In the past 10 years, how many houses have you built from foundation to handing keys over to the owners?

I have been wondering this too , an uncle of mine has a project which I intend conecting next to having been one of the most active members of this forum if not the most active , for like 8 years now , I've never seen one major project he completed , I mean total handing over of keys , if I could see 2 , if I could see just 2(not internet downloaded 3d pictures) , full pictures and details , I will connect him to my uncle , the project is a private university project in ondo state, which will be dream project

Please house , I want to buy a submasive pumping machine because the one in using isn't pumping water very well though it's 0.5 , now a plumber asked me to buy another one which he called the name GranPa and PaJimoh , though the name looks strange , please I want to know the best pumping machine to use because the borehole has just 8pipes and the said water isn't much in it , please I need advise and if there is any other pumping machine that can be recommended

Do not think you can be smarter than the average roadside mechanic. It will end in tears (premium) . Follow up on this job , all the parts required for this rebuild are available in the market , you can even buy what is popularly called (couple back ) which is the crankshaft and bearings removed from a functional standard engine. Replace piston rings head gasket valve seals and possibly piston them selves if worn out. Take your rebuild seriously if you want it to last.

if done properly it can last as long as in-situ, the ones you see c coming off are in the same leagues as POP coming off ceilings!

the cast in-situ concrete fascia (parapet) is preferable by me , I belief it will last longer and better and that's what I want , want to see and monitor the way each job is done myself

He’s obviously quoting for a precast parapet. A lot of homeowners have run into problems because we are looking for a builder/engineer who can speak Queens English.

I think I understand what he’s trying to do and how to handle such worker if he’s working for me. I won’t be looking for ways to only cut cost but a way to get the best out of him.
