“I always wanted to see a PDP that will transform into modern day realities and a party that places high premium on the YOUTH who are the engine room of any nation but the more I pushed for youth inclusion in all affairs of the party, the more I was isolated. There was always greater emphasis on money politic rather than ideological prospects. I have carefully watched over the years and have come to the painful conclusion that the PDP is not ready to change its old ways of imposition, godfatherism and gangsterism,” -- Moses Siasia It is no news that the youth of this country have been coaxed by our leaders and have been hoodwink by our teachers who have always feed us with the lie that the youth are the leaders of tommorow. Moses Siasia should know that this does not only happen in PDP but it is the norm in the country where the youth are pooh-pooh when it comes to occupying the front seat for some of our leaders are damn to greedy to allow the youth to take over. The youth have been accuse of been too weak and lazy to oversee things in Nigeria. They never see the youth as the engine room. Party Developing Pains, PDP deteriorating Recently it was the mass exodus of PDP member switching over to APC which shows that the ageing, deteriorating building PDP is about to collapse which i dont pray it collapse. The party that have always been the talk of the town have suddenly become bitter in people mouth just because of the way they run things. We were not only tired of the same old people doing the same thing ad-infinitum, we were tired because the party is synonymous to corruption, the rate at which the cancer call corruption is been allow to grow for the past 16years is of a growing concern to all and sundry hence the need for the booting out. Just as Moses said the Party Developing Pains has every opportunity to redeem, rediscover, get up and gather the broken pieces together but it is lucid now that they still havent learn their lesson, they still did not want to change or evolve. |
The youngest governorship aspirant in Bayelsa state, Moses Siasia has dumped the Peoples Democratic Party, PDP, regretting that young people have no future in the party. The 35 year-old Chairman of multi-billion naira business empire, Mosilo Group, in a statement, stressed that the leadership of the PDP in Bayelsa has isolated him because he chose to champion the cause of the youths. I have carefully watched over the years and have come to the painful conclusion that the PDP is not ready to change its old ways of imposition, godfatherism and gangsterism,” he noted in the statement. Read full statement below: For many years now, I have been actively involved in supporting successive governments in my beloved country Nigeria. I have always believed that every citizen needs to support their government for such government to succeed which was why I supported the governments of late President Umaru Musa Yaradua and that of Goodluck Jonathan. I had thought that by supporting these two governments, I would have fulfilled my patriotic duties as a citizen of my country. I have continuously done my best through my various contributions towards governance in Nigeria through my organization “Nigerian Young Professional Forum (NYPF). I joined the PDP when one of my overzealous cousins went to my ward to talk about registering me there. I later found the idea to be a very good one and was excited about the whole idea of party politics and making a difference. I continued to be actively involved in party politics from 2013 till date and the more I got involved in the politics of the party, the more discouraged I became. I saw that so many things were not been done properly and I always wanted to advice and make corrections but the more vocal I became, the more they isolated me, may be because they felt I was a threat to the business as usual way of doing things. I always wanted to see a PDP that will transform into modern day realities and a party that places high premium on the YOUTH who are the engine room of any nation but the more I pushed for youth inclusion in all affairs of the party, the more I was isolated. There was always greater emphasis on money politic rather than ideological prospects. I have carefully watched over the years and have come to the painful conclusion that the PDP is not ready to change its old ways of imposition, godfatherism and gangsterism. After the elections, it became very obvious and clear that Nigerians had rejected the PDP because they were tired of seeing the same old faces doing the same thing for16years. Faces that the people were convinced are corrupt and cant bring the desired change to the people. The people wanted new faces and something new. The PDP had a clear chance of redeeming its image in the eyes of the Nigerian people by injecting fresh ideas and fresh faces which would have automatically rebranded the party and restore confidence in the party. I had presented myself to the party on many occasions urging them to use me as that face with a perfect case for Bayelsa State but the party has failed to take advantage of this great opportunity. The PDP had every opportunity to rebrand and rediscover itself after its defeat at the just concluded general election but I can now see they do not wish to change or evolve. I, have, therefore, today the 22nd of August decided to leave the party for ideological reasons. I can no longer stay on in the party because they do not have respect for my generation or me. I have nothing personal with the party and will continue to respect her but I think young people have no future in the party. http://www.vanguardngr.com/2015/08/moses-siasia-leaves-pdp-says-young-people-have-no-future-in-the-party/ https://cdn1.vanguardngr.com/wp-content/uploads/2015/06/412x273xMoses-Siasia-e1434540891572.jpg.pagespeed.ic.9rLIt2cogM.jpg |

This is long overdue. We have been waiting for this to happen but it seems the past administration dont want some people balls busted. Now that Buhari is the one holding the whip, let him whip it hard on those that have drag us into this murky water we are languinshing in. For those that will still read this without seeing reason for the suspension, he gulp 1000naira from over 500,000 applicant and yet they still did not get the job. Now that the man is passing the buck to Aba Morro Buhari should not be tardy in dealing with MORO also.. Some people will still shout, scream and cry concerning this but you need not to because you still have some years ahead of you to do that, so do save the strength. Good One SAI BABA |
President Muhammadu Buhari has suspended the comptroller general of Nigeria Immigration Service, David Parradang. Mr. Parradang was asked to immediately proceed on suspension Friday while the service’s deputy comptroller general, Martin Abeshi, takes over, according to the News Agency of Nigeria. It was not immediately clear why Mr. Parradang was sanctioned. However, the Immigration Service under his leadership sparked national outrage in 2014 after nearly 20 job applicants died in stampede during an Immigration recruitment test. Ahead of the examinations, an agent commissioned by the Ministry of Interior, extorted N1000 from each of over 700,000 applicants. Despite raising nearly a N1 billion, logistics for the exercise were dismal resulting in the deaths. Mr. Parradang denied any role in the contract. He said the Interior minister, Abba Moro, handled the deal. An investigation launched by the Senate into the matter, ended without a report till date. http://www.premiumtimesng.com/news/headlines/188788-breaking-buhari-suspends-nigeria-immigration-boss.html Cc; Lalasticlala, Ishilove |

A Joke from Balarabe Musa why not hit the nail on the head and stop beating round the bush. You intends not to be bias but at the end you are more than bias. On Jonathan Experience and Competency Balarabe musa, are you also competent and experienced enough to comment on issues concerning the country. That been said Jonathan name would be among the past president of Nigeria, what can one say of Musa Bala and how did he know someone that is competent and imcompetent. The competent one that have oversee the affair of the nation what do the masses gain, did they not drag us to the murky water we are currently languishing in. It had be better to brush aside Jonathan because the man has move on and stop trrying to demean him. On Buhari Sincerity Balarabe Musa seems to be misinform about the happenings in the country, how many times has he(Baba) Voice out that he is so much interested in mowing corruption even in the face of difficulty. Balarabe Musa should please stop Babbling concerning this issue of corrruption because for the past 2months people have decided to sit up. People resigning without been ask to do so. Has this ever happened in Nigeria. Everybody has his/her decision to make. Jonathan has his own, it would have been good if he did try and mow corruption when he was at the helm but no the hooligans working with him gave the cankerworm a boost because they know their boss will remain tongue-tied. Buhari Have decide not to dig deep into the past so no one should please bellyache about this. |
ABUJA— Second Republic Governor of Kaduna State, Alhaji Balarabe Musa, yesterday, doubted the ability and sincerity of President Muhammadu Buhari to confront the endemic problem of corruption in Nigeria and put an end to it. Musa, who spoke in an exclusive interview withVanguardin his Kaduna home, said President Buhari had already lost the moral right to prosecute the anti-corruption war by restricting the probe of corrupt officials to those in former President Jonathan’s government. The former governor made it clear that Buhari had shot himself in the foot by deliberately limiting the war to Jonathan’s era, thereby making some highly corrupt persons to escape and carry on as saints. Musa noted that while Buhari and Jonathan were not on the same page when it comes to leadership, Buhari must prove that he is not being surrounded by highly corrupt persons while looking out for those to be prosecuted for graft. Musa said it was a tragedy to have made Jonathan the president of Nigeria given the fact that he neither had the experience nor the competence to rule Nigeria. He said: “In the first place Jonathan should not have been the president of Nigeria because he lacks both the competence and the experience to run the country successfully. Nigeria is not a place to train on the job because unlike in America where there is a set standard in place, it is the leader who sets the standard in Nigeria.” While blaming former President Olusegun Obasanjo for the emergence of Jonathan on the leadership saddle of Nigeria despite his leadership shortcomings, Musa said Buhari must prove that he has what it takes to move Nigeria a notch higher. Musa added: “We don’t dispute the fact that Jonathan should not have been made the president of Nigeria at the time he was brought in but the point remains that Buhari must also prove that he is the saint he has portrayed himself to be. “But my fear is that there are so many corrupt persons around Buhari and in APC and PDP while he has deliberately decided to limit his probe of corrupt persons to only those who served under Jonathan. This is very sad and a clear evidence of selective trial of opponents.” Musa stated that for Buhari to be taken seriously in the fight against corruption, he must examine and convince himself that he is sincere and ready to conduct a fair trial of corrupt persons irrespective of their party affiliation and status in society. He pointed out that while he would not mention names of corrupt persons, he was convinced that there were many corrupt persons in both APC and PDP who are even more dangerous than former President Jonathan. He said: “I will advise Buhari to convince himself that he is morally and politically capable to undertake the responsibility of cleaning up Nigeria. I will ask him to constitute a government of national unity involving all the political parties in Nigeria in the task of rebuilding Nigeria.” https://cdn1.vanguardngr.com/wp-content/uploads/2015/01/300x188xJonathan-Buhari-ok-300x188.jpg.pagespeed.ic.B6vK4E-5mo.jpg http://www.vanguardngr.com/2015/08/jonathan-didnt-perform-but-buhari-must-prove-hes-a-saint-balarabe-musa/ cc: Lalasticlala |
"Now that oil costs less and we are contending with its theft, we have to move to areas where we can realize revenue quickly,” -- Buhari. People wants to walk and work with him while some few town criers want everything to turn upside down not minding if it affect them. He might have his own flaws but you he is ever ready to make the country great again. If things are been look into like this and not swept under the carpet like before, we might not find ourselve in this murky water as a country. |
Will this killing continue till doomsday. North turning to something else. May God heal the land |

One of the reason why you are the one paddling the canoe of the country is to mow corruption and thats one of reason why you are been voted for so treating the issue with a soft balls will make people thinks otherwise. I have said it and i will keep saying it again, no matter the amount of cry, no matter the type of tears, be it crocordile tears, snake tears, Baba will never look at the tears. No matter the amount of pressure Baba will never cave in. There is no going back on this, enough is enough but Baba please dont be selective. W.A.C... War Against Corruption.. |

Wage a relentless war against corruption. “I intend to keep faith with these promises,” -- President M. Buhari. Baba the waiting world will see you manifest shortly..... |

Sweetlemon:And thats the problem with Nigeria politics we all thinks its a game and we were never bother if the game is clean or dirty. We were never bother how the winner won the game. A game some people have been playing and have always boomerang. We all need to brush aside this notion and look at things deeply before the country collapsed. My sister it had be better if one can ignored all this people prowling around NL looking for who to vomit their anger on |
