The word Love means different things to many people and the way most people perceive it is different from one and another.

A guy was asked about the meaning of True Love and his response was: True Love is when to love a lady, attend to her financial needs, show her care and give her attention. Give her anything she wants, even when you are in private you choose not to take advantage of her. One can even assist her family members. That was his response and If we are to look at it, he spoke well but he's wrong.

Some people understand love as loving because of things they wants to eat from a Male or Female. That's not love. In-nutshell, Love shouldn't be based on what one can gain from the other.

Our fore fathers says that, Love triumph all things.
The MEANING of True Love is when one stands with the partner irrespective of the obstacles (Good & Bad which the partner faced).

Some ladies will be calling their fiances; my sweetheart, my joy, my love. They are saying that because of what they want in him is Complete. It's easy to love when circumstances are good but when things go bad only one with the fear of God will still stand by love.

Don't run away, If the person you wanna marry has some problems. Stay with him or her to resolve the problems because that's when he or she needed you most. You need to plan and give him or her word of encouragement. By doing that, you are directly proving your love to him or her. In-fact, your partner will be happy that irrespective of the problems he or she is facing, you still decide to marry him or her.

What's your take on this?

Lots of people have married without knowing their genotype and this has resulted to frequent sickness and sudden death to some children due to the bad genotype which parent passed to their children.

This lockdown has affected many homes to the extent that many people are sending their bank account details to unknown people through online and offline.

People need to be very careful of who they send their account numbers, bvn and other bank information to because scammers are now phoning different people that one Government or Politicians wanna gift money to certain people. Be guided.

Be inform that, different Website Links are also being circulated by some people asking you to help them click a link, in the name of earning money, promoting their page or increasing their followers. Don't trust anybody and look well before clicking any link.

Pls Note: If you don't want to be scam, always be contented with what you have.

Finally, always think twice before you give out your personal information in-response to free money distribution or venture into (over/crazy) high returns business because most of it are scam.

It is good to have a car because having a car will save your time, save you from unpleasant people, for pleasure trips, emergencies, carrying family and things but it is not necessary that you must get it by force by fire. The moment you buy a car, you must be ready to maintain it and failure to do that, you know what's gonna happen.

You need to look at your business and how money is coming-in/monthly income before deciding to buy any car. I've seen mostly young guys that bought cars between N3M - N7M and after using it for so many years, they are unable to replace it with something higher or similar. How will a person buy a car of N5M and after using it for 2 years, he sold it and bought another car of N1.6M while some sold their cars and can't afford to buy another one. Is that a progress or what?

Please Note, if you have a car, nobody will believe you that you are broke, nobody wanna help you. In-fact friends won't gift you money talk-less of borrowing you because they will think, you are rich for owning a car.

Finally, nothing wrong if you wanna buy any car of your choice but buy something reasonable. You can't have N6M and buy a car of N3M. Tell me, in 2 - 6 years time, will you be able to replace it with something higher or similar? That's why you need to think of your next car.

We all pray for progress in our lives. Endeavor to spend more on assets that bring more money for you than something that suck you dry (liability).

Dear Married Women,

Most times when your husband is making more money, busy and having lots of work at hand, he may not have much time for you compared to when your man doesn't have much work to do; at that time he will be available to play with you, jokes and be like Tom and Jerry in the house.

You can't blame your husband because he is too busy and travels a lot. I will say; it is your prayer that answered on him because behind every successful man, there is always a women and that's you.
The time you people have before is different now because he will need to attend to lots of things.

Please NOTE: Any man that has enough time with his wife will not be financially boyant. Pray more and allow him to go out and work so that he can make more money. All the money he gives you for foodstuff, clothes, school fees and other expenses came from his work and his busy schedules. He might be busy but he his still a responsible man compared to irresponsible one that doesn't take care of his wife and children. If you sabotage his effort and money refused to come-in, i'm sure you know what's gonna happen?

I know you, women are afraid; you don't want Young Girls to hijack your husband. My sister, nobody can hijack your husband once you didn't fail on your own responsibility. If you make your husband happy, he will continue to love you more and make life easy for you.

What's your take on this?

Covid-19 will cripple Nigerians, in-fact it's crippling the Nigeria economy. If this lockdown is extended, more and more people will be affected. More people will loose their work even lots of businesses will be affected.

Many people will not collect their salary because what most organization does is Work and Pay. Apart from that, many people are daily earners, if they don't work in a day, they won't eat.

If this lockdown is continue, hunger will start to kill people. If care is not taken, robbery will increase.

Hungry man is an Angry man and to reduce this pressure, govt need to rescue all its citizens during this time by providing more foods and money to every homes. This Govt Palliative should reach all homes in every four, four days and IF this is provided people won't come out during this lockdown.

Method of Food & Money Distribution:
Someone asked a question that, what method should govt use to distribute food and money. A lady answered that, govt should use NEPA method (distribution of bills).

Finally, it will be good if all states in Nigeria is lockdown to enable govt to control this virus on time. Let us all follow NCDC & Govt directive on lockdown, ban on social gathering and way to save ourselves against CoronaVirus.

What's your reaction to what i stated above?

Waist Beads are traditional ornaments worn around the waist. It's also known as ileke-idi. The number of ladies that wear it is increasing but the way how some people perceive it, is another thing entirely.

After going through comments from different kind of people, i'm able to compiled things that was said about Waist beads. Some said:

• Some ladies use it as a fashion while some use it for diabolical means. Waist beads is like juju to me.

• It is actually for fashion in those days, but there are more to it now. Many still use it for fashion, but we have some that use it for selfish reason. It get men arose when they touch it or when it is seen.

• In this present age, waist beads are worn by OLOSHOs.
• Immediately I see a lady with beads on her waist, i always run away.
• It wade off negative energy from men, It makes ladies immune to anything like spirits, rituals when spiritual fathers have worked on it.

• Lots of ladies wear beads for fashion but because of the stereotype given to waist beads as Fetish items, people now want to dissociate themselves from those who wear them. As for me, I really like it on a lady because it make ladies looks attractive.

The above info are comments from people but to Me, nothing wrong if a lady put on waist beads because waist beads is for fashion, it make ladies look sexy and attractive, it trained ladies on how to carry their body and it also guide/notify ladies if they are becoming fat or not but some ladies have turned it to something else. Some ladies use waist beads for protection while some use it to harm men.

Please Note that, ladies who buy waist beads at the market, bought it for fashion but those who received it from their Parent or Seer (spirtual father), has other things they use it for.

What's your take on this?

Official time and Personal time should be different and mixing them together should not be encouraged.

If you are given a Special Assignment to do in office; nothing wrong if you take it home to complete in the weekend but it must not be every-time and must not be all office work.

When it is Saturday or Sunday, some people will still carry unfinished office work to their house to complete, not knowing that office work can NEVER finish.

As you are working very hard for your organization, always work hard to build yourself. Because of office work, some people don't have time for themselves, parent, friends, family. Some people will say their girlfriend/boyfriend left them, people don't know that Relationship get mind. (If you don't water your plant, what do you think is gonna happen?)

Finally, don't devote all your time on official work. When it is your free day(s), always create time for yourself, go out, have fun, meet people, do anything good but away from office work.

Because you have a BSc, MSc and other professional certificates, you now said, you can't work under someone that have a lesser qualification.

Working under a person that have a lesser qualification doesn't matter and it will be a plus for you because you are gonna gain one or two things from that person.

It will be better to accept the job offer so that, you will be able to gain more experience.

Pls NOTE: Your Certificate without Experience is meaningless to Employers/Recruiters. Graduates are many but majority of them don't have quality Experience and Skills to enable them secure a Job but if you are able to get one, hold it tightly and don't throw it away.

I'm sure, many things is running in the mind of the guy that asked this question.

My RESPONSE to the above Question:
I believe there is still hope but it depends. Getting a job in Federal, State or big companies might become hard because most of this people are looking for young graduates that are between 23 - 28 years and I can't blame people that graduated above 30 years because If we are to ask, many of them have one or two things to say.

I have 3 solutions to this:
1. If you found yourself in this categories of graduates that are above 30, it will be better to learn I.T. Skills or do a Professional course. Companies won't rush you because you are a graduate but you will be rushed base on your I.T. Skills or Professional course you have done.

Some of the I.T. Skills you can learn are Cloud Computing, Application Development and Programming, Networking and Wireless, Web Development, Cybersecurity etc. While some of the Professional course you can do are Institute of Chartered Accountants of Nigeria (ICAN), Chartered Institute of Taxation of Nigeria, Chartered Institute of Bankers of Nigeria, Nigeria Institute of Estate Surveyors And Valuers, Association of General And Private Medical Practitioners of Nigeria, Chartered Institute of Marketing of Nigeria etc

2. You need a Connection to get a good job. For instance, Federal, State and others required certain age before you can get employed but with a Recommendation from a Powerful Person, all your job hunting are solved.

3. Gather some money and start your business. There is lots of work out there which you can start.

Do you agree with all i stated above?

Networking has to do with interaction with others to exchange information and develop professional or social contacts.

This time around it is very hard to secure a job in a big organizations like CBN, NNPC, EFCC, Nigeria Customs Service, Nigeria Immigration Service, even hard to be a permanent staff in a Commercial Bank and also in a big Private companies.

It's so frustrating, a company will advertise 20 - 30 positions and about 700 people or more will be invited for test and interview.

Securing a job faster is much more than how good you are because many graduates are as good as you are but all are competing for the same few jobs. So, it is faster to get a job through Recommendations from people that recognize the value you can bring to the table.

To get a Recommendation, you must first NETWORK
How do you Network? You need to go out from your comfort zone and meet people whether old or young. Connect with people online and offline.

The beautiful of Networking is that; all the people that is aware of your job problems will quickly notify you whenever they see any job vacancies that will interest you and may also recommend you for a job since they know your capacity and what you can bring to the table. I'm very sure, they will connect you.

Finally, always add value to people lives and let your circle know what you can do and what value you can add. You never know who will drag you up.

What's your thought about Networking apart from what i discussed above?

Most times speaking as a Gentleman won’t be quick in resolving Important Matters but speaking as a Troublesome person do resolve Issues in a quick way because RANTING is what Nigeria wants.

FOR Instance:
Someone owed you money. As a Gentleman, you will ask in a quiet way. In-fact, many people won't hear about it. After all the promises, the Borrower may still refused to repay.

Troublesome act, the owner of the money will locate you or come to your house to request for his money in a hard way by Shouting, Scattering everywhere to attract Passer-by or Neighours to hear about the matter. I'm sure, if the Borrower didn't pay on that day, he will surely make a promise and repay on the date he mentioned.

ANOTHER Scenario:
A bank illegally debited a man's account. People were on the queue to make complain about their problems. The man came-in and went straight to the Officer at the Customer Care and tried to complain about the issue, the Officer instructed the man to queue. The man start to Rant - shouting, hitting the table and said he will slap the Officer. The matter generated more attention. Later, it was the Manager that attended to the man and he came mouth happily.

Finally, never use Gentleman style where you are supposed to wear the shirt of Aluta.

What style do you use in resolving Important Matter?

Firstly, i'm not trying to talk about the difference between Body Cream and Body Lotion but on why some peoples skin has been damaged.

Body Cream or Lotion is a must for everybody to use but i will advice people to use Body Lotion because it will make your body shine, smell good, skin grow and soften the roughest parts of your body etc.

Be-careful of the body Lotion you use because your friend is looking more beautiful and light in complexion doesn't mean you too should start using the same cream she is using. Before changing your Lotion, ask Skin-Care Experts like [ Lizzy Anjorin, Osedudu Special Skincare or Shine Shine Empire ] those people will assist you and you should also read the Lotion's content, if it's gonna work well for you.

I've seen different ladies and guys that have damaged their skin due to the wrong Lotion that was used.
Why changing from Dark to Light in complexion. If you are Dark, there is lots of body Lotion you can use that can enhance your skin and bring out your beauty.

Some people said all Skin Toning Lotion are bad but Not all the Skin Toning Lotion is bad but avoid body Lotion that contain Hydroquinone or Mercury, both of which can be harmful to the skin.

Pls Note, if you wanna see the effectiveness of body Lotion, you need to be using it daily and use it all over your body. Not only on your Face, Hands and Leg alone, as some people do.

Work that took sweat from your face, it's a must to feed you. If such work didn't feed you, you need to stop such work.

Whatever the business you are into, IF the Business didn't give you enough time to rest, such work may kill you. This body of ours need enough rest and body can't be cheated, it will surely tell.

What's the essence of having money and don't have good health to spend ham. If care is not taken, you may use most of the money made to treat the Body.

Do you really created some time to Rest?

If you are dating a lady and what she knows is herself alone. She didn't like your family and friends. Always causing trouble on a simple matter. And also, most times refused to follow your instructions and do talk back at you in a bad way.

My brother, if you eventually marry such lady, you might not be able to control her. Her bad attitude at dating stage has shown that, your marriage will not last with her.

Some people will say that, Marriage is about managing a partner and that's what builds a marriage. They are right and some people will responded that, the attitude/act of the above mentioned lady is beyond something they can manage and that, a Broken Relationship is better than a Broken Marriage.

There are some attitude/act which you (Guys or Ladies) can manage in a Marriage because nobody is perfect. If you are unable to correct the bad Act/Attitudes of a lady or guy during courtship, the decision is yours, whether to get married to that person or not.

For Instance,
You have a staff which you do correct on a daily basis and such staff always cause damages to your Business, won't you sack such staff and employ another person.
OR
You have a boyfriend that enjoy beating/slapping you anytime you do something wrong, what will you do?
OR
You have a girlfriend that enjoy disrespecting you in public, what will you do?

Customer Service is very important in all Business. Any company that failed to delivered Good Customer Service such company is gonna lose majority of their customers.

What is Customer Service?
In a simple term, Customer Service is the act of taking care of the customer's needs and executed in a professional and helpful way. Customer Service operations is in three form; Before, During & After.

Example:
1. A customer entered your office, you should be able to Welcome such customer and offer him/her a seat. That's example of BEFORE.

2. A customer pointed to one of your company Services, you brief him more details about it and delivered the work in a way the customer wants it. That's example of DURING.

3. After delivered the work, you thanked the customer for patronising you. In a month or two, you called him to know how he is doing or you sent him a Greeting Message. That's example of AFTER.

Importance of Good Customer Service
1. The sales will be increased
2. Business will get Referrals from other customers
3. People will trust the company and develop loyal customers.

Causes of Bad Customer Service
1. Failure to train Employee will result to this.
2. Sabotage - Some employee don't care if a company progress or not
3. Some employee don't know his/her job description

All Business Owners should train their staff and observe the way which their staff attended to customers.

What other Causes and Importance of Customer Service you want to add to what i've written above?

A guy need to build his account when he is not yet married because that's the right time for him to save and execute some of his plans.

Save more and have at-least N250k - N900k in your account because average people should be able to execute marriage plan with that and still keep some change. If you don't have six-figures in your account, always close your ears when people are talking about marriage. Marriage is not for small boys and after fully married, you will continue to be spend more than being single.

Please Note, no matter the amount of money you spent on a girl, that does not Guaranty that she is going to marry you. She may see better guy and abandon you and nothing will happen. And also because you have full access to a Girl's Body that does not Justify she is going to say YES to your marriage proposal.

Nothing wrong if you wanna take care of your girl but spend wisely. I've seen some guys that was rushed to hospital because their girl friends dumped them due to the love and lot's of money that was spent on them. I've read info about some guys that paid majority of the fees of a girl-friend education from 100 level - 400 level and later get dumped. Also seen a guy that said his girl-friend, na his investment.

Build your account and have good money in your account and by doing that, i'm sure it is girls that will be looking for you to date you because you have something to put on the table.

Finally, girls are not interested in dating broke guys and don't be broke because of a girl. I know some girls will not be happy with this info but that's the way i feel about this issue.

Don't ever think you can be a Millionaire through sport betting. If anybody tells you that, such person is deceiving you.

Secondly, there is nothing like Fixed Match and Fixed Match is not 100% sure. It's every hard to win sport bets. Sometimes, you will play 3 odds game and still lose.

Don't see Sport Betting as a Business, always see it as a Fun. Don't use any money you can't lose on a sport bet.

Finally, Sport Betting is not a lucrative business that will surely give you high returns every time. You win some and lose most of your bets (games).

How will a customer tells you as the Cashier to play a Sport-Bet game of N2,000 and you played N20,000 game.

You wanna send your Boss back to his village. If care is not taken, you will play N1M game instead of N100k game which a customer instructed you to play.

Cashiers needs to be focus and be carefully in what they input into the system. If such mistake do happen, Cashiers will face some heat while the Boss will face the majority of the heat.

Finally, all Boss must observe the attitude/mood of their Cashiers daily and they must take good care of their Cashiers because one mistake might cost the downfall of a business.

It’s good to invest and grow your money but be careful of bad investments. Don't take advice from everyone or else you would lose all your savings. Don't spend too much on cloths and shoes.

If you don't know the business you can invest into, please save your money. It's better to save your money than to lose it.

Finally, don't invest in a business which you don't understand.

Don't ever supply your PIN, BVN or Bank Details to a website with a web address like this 'http://' because a SECURED Website must be like this 'https://'. Please Note: that, 'S' stand for Security.

Secondly, If you are instructed to fill a Form OR write a Letter in the bank and mistake was made on it and a new Form was given to you or asked to write a new Letter; make sure you collect the one with mistake. FRAUDSTERS get bank details from documents disposed by banks.

The ECONOMY of this country is worrisome and Govt need to look at this critically. Making money is something that is giving most Business Owners sleepless night because Businesses is not moving well.

Even Salary Earners is affected too, you collected salary today & after few days the money (salary) has become little, after paid some debts and purchased things needed.

The sad things is, immediately you and your friend leave house and enter town for chilling; N5k is gone. To make that N5k, you will have to work harder because making that N5k in few days, is not a small thing.

The inflation is high and our currency is not good enough. You may not know this, until you wanna change your Naira to Dollar.

Dear Salary Earners and Job Seekers,

Look for a way to earn extra income through a side hustle. Don’t leave your full time job and suffer. As little as N30k each month from a side hustle is fine. Sometimes you will earn double or triple. (I will break down how to make N30k in my next post).

Also, entrepreneurship is difficult. Start small if you don’t have money to invest.

There are many small businesses ( Home Laundry Pickup, Home Tutor, Small Chops Vendor, Office Lunch Delivery, Content Writer, House Cleaner, Interior Designer, Business Centre, Event Planner, Web Designer, Babysitter, Social Media Manager, Small Business Tax Preparation, Proofreader Barber, Trader etc. ) you can start on the side and water them till they grow into something that can potentially pay most of your bills or pay you a salary, and of course employ other people and pay them salaries.

Please NOTE,
If you are a Job Seeker, why not start a Business than sitting down at home doing nothing. Look at yourself deeply and think of a business you can start because everybody came to this world with one or more skills.

1. What can you sell for N500 everyday?
• N500 x 10 people = N5,000
• N5,000 x 25 days in a month = N125,000

2. What can you sell for N1,000 everyday?
• N1,000 x 15 people = N15,000
• N15,000 x 25 days in a month = N375,000.

Take out cost of operations, you have made a profit.

There is lots of money in Entrepreneur; if you know what you are doing, you are gonna make more money. No matter the challenges you are facing in your Business, Don't Give Up. Strategies and also do SWOT Analysis for your Business, i'm sure it will assist your Business.

Side work is important if you quickly want to achieve your Plans. Don't relax too much on your salary job because your monthly salary won't be enough in executing your Plans.

The beautiful of the side work is that, in-case you lose your job, you will have something to fall back on and no salary job is 100% secured.

Look for any side work you can do that can fetch you at-least a profit of N1,500 or more than that in a day.

For instance:
N1,500 * 5 days = N7,500
N7,500 * 4 weeks = N30,000

As little as N30,000 each month from a side business is fine. Sometimes you will earn double or triple.

Securing a job might be difficult, the reason is because some people don't know the method to be used. The funny part is, some Job Seekers will stay at home and be looking for job. How is that possible?

For instance, you have a product or services which you want to market; Will you stay at home Or going from one offices and another to market it?

To get a job, the first thing you must do is to get the names and address of the organizations you wish to work with in the Local Government you reside.

Then get a good CV and Cover Letter and start submitting it to those offices you have listed (at-least submit it to 3 offices in a day). You should also try to see the Manager or Owners of those organizations to discuss if they can employ you and how they can assist you on your Job Hunting. Who knows, they can employ you, if you prove yourself worthy or recommend you to their friend's organization. That's the beautiful of One-Man-Business compare to Big organizations that will be telling you, "No Recruitment for now, base on their Policy"

The beautiful of this method is that,
1. You will surely get a job
2. Your NETWORK will be increased: You will be able to get contacts of those Managers, Owners and staff of those organizations you visited which they can later help you to get a better job.
3. Your marketing skills will also be increased.

Most of the people i mentioned above are powerful because they are closer to God than Us. Correct me, if i'm wrong.

If you are single, you need to take a step out from singleness. If you don't, you will remain there.

Expand your search, let your friend know you are searching. Who knows, they might introduce you to your future Wife. The reason is because some couples has benefited from that method.

Secondly, ladies should make it easy for guys to woo them. Ladies, If you see a guy that you are interested-in, don't tell him but make a move to enable him to woo you. Guys have the right to choose while ladies also have the right to choose a guy she want to marry.

Finally, ladies should get out from the Church, no guy will come to the Church and woo you. Go to public place with friend and relatives. You should also socialise with people.

Stop looking for perfect person, nobody is perfect.

If you are unable to send your children to school, encourage them to learn a work or trade to enable them to be their own boss. Because they will surely achieve that between 2 to 5 years time with close monitoring.

Discourage them from doing N10k - N25k salary jobs because as a School Cert they can't collect more than that and in the long run, it won't pay them. It will just be a waste of time. What will they do when they become an adult?

Whenever they have their own business, they can easily further their education themselves and become a Graduate.

Particularly, If a male child didn't learn a work, trade or didn't go to school, i forsee financial problem for that person in future and such person can later join bad gangs which we don't pray for because i know there are difficult child that don't want to do anything. May Almighty Allah touch their heart.

We all pray that we should reap the fruit of our labour, this is where Parent need to come-in, they need to monitor their children very well because if your child didn't do anything, just sitting down at home and roaming about the street, it will be very hard for such child to take care of you in old ages.
