As at today, voucher is been prepared Manually after various efforts to do so electronically failed due to a faulty work of d dissolved committee. D governor is only been patient with d commissioner of finance, but have given d commissioner a standing order to resolve d issues n effect payment quickly. Mind you Wike can never be like Ameachi.
