Yes Ridiculous as you said and believed but I don’t think you can stand all those over reaction words and talk she was saying back then as a lady. There are limit people can endure or take thing as a human.

In November I said if the guy didn’t respond or pay it then I will pay it personally for her before her deadline. Is my commitment not enough for her to believe me and for me to just let peace rain?

You can’t pay sevis fee in Nigeria unless someone in USA help you or you go to seme border to pay yourself.

I met her on Nairaland just like everyone that sends me pms. Nov 5,2017, she told me about her dealings with you about GRE promo, which she benefitted but she realized that the registration was cancelled few days to her exam. She made mentioned that she contacted you bla bla...the payment was made after she had taken the exam without being able to report her scores. She specifically said you and the donor said you will pay for reporting 4 score reports because the donor admitted it was his fault. From Nov 5, 2017 that she asked for my advice on the issue till Dec 1 2017, you guys didn't pay for any score reports. Infact you stopped picking her calls, few times that you picked there was no correlation between what she is asking and what you are saying. I specifically called you too just to resolve the issue but to no avail, it was as if I wasted about 2hrs of my life talking to you, I am saying A you will be saying B.

Because of the stress she was going through and application deadlines approaching, I paid for 2 GRE score reports for someone I don't even know till today because you guys were not straight forward and forth coming. Feb 23, 2018 you sent an email that you want to refund me and I said I don't need the money, give the lady in question the naira equivalent. In summary, from Nov 5 2017 till Feb 23,2018, is about four months which is a long time to be patience. You want someone that put in the work to research for schools and study for GRE to be patient on your own terms because of your fault. At least if you are not considerate be reasonable. Normal me would have just ignored this but I have to, to save incoming people from losing money and going through unnecessary stress due to one nonsense GRE promo.

To all of you looking for GRE promo, know the risk involved and be ready for the consequences. Its better to pay for GRE on the ets website yourself to have peace of mind. Have a good day.

Like I said you don’t know 95% of all these but lemme talk about dribbling you it’s because you want an answer to question I can’t answer so that you can hold my words so I activated dribbling skills for you and I told you that if by the deadline he didn’t pay I will pay personally for the score report but unfortunately you don’t know what she did again for me to hold my peace and activated my dark side towards her.

My posts are not to justify us but if then I say to you and the lady that who you are asking for was reported to be lifeless because of something I don’t know much about but dropped a note for me via someone to follow up with me back then am sure you and the lady will think of scamming her or end up forget the money and moved on but thanks to God because the guy vision and mission to empower the orphanage i feel worked for him at that point if I am not wrong because I prayed that God don’t allow his vision and mission to the orphanage end like this. Other challenges I faced about his money because who he sent to me just wanted me to send money but I realize that’s not the way he do chat with me. I can’t be opening someone’s life here those who are aware that I seek advise from on this thread are still alive if am to use them as my witness but those who know go know.

Like I said patience is life and the lady not knowing how to talk because she was right makes me to activated my dark side for her by going blind on the issues before i activated it back.

I don’t know this guy facially but am sorry if you read what I am not suppose to post here about your life but when I see one day in person I have just 3 questions to ask you and one of it is why did you asked me to monitor this for you because up till now I don’t even know myself, I will keep the remaining two till we see.

I have collected it this morning. they returned all my documents including my statement of account. they attached the 214b form. no other explanation. I don't even know how to approach this again cos I tried my best to make everything perfect the first time.

You are good to do with that since it covers your for a year and the believe is that before the end of the session you will get money for the second year.

This is interesting, but after the explanation and the guy rectify it and since it takes few days to be rectify by Ets and before that can you advise this guy to keep on reacting Although it is the guy hard earn money. Because that’s exactly what the lady was doing and I have to be blunt when I can hold it to avoid issues.

Our country is synonymous to scam and people are very sensitive when it comes to money matters. Just let it go

Truly you don’t need to expect that because you don’t seem to know and understand 95% what her reaction was all about. I don’t know if you can break an egg and still arrange it back and because we all worked for our money and we should destroy things without calming our reactions even when our eyes can see that but refused to exercise patience.

I am sorry but if someone cannot stick to their end of the offer then don't do it at all...... I don't care about reason.... Leave people alone to pay full price and let them plan like that. Don't dangle apples in front of them to go mess up their schedule later .... . If so the generous donor deserve more than horrible names

I am not saying she should not react but over reaction and impatience it ain’t the best in a situation where someone is telling you calm down and reason to calm down, we shouldn’t be thinking one way because life itself is not one way drive.

What majority haven’t realize about this funny world is that people can still be scammed in person (one on one) even blood and relations, closed friend and business partners does that.

I could remember something similar like this happened last year and the lady called me and was panic thinking it is a scam if i am not wrong and i told her to calm down and i should contact the benevolent guy and ask him what is the issue, the guy explained to me that he personally cancelled some payment transactions on his card because something that was deep and bitter happened to him which i am aware and that he will get it done, I spoke to the lady but yet she didn't believe and trust the benevolent for her own reason not until third parties have to contact me and i explained to them until she could calm down at room temperature.

The funniest thing was that i feel she wanted to pressurize me so that i can mount pressure on the benevolent guy and she even called the guy all sort of names that are horrible which i never expected from someone who wanted discounted few weeks ago but now she is on fire displaying her internal zoo and she doesn't care and i said to her that you can't be insulting this benevolent guy indirectly in my presence and you want me to be happy and table this matter with the guy. This benevolent guy told me that he will get it done, i told the lady yet its very hard for her to believe even when she asked about her score report how would she pay for it and this benevolent guy told me that he will take responsibility for sending score report for her since free option is closed and the fault is from him. It got to a point that i was angry and i told her that if this benevolent guy decided not to pay back there is nothing me and her can do but please exercise patience and if the benevolent guy didn't pay, i will make the payment from my pocket and please stop disturbing with me with calls every 2/3 hours in a day not until she reduced it to weekly or once in 2/3 weeks.

Infact it turns to dramatic war between us and i just have to overlook some words coming out from her mouth, heart, mind and it seems she was after her application deadline which i can tagged as selfish interest but doesn't care about other side for once, I told her that i will contact her myself to update her with news because she calling me asking how far or maybe she call and i didn't pick due to my busy schedule and i don't want it to look somehow and i was happy the day that she told me that someone came to her aid so that she can meet her application deadline and assisted her to pay for score report. I told her that she will get refund back and the person asked me to give his cash to her.

I admits that delay of refunds from the benevolent guy was late and wrong, I can't blame him due to personal stuffs, also i could be wrong from my side because i could have pay her personally but her impatience and insults drew me back that until the benevolent guy order me to pay her is when she will get her refund but that doesn't me she also should be wrong like us because two wrongs can't make a right, I am yet to hear from her if she get alert of her refunds because next week will make it 2 months i personally paid her after her normal attitude whenever she called, it was few days ago the benevolent guy asked me to credit her after i could talk to him.

I decided to post this today after seeing your post, because this life is very funny since some people derived joy in scamming and some derived joy in hustling and we should not forget that God is really watching us on HD

Nothing like 6 months ban on refusal, but there is a rule that stated that you can apply after 6 months when you are refused visa, this rule has been there many years ago but not that active like that and it was president Trump working on new immigration policy that brought it out but they forgot that it will reduce their revenue and profit especially in Nigeria because majority applied more than once within 2-3 months before approving their visa.

Recently some people who were refused under a month got another date for another interview
