It's an aberration that this same diesel is easily and locally refined in South South of Nigeria especially Rivers State as kpo/coal fire. An intelligent government will take this opportunity that just opened up and engage this creek boys, provide many modular refineries urgently and fill the collection storage with crude and all other necessary chemicals for the refining of Diesel of pure quality.....this process can't take more than 3 months to establish modular refineries in all the local governments in South South and commence production for export and local consumption. Nigeria will make fortune and also people's lives will be drastically upgraded.
