Depression is real af. Been battling years ago and now I've had to live with it. Just always have people who you can talk too and try to laugh as much as possible. My case is even schizophrenia mixed with depression and been like that for years.... Just try to find somethings in life to be happy about. Alcohol is also one of the things I use to supress it.

Dear, there's nothing like partial extrovert... you are either an introvert or an extrovert...You don't have to be ashamed of who you are...

All those things you mentioned were signs and characteristics of a regular introvert........
Introverts are sensitive to utterances and tends to react when negative or unpleasant remark were directed towards them...a silly joke an extrovert can laugh and wave aside, an introvert will only smile to put up appearance but goes home brooding and thinking the reasons behind the joke...

you are an introvert bro...there's nothing wrong with you.....those people you thought were looking at you might not even know that you were existing...trust me on this one.....Go your normal business,you do not owe anyone an explanation.....but do what you feel was right all the time....

And you should stop making your family sad..the world does not revolve around you...being an introvert does not mean you got CANCER or Aids that everyone has to be worried about you...Stop seeking for their everyday attention please.....I will not ask you to make friends because i know how difficult it was for an introvert to find someone that understands them...it is like looking for a blood group O(-)....If you are a Christian, i will suggest you do some church activity like ushering....That helps alot....and snap out of that self pity... you are not the only introvert in the world..

As for your job, yea people get favored during hiring everyday.....but has it ever occurred to you that you were still on it due to your hard work? stop selling yourself short.. if you are putting enough time, effort and energy to achieve the goal of an Establishment..They needed you that's why you are still there.....
