 10 OS version is made for one hardware... all BlackBerry 10 OS variant for each hardware is optimized to showcase the best of the hardware and when OS 10.3.1 is released officially for the Z30, it will outperform the classic in every single area...even now on 10.2.1, I can tell you Z30 will kill the classic

Even the Q10 will not be put to shame by the classic once 10.3.1 is official on the q10

That Blend is draining battery!

For the first time, my Z30 battery was dropping like leaking bucket, even while using hotspot I have never experience that.

Before you jump to conclusions, your z30 is on a leaked OS so you can't assume the blend is responsible for the drain you're experiencing.

Blend is not official on ur hardware and ure running unofficial OS, that's serious recipe for strange things to happen

I have not noticed any effect on my passport battery since I got blend up

might have the same specs with Z10 and Q10 but saying it cant touch Z30 is just a bluff, u just cant compare a 2013 hardware built for 10.2 to a 2014 hardware built for 10.3.1...except the battery of the Z30, d Classic is a tad bit ahead of it..........soooooooo getting me a classic ASAP

Dual core clocked at 1.5ghz against dual core clocked at 1.7ghz and you want to start talking about model year? Forget urself guy... even the nerds have examined the classic and the verdict is that it's only meant to bring the OS4,5,6,7 &7.1 users to BlackBerry 10 and it's not meant to wow those already on BlackBerry 10 as far as hardware is concerned

10.3.1 is available on all BlackBerry 10 devices so that's a mute point

I actually believe those on legacy bbos are the ones who will love the classic and I hope they take the time to use it and feel the power of BlackBerry 10

if you're running 10.3.X, after today's launch of the classic, Blend has been activated on all BB10 devices

it can do everything faster than all the others except the passport ofcourse

besides, it has newer/recent hardware that wont be ridiculously outdated in two years compared to the others

Mehn ma q5 dey give me headache o....my twitter can't load messages or even show my timeline after installing it(i even uninstalled and installed back) also how can I load android apps on it...my software version is 10.2.1.3062

your handset is the last on the list of what could be responsible for how your apps work..... how your twitter works is a function of
1. twitter; the company
2. your data connection.
3. there's also a chance something in the app is corrupt but once you uninstall and reinstall, that should solve that problem

Your contacts won't just sync with an email out of the blues...you have to associate the old contacts on your simcard with your email address for them to sync

New contacts you add to the device are automatically attached to the email addresses you have setup on the phone unless you manually over ride the settings

Glo BIS and Airtel BIS will solve the data issue for you quite easily if that's the problem

you might want to update your OS to the very latest version so you can have the latest Android runtime which will improve the performance of the android apps you have installed

another way is to delete all the android apps and reinstall them

None that I know of. BB10 plans on all networks are expensive and give lower data volume compared to the BIS plan

You have to bear in mind that your contract is really with CBN, not your bank who's merely a representative. rates are always quoted per annum...so your 10% on the TBills is 10% per annum
