Kobojunkie: I didn't see this?
2. Is this some roundabout way of saying your mother deserved to receive humiliation and embarrassment from even within — the man she was married to, who was supposed to protect and safeguard her and her children from that sort of thing? You don't have to agree with my approach however, that would be my approach, not yours. I care less about yours. |

Kobojunkie: We all handle cases differently, yet your earlier suggestion was that since your mother was debased and humiliated by your father in marriage, therefore, all other women should have to and be able to endure pretty much the same shame and degradation in the name of saving a marriage? Did you see me advise other women? I am only concerned about my mom, dad and the unborn child. I have no business with your father and mother and I can't influence how you would handle yours in your home except you seek my advice. Humiliation and embarrassment doesn't kill, the effect is temporary if you are matured enough to handle it. I don't wanna care about how you would handle it and I have no advice for you on that. |

Kobojunkie: So, if your wife cheated on you and your daughters helped her keep the secret, you would also see it as them saving the marriage, abi?
2. So, if your mother had cheated on your father during that same time, and maybe she even had a child during that time, which she hid away somewhere—maybe during a time when your dad had to travel for an extended period for work or some other occasion— your father should not only be able to accept it(take a pinch) but also survive it? Would you rather have me die or go crazy because I found out that she cheated on me? What you don't know doesn't hurt you. It becomes hurtful when you get to know about it. We all handle cases differently and I have just said the manner in which I would handle it, if presented such case. Since my dad asked and pleaded with me to do that for him, he is ashamed and sad that it happened and loves my mother to the extent that he wouldn't risk the marriage. You don't have to handle it the way I would. |

Mariangeles: Imagine your mother found out eventually that not only did your dad cheat on her and betray her, you also, her son joined with your father to betray her. A woman might not survive that. She could see it as betrayal. I see it as saving the marriage. They are grown parents. They will get over it. My mother should be matured enough to take a pinch. She would survive it. |

ALTERNATEID: The only time I heard about the Minister of defense in the last two years was last week when he quickly spoke tacitly in support of Yerima and the former CNS against Wike, his colleague at the FEC. Considering the mess that insecurity has caused in the country, the minister of defense should have been fired for incompetence.
Wike on the other hand has done magic. He’s one of the best minister of this administration. In fact, he’s the best FCT Minister of all time. In addition, Wike stood up to Atiku and ensured the Fulani did not rule Nigeria for an unbroken period of 16 years. That is why they are angry and doing everything to bring him down. Your opinion is noted. However, the Minister of Defense(Abubakar) hasn't spoken about that Wike/Yerima/Former Chief of Naval Staff (CNS) matter. Except I missed it. It was the Minister of State for Defense (Matawalle) that spoke about it. |

The only problem is that she keeps abusing most of our customers and causing the public to hate our products and services because of her behaviour. Should we still keep her and loose all our customers? The decision to keep her or fire her should be based on your objective assessment of her Key Performance Indicators (KPI) and the values you place on her skill set and strengths when compared to her weaknesses. It is your choice since it is your company. Similarly, it is the choice of the President of Nigeria to keep or fire Wike or any minister, despite your sentiments. |

malali: A dossier of alleged health-records of Regina Daniels has been released to the media. These health records from Serenity Royale Hospital. It was signed by Serenity Royale Hospital in Abuja and signed by its Managing Director/Head of Clinical Services, Dr. Adekunle Adesina, covers her detoxification programme from September 9 to October 15, 2025. It indicates that Daniels tested positive for multiple psychoactive substances, including marijuana, cocaine, morphine, opiates and high levels of alcohol.
This is flagrant abuse of power and continuous law breaking by the senator Chinedu Christian Nwokolo aka Ned, he has gone from extra-judicially arresting the family members, issuing defamatory press conferences and now releasing medical records, which are protected by the law as confidential to the patient only. There is a continuous attempt by the senator to hide the fact that he married a minor evident by her International passport and he traveled with her abroad in a sexual context when she was just 17 without approval or being chaperoned by her parents.
The Nigerian senate has kept its silence while this senator continues to break one law after the other. This is the same senate that suspended a female senator (Senator Natasha Akpoti),for 6 months for disagreeing with the seating arrangement she was assigned.
Nigeria has a direct counterpart to the U.S. Health Insurance Portability and Accountability Act (HIPAA), ensuring medical data privacy and patient confidentiality protection: 1. Nigeria Data Protection Act (NDPA) 2023 — enforced by the Nigeria Data Protection Commission (NDPC). It governs how personal data (including health information) is collected, stored, and shared. 2. Nigeria Data Protection Regulation (NDPR) 2019 — the precursor to the NDPA; many hospitals and insurers still cite its standards for patient consent and data handling. 3. National Health Act (NHA) 2014, Section 26 — explicitly protects patient medical records and confidentiality; breaches can attract sanctions from the Medical and Dental Council of Nigeria (MDCN). 4. Cybercrimes (Prohibition, Prevention) Act 2015 — adds penalties for unauthorized access or data breaches in medical systems.
The MDCN (Medical and Dental council of Nigeria) has to speak up and hold the senator, the doctor who owns that hospitals and the bloggers responsible. We cannot continue to live like this. Laws if broken should be addressed immediately. The law should apply to the powerful and to the less powerful equally. This senator has no business being a senator. He cannot do all these and get away with it in Britain or any other country.
This is conduct unbecoming of a Britain Solicitor and he also needs to be reported to the solicitors regulation authority and have his licenses revoked. I will not attach the health records. But the Doctor and the Senator should be sanctioned for releasing the health records of an adult without the persons permission.
That singular act is wrong and illegal, Gross abuse of power continues to be very rampant in Tinubu's administration, the elected and appointed politicians just seem to do whatever they like as they are 100% sure there will be no repercussion.
New Update: The hospital has issued a disclaimer that they have nothing to do with the released reports and it did not emanate from them. I hope Senator Ned Nwoko is not adding forgery to his list of criminal allegations. The hospital has insisted they maintain full privacy for all records in their institution. Mr Malali or whatever you call yourself, If you want to defend Regina Daniels against Senator Ned Neoko, please sue Ned to court and leave us our of your social media drama. We have other things to worry about. What proof do you have that Ned was the one who released the document to the public? Should your Regina Daniels be doing banned drugs? Just shift please and let us be on Nairaland |

PigTormentor: This General is wrong. Wike is wrong for confronting the officer and using thise foul languages but the officer is also wrong for not obeying civilian authority. Wike is the head of civil authority in Abuja. Forget sentimental reasons or the fact that some hate Wike for other reasons but a disciplined military always let their officers know that civil authority is paramount. Why is the officer guarding landed property? Is that part of his official duty? His also claiming to know more about the land than the executive authority of Abuja. Brother, I quite appreciate your analogy. The salient question: why are Naval officers deployed to guard private properties of a retired Naval Chief and other military officers? Is that how jobless the Navy or military has become? We complain about police that is suppose to maintain public peace and security being seconded to protect certain citizens while public peace and policing is compromised. That is exactly the same situation with this Naval officers guarding a private property of a retired Navy Chief. People keep saying Wike disrespected the military, I don't understand. Who empowered and employed the military in Nigeria. I believe the military derives it's power from the Constitution and people of Nigeria. The military is to serve and protect the people, especially from external enemies, aggression and attacks. It is not the other way round that people, military should obey the law and order of the country, the Constitution and the constituted authority. Wike is an authority in Abuja being the Federal Capital Territory Minister, he has every right and authority to be at that contentious and disputed land. He has the right and authority to carry out demolition and reclaimation of the land. If anyone, including the military or retired military officers, feel aggrieved when Wike seizes their disputed land, they can approach the court for redress. The FCT administration can get the court order to demolish that facility and so be it once the court order is granted. My only issue with Wike on that matter is his utterances and professional conduct in that incident. Otherwise, he has the authority and responsibility to carry out all activities legally concerning that land. |

That land title must be properly investigated. I suspect foul play about that land. The retired Navy Chief has cases to answer. |

How true that has turned out to be!
@hotseat Donald Trump often acts like someone high on drugs. He talks without deep reasonong, without diplomacy and he can be very irrational and crass. I can categorically say he is the most unstable and un-presidential person that ever became the president of USA🇺🇸. If he truly want to strike militarily in Nigerian territory to effectively neutralize terrorists and threats in Nigeria, why make so much noise to the extent that the targets must have developed and executed escape plan. Politics › Donald Trump Threat To Nigeria Seems To Be Aimed At Political/Economic Leverage by Wallade(op): 9:47am On Nov 07, 2025 |
This is my opinion:
It has been days since he made the threats publicly on TruthSocial.
The Niger Republic government responded by improving security around their bothers with Nigeria.
Yet nothing has happened. All we have been seeing is rethorics and talks from USA president and some members of the USA Congress.
This has given time to the Fulani Terrorists, ISWAP, Boko Haram, Lakurawaba and others to plan an escape to safer regions and countries is Chad or Even Cameroon etc (neighboring countries and beyond).
The whole approach by the USA president - Donald Trump - makes me wonder if he was ever serious in the first place. Did Donald Trump make so much noise about Venezuela drug boats before he started striking boats from Venezuela, even with little or no evidence that they smuggle drugs into USA?
It makes me feel Donald Trump was only trying to create a propaganda or pressure point to force Nigerian government to table for a political or economic leverage by the USA government on Nigeria.
The approach of the USA president is shambolic in handling this terrorrism in Nigeria that he claims he wants to eliminate. Would he start the military strikes when almost all the terrorists have gone hiding or what is Donald Trump and USA's plan?
Is it not better to strike them when they least expect that when Donald Trump has prepared their minds for strikes and they have had ample time to develop contingencies and escape plans. |

We need Christian laws, to preserve the Christian values of the south, southerners are mainly Christians, hence we must have Christian laws, to preserve the faith, preserve our way of life and values as a people.
Christians must be passionate, dedicated to their religion, just like muslims are, otherwise, this great ideology that has brought so many quality missionary schools, inspired innovators, scientists and great men of our time will go into extinct.
CAN can mobilise billions, churches have money with this we can do a lot, we must start organising mass protests, picketing, to protect Christian life, values and ways.
More importantly we must have Christian laws in southern Nigeria. This will create a balance and ensure anti Christian things are outlawed in southern Nigeria. Every one just talks with reason and unreasonable understanding. How ridiculous? Anyway, 🇳🇬Nigeria has been divided in religious and ethic lines already. |
