Those huge ammunitions and Military aids packages worth Hundreds of Billions of dollars should just go like that since it's obvious that Ukraine can't defeat Russia, what again does Zelensky want.. this is already over and Russia won, so how will the United States recover the money they spent in Zelensky's foolish attempt of being a hero?

USA can get some offers from Ukraine with respect to businesses and trades and mineral resources but it will be on the terms of Ukraine, not USA.

Ukraine never borrowed weapons, funds and resources officially from USA.

USA should negotiate with Ukraine on the mineral resources deal, Ukraine is not saying they don't want to enter the deal or agreement but it has to be on their terms. USA is being bullish and trying to use the war as a bargaining chip to gain leverage over Ukraine and ensure Ukraine concede extraordinary advantage to USA on the mineral deals.

So, what is the Ukraine's advantage here?

The matters of Ukraine is ultimately determined by Ukrainians. Zelensky is just the President representing Ukrainians and I think he speaks for them.

The minerals and material resources are theirs and there was never an agreement abinitio that USA financial and artillery support to Ukraine were supposed to be paid for by Ukraine. It was also the USA that led Ukraine on to the war part with Russia in the first place by backing and pushing for cover from them in NATO.

The USA, under the new administration of Donald Trump, is now trying to bully and compel the Ukrainians to commit to a deal that trades off their mineral resources for little or no reward. Zelensky has a right to resist the bullish approach adopted by the Donald Trump administration.

I hope the war comes to an end soon but not with the treacherous, bullish and self centered behavior of the Trump administration.

I think Zelensky and the Ukrainians should rather take refuge and solicit support of the European Nations, not NATO(for now) and USA anymore.
