PoliticsRe: Dangote Fuel: Marketers Fear High-Priced Petrol Ahead Of Supply by wallrichy: 9:39am On Jul 02, 2024
Dangote has an oil well. OML 72, Kalaekule Well. The production is very low. Still under exploration to get a better quantity. He has it since many years ago.

Remman:
Why are our leaders so wicked in this country? They deliberately don't want anything good for their citizens. Crude oil is here in Nigeria, why not sell to Dangote so that price of fuel will automatically fall flat to N100 per litre? They kept saying our crude oil is tied to loan just because they don't want Dangote to get it from here. Our crude is tied to loan, yet our politicians own oil wells, and they even distribute crude oil across the world with their personal containers. Why can't they just give Dangote just one oil well to get crude?

This is when they should have considered subsidy for us by selling the crude to Dangote at N500 or less per barel then regulate the price of fuel to N100 per litre as simple as that especially since we're getting the oil (God's gift) freely from the ground at zero cost. I know very well that it's out of envy towards Dangote that they're doing this because Port Harcourt refinery won't import crude when it starts and let's see if the price will drop.

God help us!

If you mistakenly do that, the possibility of the gear lever jumping to Drive is very high especially when the car is still steaming. They have a solid reason which anybody in their rightful sense wouldn't go against. It should be also noted that Tinubu shouldn't continue after spending 4YRS. Tribalism apart, he committed a terrible atrocities against the Nigerian states especially the southern states while he was in exile. Nobody does all these and go Scott free. However, I thank God that some charges, grievous charges were dropped against him. Charges that everyone knows he committed by remoting a whole South easterners like zombie to go and kill, rape, behead people of other tribes. These spread all over the southern states even UpTo Lagos where IPOB dogs went to burn Lagos BRT buses......

You said it all. How do you plan for people you don't know? Corruption, Insecurity, Bad Leadership, Unpleasant business environment, lack of adequate Infrastructures, Lack of Electricity, etc.........These wahalas are too much on the neck of just one country. If Nigeria is a private company, I believe, or rather, let's say Nigeria is my company with all these troubles. I would have dissolved the company many years ago and opened departments in all our comparative advantage areas. I would not continue wasting money on growing the company again. Put up departments and get HODs responsible for your members. All the Units will be self-dependent and always ready to give accounts of your departments' tasks after a definite and mutually acceptable time. You fail in your department by not meeting up to target, you get fired and get debriefed, by investigation, etc........

DrTee1:
I empathise with the President. This job must be very tough, and a lot tougher than he knew before he hot into office to "hit the ground running from Day 1".

I however know that NO JUPITER can turn Nigeria around as Punch seems to be suggesting, as against waiting "forever" in 12 months.

We are talking about a country with such porous borders, no acceptable census figures, no dependable database of ALL citizens. How do you effectively plan for a population that YOU DO NOT KNOW?

That's the first problem. We must be realistic in our expectations. We are in a mess, but we are still the hope of SubSaharan Africa. Let's give some more time, and if it doesn't work, we vote in ideals at the next elections, regardless of political party.

To do that, to have an effective electioneering system, we need citizens data. It is why I am worried about Minister Bosun Tijani's seeming silence in office. If Bosun cannot fix this data problem, so much so that his own data is sold on the dark web for 100naira, then we are in problems of such monumental proportions than what we perceive!

olisaEze:
This is a very big fat lie that is recently being propagated by the poor excuses we have for political elites. Nigeria is not a poor country by any means. A country with large commercial quantities of gas reserves, crude oil, coal, gold, natural resources & mineral deposits, large tracts of very fertile arable lands, perfect weather and abundant human capital, can only be poor by choice and not by fate. Even with our humongous debts, this country still has the economic potential to pull at least 5 million people out of poverty each year. The combined wealth of Nigeria’s five richest men - $29.9 billion - could end extreme poverty at a national level yet 5 million face hunger. More than 112 million people are living in poverty in Nigeria, yet the country’s richest man would have to spend $1 million a day for 42 years to exhaust his fortune. And all this money was made off the Nigerian economy! Poverty and inequality in Nigeria are not due to a lack of resources, but to the ill-use, misallocation and misappropriation of resources. At the root is a culture of corruption combined with a political elite out of touch with the daily struggles of average Nigerians. They want you to believe Nigeria is a poor country, yet our lowest politicians earn far above presidents of richer nations! Ndi ala!!! cool

Here is a list of the top 10 most stressful countries in Africa

A report has revealed the top 10 most stressful countries in Africa in 2024 with Niger ranked 33rd on the continent.

In Africa, stress levels are notably high due to a combination of economic challenges, political instability, and social issues.

In a report by CEOWORLD magazine, it shared the most stressed countries globally, with several African nations ranking high on the list.

The report, which compared 211 countries and territories across four categories—work-related stress, money-related stress, family-related stress, and health- and safety-related stress—provides insights into the global mental health landscape, highlighting which countries are performing well and which need improvement.

The most stressful country in Africa, according to the report, is South Sudan, with a stress score of 45.68. Burundi follows closely with a score of 45.8, and the Central African Republic ranks next with a score of 46.07.

In 2023, the main sources of stress globally included money, the economy, and health issues, as highlighted in the CEOWORLD report.

RomanceRe: This Married Man Has Been Disturbing Her To Get Down With Her, But She's Afr.... by wallrichy: 7:05am On Jun 28, 2024
Hear the voice of a usurper, hustler, a thief. How can you enjoy the goods and you don't want the package. This is very easy, of you know all the total money he's been given you. Calculate it and pay him back. Return his gifts ever since you have been collecting it. Anyway, I know you are one of those broke jobless crazy girls that would say I will eat his money very well and clean mouth. So you can't even payback sef, Just know that you are a thief. Alternative for you is to confess your sin to him and hope he forgives you.

fadilaMaikiriki:
Alright. So this married man has been disturbing her to get down with him. The thing is, she doesn't know how to tell the man no or how to discourage him. She doesn't know how to turn him down in order not to come off as rude, and also because of the money the man gives her.

Please, how best do you think she can do this. As a lady, how do you put off a married man who wants to get down with you, without sounding rude? And also without affecting the friendship you have with such person. She said she wants to do it in such a way that the man will not be offended. And also she doesn't want the issue to affect his financial gestures towards her.

Your opinions will be appreciated.

Thanks.

FamilyRe: My Daughter's Fingerprint Opens My Phone by wallrichy: 8:08pm On Jun 27, 2024
Nigerian, we can behave like illiterate at times.....it's not possible for your child to operate your phone with he or her own fingerprints and you saying your boyfriend or colleagues in the office opens your phone with fingerprints, hey, that's a lie. You have probably set your phone to accept your office boyfriend fingerprint and you must have given him access one time or the other. People can be careless at times with their password. I have seen a friend that handed me his phone to hold and right on the screen is the password. He thought he has pressed enter while handling it over to me without knowing. I could easily input my fingerprints and stay quiet. I could input my fingerprints since I know he could change his password anytime, so inputting my fingerprints will make me have a access anytime he drop his phone. Check yourself very well if another person fingerprints can access your phone. Something must have happened at your back to have enabled them to have access to input their fingerprints on your phone. See this research from Quora below......
Why can my son open my phone with his fingerprint? Do we have the same fingerprint, or is it like a blood test?
Fingerprints are unique to each individual, even between family members like parents and children. The reason your son is able to unlock your phone with his fingerprint is likely due to the fact that you have set up your phone to recognize his fingerprint as well.

Most smartphones with fingerprint recognition technology allow multiple fingerprints to be enrolled in the device's system. This feature is commonly used to allow family members or trusted individuals to access the device without needing the primary user's passcode.

When your son's fingerprint is enrolled in the phone's system, the device stores a mathematical representation of certain unique features of his fingerprint, not the actual image of the fingerprint itself. When he places his finger on the sensor, the device compares the features of the fingerprint with the stored data and unlocks if there is a match.

So, in summary, your son and you do not have the same fingerprint, but your phone has been programmed to recognize both of your fingerprints for convenience and accessibility. It's akin to having multiple keys that can unlock the same door.
FamilyRe: My Daughter's Fingerprint Opens My Phone by wallrichy: 7:47pm On Jun 27, 2024
This is not true. Stop confusing people here. Fingerprints can never be the same no matter how much you tried. The only obstacle that could make you not to be able to open your phone or perform an act with your fingerprints is if your fingerprints is dirty. A little unseen dirts can make the recognition screen not to identify your fingerprints. Again, some phones screen or fingerprint lenses aren't as sharp or rather sensitive as some. So, naturally they would reject your fingerprints severally until it's finally done or atimes tell you to use alternative password. Let me tell you something you don't know. Fingerprints technology was invented to work on a real scale of sure identification and not guessing, therefore, stop telling people that it would accept a closer fingerprints.....lol...that's misleading amd and fraudulently said. Instead of fingerprints to misbehave, it wouldn't work at all.

jaxxy:
It's not possible to inherit the fingerprint but it's possible for the fingerprint reader technology to fail or have low accuracy thereby accepting a close enough fingerprint to urs.

There are different type of onscreen fingerprint technology and they vary in accuracy that why sometimes even urgently own fingerprint fails in 1st attempt.
FamilyRe: My Daughter's Fingerprint Opens My Phone by wallrichy: 7:32pm On Jun 27, 2024
It's not possible, even identical twins can't have the same fingerprints. It's been researched severally and ain't possible. The likehood of having the same fingerprints is less than 1 in 65billion people worldwide, so you can calculate the odd. However, you could also loose your fingerprints if there is a damage to the outside tissue of your fingers, a deep cut through the outer layer of the skin, the epidermis, and down to the dermis leaves a scar that will change a fingerprint, but not make it any less you, so be careful with your fingers.....

FamilyRe: My Daughter's Fingerprint Opens My Phone by wallrichy: 7:22pm On Jun 27, 2024
Exactly, she knows her password and quickly included her fingerprints to it too. You can install so many fingerprints on your phone and all will have access to your phone. Instead of scanning all your fingers, scan 1, another person scan his own and another person..... everyone of you will have access.
