Supremos: Like what avenue has she exhausted? Is that the justification for going on social media and tiktok to complain about official issues? She has an option to resign from the job too if all options of complaining are exhausted already. You think rape and sexual harassment allegations are minor official issues? |
Career / Re: Female Army Officer Ogunleye Ruth Cries Out For Help Over Alleged Superior Maltr by Wallade(m): 4:07pm On Jan 13 |
Supremos: You think Tiktok or social media is the best avenue to lay such complain. There are official correspondence/platforms to make such allegations. |

Religion / Re: Why Are Nigerians So Religious But Corrupt? by Wallade(m): 12:47pm On Jan 11 |
Siberia01: Corruption is an innate tendency of Nigerians, irrespective of religion or tribe. The society places more value on wealth and affluence without bothering about the source of the wealth and money. It is all about the Benjamins, Euros, Charlies and Naira. Nobody really cares about the source. Even the churches, mosques and traditional religions will celebrate you without knowing or asking about the source of wealth. 4 Likes 1 Share |

Politics / Re: YPP Gives Tinubu 48 Hours To Suspend Interior Minister, Tunji-Ojo by Wallade(m): 11:34am On Jan 10 |
forgiveness: I will be honest with you, the person that opined that it is conflict of interest is very correct. The minister, husband, is on the federal executive council that approves such contracts. He was part of the executive council meeting where the contract was approved. His wife being on the board of directors of that company implies a conflict of interest. The ideal thing is for him to prevent companies where he and his wife are directors from bidding for contracts with FGN pending his service to the nation as a minister. That is the ideal and proper thing to do. The company can do private sector business and contracts while the wife is on the board as a director of the company. |

DeLaRue: If it can be established that Tunji Ojo and his wife resigned as director of the company when he became a house of representatives member and there has been a change of directors filed with CAC. I can excuse him. Though I know that he is in that company in proxy and must have been manipulating things in favor of that company while in govt. However, he needs to distance that company from government contracts going forward. I opine that he should retain his job especially because I see corruption fighting back at him in his case. The monumental and unprecedented development of a seamless system to acquire and renew passport without having to bribe some touts and Nigerian Immigrantion staff is definitely annoying some people. None of Nigerian politicians can be certified a saint; they all have skeletons in their cupboards. 1 Like |

Romance / Re: Broken Up With My Nigerian Boyfriend by Wallade(m): 11:34am On Jan 08 |
Jackie999: Babe, let that man go forever. Don't even maintain a friendship with him so you don't get tempted to go back to the relationship. There are some other men for you out there. He is married and unwilling to let go of his marriage. If he tells you that he will divorce his wife, he must be trying to cajole or deceive you. He was your di..ck, definitely not your husband. You haven't done anything wrong, you were only being a woman in love and following your heart but it is time to stop, think deeply, terminate the unfaithful relationship and move on. Keep being a loving, beautiful and great soul. 1 Like |

motymop: I have no time to further waste with you on this topic. My position about NHF and pension is too complicated for you to understand and I get it. There is no point informing you any further. But note that life is influenced strongly by the value we add to life and wealth we are able to create for ourselves and the society. The opportunities to create wealth for ourselves are abound and readily available for smart and or hard workers in Europe, USA, Canada, Australia etc than in Nigeria where there is no equal opportunity and the politicians, elites and wealthy prefer to improve their wealth and power at the expense of the average and poor. Less I forget, the average income earning family or persons in Nigeria are gone with the 1990s. It is either you are rich or poor now in Nigeria. |

FreeStuffsNG: Did you say this: "President Buhari, he is a very upright and incorruptible Patriot"? Do you understand the grammar - upright and incorruptible? You are joking right. Buhari M. is a very corrupt man. He is extremely deceptive with his corruption. For you to come out here to defend him; that is ridiculous and tells a lot about your own character too. Define a patriot for us? Who are the patriots in Nigeria? |
Jobs/Vacancies / Re: Many Nigerians Are Not Actually Employable Like It Or Not! by Wallade(m): 8:52am On Dec 24, 2023 |
motymop: If this is true then explain why the workers are still quiting their jobs and leaving the country for better life, - "Government workers and many workers in private organizations all have pension schemes, mortgage and car loans and health insurance with an approved Nhs service providers". I have seen several managers of banks quit their jobs to Japa. I have seen oil company staff quit their jobs and japa. Car loan is still payable from your salary, in Nigeria and abroad. Health Insurance is standard practice in many countries, especially in the advanced countries (where your fellow Nigerians dey japa to reside and work) provided you have work permit in that country. Pension Schemes in Nigeria is a topic for another day. I strongly feel it is skewed in favor of government, pension fund administrators, owners of the PFAs and banks. How do you explain someone having a lot of money in pension account that he can't access in his youthful days to do business or investment considering the time value of money but can only access it after 55 years of age upon retirement. Even if the person is out of job for long(minimum of 6 months), he or she can only collect 25% of his accumulated savings once in the period before he or she becomes 55 years. Leaving government and PFA owners a pool of funds to touch anytime they wish with some justification that they are paying a cheap and ridiculous interest to the employee on the fund. Come-on. Do you wanna compare health insurance in Nigeria with health insurance in USA, Europe and Canada, for instance, don't just go there. About the earnings of Nigerians in brown collar jobs in Europe, you can't compare it with earnings in Nigeria. You should check the hour rate for employment in European countries to understand the potentials in working in the Europe, USA, Canada, Australia etc. I don't care what you think about those working and hoping to Japa. They have so many reasons to Japa; those reasons are results of the Nigerian government poor policies, management, selfishness, carelessness and failure. Guess what? The Nigerian government is perpetually in the business of failing, frustrating, punishing, eroding the value of life of the masses. I will no longer respond to you because you have a choice to stay back in Nigeria and live that life you so desire to live. Just don't discourage people that really want to Japa with your deceptive concept designed to keep them impoverished and unwealthy. They also have a choice to improve the standard of their lives and be equal or better than you and lots keeping this Nigeria down. |

motymop: Nigeria is not working for majority. How many Nigerians have that opportunity that you described in bold alphabets? Which ones are the good places; give examples? Abroad, you don't have to work in good places, you only need to work diligently and you are good for life when you return to Nigeria several years later with a reasonable savings. Stop trying to fool us. |
