get another smartphone with mobile hotspotting capability...your BB10 connects to the wifi provided by that phone and you should be able to do your update

No 10.3 is not official but the leaks are available. Once you find the most recent leak version, you download it to a pc and just connect your BlackBerry to the pc. Double click the file you downloaded and the installation will start

Note that leak versions are not perfect and are not for the faint hearted so prepare yourself

10.3 is not official so you don't need wifi to install. You need a pc and a usb cable

But I am gonna miss my minion rush, brave and lane splitter games

I totally disagree with you on that...in the almost 15 months I've been using bb10 I have not been disappointed by the speed and download functionality of the browser. It is a definite fact that bb10 browser is totally reliable. I remember a few occasions where I forgot about a download and more than a week later it continued where it stopped rather than wasting my data

its not on BB World...look for the apk and download it to your phone, install it and you get access to other android apps
