if the issue you're having is data connection, check that your apn is set to default if you're using glo BIS...so long as you can make calls with the sim, then the phone is unlocked

just checked and the price is over 200k for the passport on Jumia...are you sure you're not punking the house?

The technology world is a rapidly evolving one and new things are introduced every so often.... hardware, software, services etc. The only way your old device can keep up is if the The software engineer spend countless man hours to update the programs on your device so that your phone can continue to be relevant as the technology world becomes bigger, better and faster

i believe any problem can be resolved...i will advise you take it to the shop you bought it from...it should still be under warranty

Nope....just connect by USB and double click the autoloader...follow whatever instructions pop up and you should be fine

Just want to be sure If mtn bis unlimited will work on z3, someone said he tried it with the daily subscription of N120 and it didnt work, but it workled on lower bb

MTN and ETISALAT BIS doesnt work on BB10 devices...those two companies have deliberately blocked BB10 devices from accessing their BIS services to force you to buy expensive data like the android and iphone users

Regarding dis email thing I think I know what to do. I'll export my contacts to a vcf file and import directly to yahoo. I don't have any problem with the new phone Nos I save. They sync. It's the old contacts on the fone dat doesn't sync. The ones I have backup up to bblink

the ones you referred to as old contact...are they on the phone or the sim? whichever is the case, you can move those contacts to the webmail contact list from your phone

you can do that for a maximum 3 subs before you have to wait for a renewal on expiration

looollll, if you didn't have contacts saved anywhere, how were you expecting BB to sync what does not exist?

in BB10, once you set up your email accounts and the associated contact card for that email address (the contact on the web email e.g. Yahoo, Gmail etc) on your BB, you can then save new contact data to the email contact from your BB so that it syncs with the web

where are the old contacts saved?

hardware problem or network problem due to poor data signal are the two things that could be responsible

if its not data problem, then return it and collect a new unit if you're still within your warranty window

My Gmail not syncing my contacts properly. Only about 14 contacts are saved. I've tried and tried and it isn't working. Now I tried using my yahoo. Logged in since yesterday and up till now not a single contact has synced. What could be the problem? Is it that contacts doesn't sync on BlackBerry 10 anymore?

did you set up gmail contact on ur BB? you need to set it up separately, it doesn't come automatically when you set up email

Battery issue on Z10 is common..you should get a spare battery or keep the phone charged regularly

the email issue is probably just a break in the link...go to settings->Accounts and fix the connection issue from there

Since I started installing leaked, Na so my network start to misbehave. The blackberry sign behind my H can't last for 30 seconds with my glo on my z10. If I change location it's still themsame. In some cities like enugu I need leave it on 3g before it works fine. When I was in satellite town in lag it was something else. Only enjoy my browsing at night. But along oyibo side it works flawless.

although i quite agree leaks can be temperamental and could be partly responsible for the issues you're facing, i can tell you that the glo BIS servers are weakening under the weight of the BB10 data demand and that has made Glo BIS data unreliable...

Airtel was the first to face this situation last year because they were generous with access to their BIS servers but they were eventually forced to take steps to kick off as many BB10 and androids as possible from their network when they could no longer cope
