Book an appointment. Then pay into the account.
Take the teller with you.

Infact, you can do electronic transfer into the account. Print the proof of payment and take along with you.

ATAS cert is prepared by the school.
Some schools are fast, some are slow.
It all depends on the school, the season and how busy the admission team folks are.

Hello, I will be applying for visa next month but will be using two different accounts. One of the accounts will be 28days like 5days before the other. Please, I hope different dates on the statement of accounts won’t affect my application. I will really appreciate your replies.
