That SERVICE you have been doing for people for free, why not put a Price Tag on it and build a business out of it. Brand that service and make profit from it.

What Products or Services can you sell for N400 daily?

• N400 x 20 people = N8,000 (a day)
• N8,000 x 25 days in a month = N200,000.

Take out cost of operations. You've made a profit.

Culture / Birthday Celebration: How It Should Be Celebrated by wasbo89(m): 11:47am On Mar 05, 2021
Birth-Day is a day which people should be thanking God for sparing their lives and also to do things that will make the Almighty God happy.

The primary things that must be done on birthday are: Wake-up in the morning and pray; settle all disputes and forgive all the people that offended you; provide for poor people (e.g motherless homes, beggars etc) by giving out food (take-away), fruits, foodstuffs or money.

Birthday celebration is beyond announcing birthday on the internet; photo-shoot and posting of photos. Who that help?

Pls Note: Birthday is a special day and things that will make God happy must be done on that day to enable you receive more blessing.

What will you score, if God wants to judge you on how you celebrated your Birthday last year?
Business / If You Wanna Be Successful In This Year, You Need To Run Away From Debt(expenses by wasbo89(m): 8:54am On Feb 17, 2021
1. School Fees: If you know you can't afford high paying private school; why not send your children to low paying private school or public school. It doesn't make sense to use most of your earnings on school fees/educational loan and later be begging people for money. In rating, public school are doing better than private school.

2. Accommodation: If you don't have the power to rent a flat, why not rent a room & parlour sefcon.
Pls Note: If two of your monthly salaries can't pay your annual house rent, you are not suppose to be leaving in that house.

3. Food Buying: Buying food for the children/couple in the morning will make you spend more than cooking at home. Cooking at home is safe and better.

4. If you can not easily buy and be subscribing for DSTV, why not buy GOTV or Anthena. Never compete because Competition will only make person broke.

5. Purchase of Phone: If you don't have the power to buy expensive phone, why not buy a small phone that have some of the features of the expensive phone.
Pls Note: If you can't replace the broken screen of your phone within 3 days, you are not suppose to be using that phone. Stay in your lane because that expensive phone will Depreciate in some months time.

6. Purchase of Clothes/Wig: If you know you can't buy a clothes or wig conveniently, never shy in speaking up. Don't say; because your friends are buying it, you too must buy it, by force by fire. If you do, you will soon broke it's just a matter of time.

7. Spending for Fun: If you know the money you are spending for fun (on drink, food, girls, men, gifts etc) if you can't recover the money back within 3 - 7days; you are not fit to be spending that kind of money.

8. That thing that is taking/ consuming money from your pocket every-time, why not sell it so that you can be balance. Forget about what people will say and move one.

You should be mindful of people/friends you are going out with. If you are being push to buy or spend on something you are not capable of; a time will come, you will be short of cash and that friend of yours, you are trying to please won't come to your aid because everybody have his/her problem.

Don't be shy and never copy what other people are doing; if you don't copy, you will surely see progress in your life and people will be asking you how you are doing it.

Finally, If you don't make money like them, never spend like them.

Education / The Treatment Beggars Received and How to Recognize the real Beggars by wasbo89(m): 12:26pm On Dec 08, 2020
Why will some people wants to give money to beggars and money that is dirty, badly taped and lower denomination will be given out. Meanwhile, good & high denomination will be in the pocket but the worst or lower denomination will be given to beggers. In-fact, some persons will clean their body with the money before given it to beggars.

Please Note:
Money given to beggars don't waste; person will surely recover it back in big because it's part of God's word. Always put smile on Beggar's face. How often do you give out Foodstuffs, Breveages, Clothes and Money to beggars?

How to Recognize Beggars:
A lady mentioned that, a Beggar is a person who begs or suffering from extreme poverty. I agree with her definition but not completely.
Because, if we continue to be giving daily money and other things to Beggars that has 2 legs, 2 hands with eyes; lots of people will be lazy and refuse to work.

I might be wrong but to me, Beggars are disability/ handicapped persons. Persons with 2 legs + hands + eyes are not Beggars, they should go and work.

Business / If You Don't Know, This Is What Guarantee Money, Right Now by wasbo89(m): 8:51am On Oct 06, 2020
Right now, being fluently in English doesn't guarantee money. English, ko-jawo. What guarantee money now is Knowledge and Good Information.
Some people are not doing office job but their monthly income is 6-7 figures monthly. I will show you some example.

Some people are doing Online Advert or 3D Logo Design for small businesses @ the rate of N2,000.
* N2,000 x 5people = N10,000
* N10,000 x 5days = N50,000
* N50,000 x 4weeks = N200,000

N200,000 from just one services, without an office. If you have 3 services, you will be making millions monthly at home if you double your hustle.
Right now, young guys are making millions legitimately online with just a phone, laptop and internet connection. Everything is not about Yahoo, Yahoo. They are making the money because they have the Knowledge and Good Information at hand. Move with the right people to enable you have right information.

Pls Note: Don't quit your job and said WASBO have notified you on how you can be making N200,000 in a month. My advice is, move closer to the people that are doing good to enable you have access to right information.

Finally, what I'm sharing now is also a good Information and this is gonna motivate some people. Go out from your comfort zone, meet people and get Knowledge and Information.

Family / The Reason Why Friends And People That Knows You, Run Away/avoid You by wasbo89(m): 5:17pm On Aug 24, 2020
No matter the challenges you are facing and how broke you are, never ask random friends or people for money. Double your hustle and resolve the issue of money by yourself.

If you have been pushed to a tight corner and can't raise money, ask your family, close friends or boss for money (assistance).
If you keep asking random friends/people for money, they will see you as a beggar and always run away from you. Let people see your struggle, random friends/people will assist you naturally.

Scenario:
Mr.A asked Mr.B for money. Mr.B assisted him with money. The second month, Mr.A asked Mr.B again for money, Mr.B assisted. Two months after, Mr.A came to see Mr.B as usual, Mr.B instructed his wife to tell Mr.A that, he's not around. Any time Mr.B sees Mr.A, he always run away/avoid him.
Pls Note: No matter how small the money is, If you make begging of money a monthly or quarterly routine; friends/people will run away from you and friends/people won't respect you.

Lastly, street is not smiling with everybody. We all have issues we are facing, even the rich men have problems they are dealing with.

Jobs/Vacancies / What You Should Do To Make You Receive 6 - 7 Figures As Monthly Salary by wasbo89(m): 5:24pm On Aug 18, 2020
After going through all the response I got from the Intern job which I posted. I noticed that undergraduates are interested in Money than Training. The reason is because most of the undergraduates that contacted me in-respect of the Intern job asked me about the salary range and they have forgotten that Intern job is without salary but some compensation will be given base on the discretion of the organization. Immediately they heard that, their reaction changed badly.

What baffle me is that, undergraduates that are suppose to focus more on Training and Practicals to enable them have more experience, they don't; they have started looking for a way to make money without building themselves.

Dear Graduate and Undergraduate, If you want to secure a job quickly and be collecting 6 - 7 figures as Monthly Salary in future, you need to be trained and get more experience with your certificates.

Please Note: Your certificates alone can't make you receive such salary and secure a job quickly.

Finally, if you are not doing anything currently, volunteer to do Intern job because that's how you can make yourself stand out from the crowd.

Family / About Rich People Mentality And The Reason Why You Must Help Your Poor Friends by wasbo89(m): 5:50pm On Aug 10, 2020
If you are among the people that look at friends status before you help; you are indirectly creating problems for yourself. Who told you average/poor friends can't help you in future.

For Instance: An average/poor man asked his rich friend (Smith) for an assistance, Smith refused to assist and gave him excuses. Another friend of Smith is Kunle and Kunle is richer than Smith. On that same day, Kunle celebrated his birthday and Smith bought an expensive gift for Kunle.

When asked why he didn't assist his poor friend, Smith said he will gain more from his rich friend. That, he can't gain from his poor friend.

What many rich people don't know is that; when the majority of rich people ran into a serious problem/health issues, majority of friends that will mostly be around to assist are average/poor people. You may not likely see many rich friends around. Mostly, friends that are richer than you can easily betray and surprise you badly; also they can't sacrifice more for you than average/poor friends.

Question:
Have you ever ran into a serious problem or some issues. If Yes, tell us who stood by you during that time. Is it your rich friends or average/poor friends?

If you have the power to help, never ignore or fail to assist an average/poor friends that are loyal to you or friends that have never created a problem for you.

Please Note: There are friends that are richer than you which can fight for you to the last but they are not many. When problems comes or short of cash, rich friends will disappear.

Jobs/Vacancies / How To SECURE A Job Within 8 Weeks by wasbo89(m): 2:12pm On Aug 03, 2020
Securing a job within 8 weeks is possible IF you know the right way and ready to pay for the price to get it.

Why some people didn't get a job
* Some people will sit at home and be looking for a job.
* Some people don't know the right way to secure for a job and also shy to hunt for job.
* Some people will only be submitting Application + CV via email address and also be applying for a position in a big organization. Big organization that can take up to 2 - 4 months to complete recruitment. And lots more.

The Steps to be taken in Securing a Job.
Job Hunting is like marketing a product or services. To be successful, you must be focus and have a target.
1. You are to list all the organizations in the city you reside or the city where you will like to be working.
2. You are to submit your Application Letter and CV to all the organizations listed above and make sure you submit your applications to 3 organizations daily and do that for 6 weeks (Mon - Fri). In 6 weeks, you've submitted 90 applications to 90 organizations. Use the remaining 2 weeks for Follow-Up by visiting all the organizations that received your applications. In-fact, try to see the Manager/HR of those organizations for discussion.

Pls Note:
Submit your application to an organizations that will quickly react to your applications not an organization/branch that have no power to recruit expect from the Head Office.

Secondly, also make sure your CV is well written/reviewed by someone that has knowledge about CV creation; don't just submit any CV.

Thirdly, you will be wondering that which positions should you apply for; Apply for a Marketer or address it as: Letter of Employment and state why you should be employed in your application letter.

3. Networking: As you are submitting your applications, make sure you are also getting phone numbers and making friends with one or two staff of those organizations you have visited because those people can recommend you for a job or notify you to organization that are recruiting.

4. Salary: This is where rejection of job normally comes. I'm very sure that, you will get a job within 8 weeks but my challenge is that, the salary you will be given might not be up to your standard but I will advice you not to reject it. The reason is because your experience is gonna add-up, you will also be able to network and get a better job. In-fact, if you meet their target, your salary might be increased.

Pls Note: Employers like to employ people that have experience and currently working not people that are out of job or at home doing nothing.

5. Prayer: Some people will be wondering why prayer is included. The reason is because I believe in prayer and prayer answer all things.
As you are hunting for the job, don't forget to also pray and have faith.

Religion / About Pastor And How To Identify Fake Pastors by wasbo89(m): 4:38pm On Jul 27, 2020
Who is a Pastor?

A pastor is the leader of a Christian congregation who also gives advice to people from the community or congregation.

All pastors are suppose to be directing people to the right ways but reverse is the case because many of them are directing people wrongly. I'm sure you will agree with me that, not all pastors will enter paradise because many of them are to be called Devil not Pastor.

A couple invited their pastor to their house in abroad because they think the pastor's prayer answered on them. After few weeks of his stay in the house, the pastor started sleeping with the man's wife. Argument started when the husband confronted his wife for sleeping with the Pastor. In-nutshell, the authority of that country sent the husband out from the house which he rented by himself. The Pastor and the Wife now lives in that house.

Another pastor asked a lady to put off her clothes to enable him to pray and do spiritual cleansing for her. The pastor later shaved the hair of the lady's private part and armpit and put it in the white handkerchief. After that, he had sexual intercourse with the lady.
People especially the women should be careful in dealing and what they tell pastors because many of them are looking for what they will eat and God didn't call them, they called themselves. The problem of some women is that whenever they have any issue at home, they will quickly take it to pastors and many of this Fake Pastors have spoiled lots of homes and some pastors even start sleeping with some of the wives that came to report their husbands. If at all, a woman wants to see a pastor for any issues, her husband should follow her.

How to Identify FAKE Pastors:
You will know Fake Pastors by their seed.
1. When a Pastor tells you to do things contrary to what it's in the Bible.
2. Some Pastors are selling their Saliva to church members.
3. Sleeping with church members.
4. Putting leg on the church members head while praying for them.
5. Bathing in a drum and be giving church members to drink.
6. Touching female private part in the name of spiritual cleansing.
7. Drinking beer, giving bad advice to people and lots.

Some Christians are lazy, instead of them to pray for themselves, they will start looking for Pastor to pray for them. I wanna say that, it's not a must that pastor must pray for you before your prayers to be answered. Because Jesus said, he has given power to you; God didn't say, he has given power to pastor. Please use that power which God has given to you. Pray and have faith; I'm sure, your prayer will be answered.

Finally, I'm sure Christian Association of Nigeria (CAN) are working in making sure that all Fake pastors are punished and removed.

Please Note: Not all pastors are Fake because there are good ones that were called by God. As we are having Fake Pastors, there is also Fake Imam, Alhaji, Alfa (Religionous leaders).

Romance / Things Ladies Must Not Do When They Are Engaged To The Man They Want To Marry by wasbo89(m): 6:58pm On Jul 24, 2020
1. Don't always give him money when he needs money. Using money to entice the man you wanna marry is wrong. If you always give him money during courtship and you stopped giving him money when married. The marriage won't last.

2. If he is dating another ladies during courtship, pls don't keep shut. Complain to him concerning that and reject it before you get married to him. If you don't and get married to him, you won't be able to complain again. If you are not careful, another lady might get pregnant for him outside.

3. Don't take what you can't accept. If he normally do something you dislike, let him know immediately.
For example: If he normally slap you and you dislike such thing, then notify him immediately. If you don't, he will continue slapping you when you get married to him.

4. Don't force him to marry you. It's bad to force a man to marry you but you can stylishly ask him when you guys gonna get married; let it come from him that, he wanna marry you.

5. Don't start what you can't end. If you are doing different things for the man during courtship, never stop it when you finally get married to him.
For example, if you wash his clothes during courtship, never refuse to wash his clothes when married. If you do, there will be problem.

Romance / The Meaning Of An Engagement Ring & The Right Person That Must Give It To Women by wasbo89(m): 11:58am On Jul 09, 2020
What is an Engagement Ring?

An Engagement Ring is a ring indicating that the person wearing it is engaged to be married.

Nothing wrong and It's good for a lady to wear it but it must be given to you from a man that is ready for marriage.
It always amuse me whenever I see ladies that received rings from apprentices, undergraduates and from guys that can't feed themselves a 3 square meal; some ladies will receive it and begin to flaunt it to people. Ladies, It's wrong to base your judgement on Love alone.

Some ladies don't know the implication and the meaning of the ring they are putting into their finger. The moment you receive a ring and inserted it into your finger, you have already put an Embargo on yourself. Believe me, no right thinking men will woo you again. A good man that is looking for a wife will never call you talk-less of wooing you because the ring in your finger signify that you are engaged with another man and most men don't like competition because ladies are plenty outside.

What baffle me most is that some Ladies will go to the market and buy themselves a ring and begin to be using it daily. What for; for fashion or what? Stop it, if you are doing that.

Ladies, before collecting a ring from any Man, make sure that the Man is ready for marriage and is the man capable; a man that gives a lady an engagement ring should be able to marry that lady in less than 12months.

Please Note: After accepting the ring, ladies should make sure that the Man introduce you to his parent and family members officially. Think twice if he gives you an excuse and refused to introduce you because some Men are using ring as a delay/backup plan; if the lady they have in mind didn't marry them, they will easily fall back on you and no lady like to be an option.

Finally, if a Man give an Engagement Ring to a lady, nothing stop that Man to also use an engagement ring because Men do wear engagement ring too.

Investment / The Truth About Online Investment and Entrepreneur's Guide On Business Operation by wasbo89(m): 8:26am On Jul 02, 2020
If you are an Entrepreneur, you need to be very careful if you wanna do a business transaction with customers or friends. Some people are fraudsters because Products or Services will be delivered to them and refused to pay and will later tell you stories that, they have transferred money to your account, transfer hanged or unnecessary excuses. Always confirm payment before releasing your goods.

Advance Payment:
Always collect advance payment (at-least 40%) and never use your money to execute a project for a customer.
For instance, a customer accepted to pay 10,000 for a service and after execution, the customer refused to pay N10,000 and later paid N8,000. Even it may be after a month some customers will come forward to accept a service that have been done for them.

Please NOTE:
No matter how small a Business is, make sure you have your Business Policy in place; IF not, this bad people will render you poorer and spoil your business for you. Friend are scamming friends and Customers are scamming Entrepreneurs, this time around.

Online Investment:
Pay 20k and collect 40k after 45 minutes.
More and more people are falling into this SCAM daily and people need to be very careful about this online investment; even if your friends tells you to invest in such, please don't. It's a Scam.

There are some real companies that's into this Investment but they have offices and dully registered with CAC and their payment time is between 1-2 months and the monthly profit on the investment is between 20%-30% but i will say anybody that wanna do investment NOT to do Online Investment. If you wanna do any Investment, visit their office, in-fact make sure they have branches and dully Registered with CAC, investigate if the company advertise their services on Radio, Television or advertise with recognized persons (VIP). And also get feedback from physical people that have done that investment and do other search before investing your money.

The BEST and SUREST place to invest your money is with Banks.

Business / Good News For Teachers/graduates: How You Can Easily Make N40k Monthly From HOME by wasbo89(m): 9:39am On Jun 23, 2020
This is a Good News for Teachers, Graduates (Job Seekers) and Undergraduates.

Do you know you can be making N40,000 or N16,000 monthly from TEACHING at Home.

All schools was closed down in April 2020 and all of the students are at home doing nothing. Some parents have arranged Personal Teachers for their children while many have not.

You can be teaching the students in Primary and Secondary schools that's in your street/neighborhood. You can as well have morning, afternoon and evening sessions.

Charges:
Monday - Friday @ N500 * 20 students = N10,000 * 4 weeks = N40,000
Saturday - Sunday @ 200 * 20 students = 4,000 * 4 weeks = N16,000

I believe this is a very good idea and I think those people I mentioned above can be doing this for now and they should not shy away from this business.

Please NOTE: If you are a person that is proud, do select a work/job to do, can't get dirty while working and always think of what people will say if he/she do a certain/low work or jobs; if you are that kind of person, there is high probability that, such person won't have money.

She has done with you and decided to move on. She broke up with you because she might have seen someone else that are better than you.

The solution to this, you need to be more hardworking and increase your hustling. Make things change for the better and if there's changes in your status; the girl will have a re-think and come back to beg you.

If you are depressed about the matter and things continue to worse for you, the girl will be happy for leaving you.

Pls Note: Never spend if you are not making money like them. Secondly; if you are not a Big Boy, never prove to be a Big Boy to a Broke Girl.

Family / The Reason Why Many Women Are Single (final Part) by wasbo89(m): 10:17am On Jun 17, 2020
Many women (adult females & ladies) are single because some women are liability, they have nothing to put on the table and some has bad behavior, can't cook & take care of the house, rude & don't have respect for her bf & some women are expensive to manage; men dislike such ladies. Some women are fond of selecting men to marry (they look for rich men to marry; instead to look for men that get skills and potential that can become rich person in future).

Secondly, many ladies are looking for single guy here and there but they could not get one to marry. They have forgotten that the population of single women are more than single men. You can see, there is mismatch here and you can now see why many ladies are single at 35years even more than that age.

After a women is single at 35years, many of them will start to look for Married Men to marry while some will still be hunting for single men to marry.

The only solution that will enable all the Single Women to get married is to start to consider married men to be an option because some married men are responsible.

You can go through one of my articles, that will guide you on choosing a married men to marry. Topic - "Marrying a Married Man is not a bad Idea and it must not always be Condemned". You can get it on www.nairaland.com/wasbo89/topics

Pls Note: Before all the Single Women can fully get married, Men must marry between 3 - 6 wives. If not, lots of women won't have husband.

Career / N150k Salary Monthly Or N1.0milion To Start A Business. Which One Will You Pick? by wasbo89(m): 12:39pm On Jun 16, 2020
I asked this question on social media and many people commented. Some people picked N150k while other picked N1.0 million.

The two options are ok. Earning N150k as monthly salary is sweet because you won't push yourself too much before collecting it monthly than being an Entrepreneur.

Starting a business with N1.0 million is good because you will be the one to determine your monthly take home/profit. That is base on the marketing/strength you discharge on the business. Entrepreneurship is not easy but you can be BETTER than Salary Earners in the long run.

I won't condemn people that picked N150k because they don't want problem for themselves. Go and ask people that own a business about the challenges they faced, if you hear it, you will run away from Entrepreneurship. To run a business effectively, you need managerial skills and hard work, without it business won't blow. Not everyone can manage a business because lots of businesses have died and some business owners are still owing their staff. For example, Do you know how many Bars & Eateries that have died in the last 6 years in the town you reside?

I'm not trying to scare you about Entrepreneurship but only trying to prepare your mind to something you are gonna face.

If I'm to choose among the two options, I will pick N1.0million because:
1. Entrepreneurship eradicate poverty while Salary is for nursing poverty.
2. I determine my monthly salary/profit.
3. In the long run, I will be better than salary earners and have more office branches.
4. Salary earners job is not guaranteed, person can be sacked at anytime but the success of a N1.0m Business lies in my hand.

Finally, even If person pick 150k monthly salary and after working for so many years, one day; person will still think of starting his/her own business. To now get N1.0m to start a business is not easy because it's hard to save money till it reaches N1.0m. (don't take calculator and be multiplying something for me, I know what i'm saying because it's easy to multiple).

As requested, that's my response to that question. The two offer get risk and I believe, I can still control the risk of the second option.

Culture / Birthday Celebration: Things You Must Do On Your Birthday by wasbo89(m): 9:58am On Jun 10, 2020
More people are celebrating birthdays daily and what they do is to do a Photo-Shoot and they will buy new clothes, shoes, bags & do an hairstyle. After that, they post the pictures on Facebook and WhatsApp while some will display an old pictures on social media. Who that help but nothing wrong if you wanna do a photo-shoot but don't limit your birthday celebration to that.

Important things you must do on the day you were born.
1. Pray for yourself immediately you wake up in the morning.
2. You should forgive all the people that offended you and ask for forgiveness from those people you offended.
3. You need to make sure you make some people (family & friends), Beggers or Motherless-Home happy. Making beggars happy is extremely important on that day.

Some asked, how can they make Beggars happy. My response was:
i. Give them money (a single note of N100 or N200 or N500 or N1,000 into 7 or 9 places) depending on your capacity.
ii. Cook or buy food into 7 or 9 places.
iii. Buy any fruit into 7 or 9 places.

Package all into 7 or 9 places, pray on those things and give it to 7 or 9 beggars. With that, you have made some homes happy and those beggars will also pray for you after receiving your package and Ok your prayers and God will surely answer your own prayers.

If you always do this or more than this yearly, I assure you; you are gonna see good changes in your life within the year and next year.

Some persons asked me, why I'm I making this info public. My response was; Rich students will never forget his Teacher.

Birthday celebration is beyond advertising your birthday online, posting of pictures and making yourself happy alone.
Business / Business Owners, This Are Reasons Why U Must Have Account With Microfinance Bank by wasbo89(m): 7:55am On May 27, 2020
It has been long since Microfinance Banks have been in existence and many MSME's owners don't know the services and benefit they can get from Microfinance Banks. Instead of them to have an account with Microfinance Banks they will rush to open and run an account with Commercial Banks not knowing that Commercial Banks are looking for customers that are rich. Infact, if you request for a loan of N40,000 - N500,000 your request is not likely to be granted because CBs want business owners that will request for Millions of Naira. The above mentioned money or more can be given to you as loan in MFBs if you meet their requirements.

What is a Microfinance Bank?
Microfinance Bank (MFB) is a company licensed by the Central Bank of Nigeria (CBN) to carry on the business of providing financial services such as savings and deposits, loans, domestic funds transfer and non-financial services to microfinance clients.

Some of the Services/Products of Microfinance Banks are:
1. Savings and Current Account
2. Fixed Deposit Account
3. ATM and Online Transfer services
4. Loans and lots more.

1. Savings and Current Account: In MFBs, both accounts can be opened easily and the beautiful of Savings account in MFBs is that, their interest rate is higher than Commercial Banks. For example in Imowo Microfinance Bank, their interest rate is 4% per annum. Please, how much is your CB gives you on your Savings Account?

2. Fixed Deposit: Right now, the banks that is given higher interest rate when it comes to Fixed Deposit is MFBs. With 3 months F/D of N1,000,000 in CBs, they can't give you more than 2% per annum but in MFBs you will be given more than that.

3. ATM and Online Transfer services: A lot of MFBs have improve their operations by having the above mentioned services in other to make banking easy for their customers. Please note that, Imowo Microfinance Bank customers are enjoying this services.

4. Loans: There are many facility in MFBs and some are: Esusu - Daily Contributions (1 or 3 months), Loan (6 months), Overdraft (6 months) and Equipment Leasing (12 months) etc.

Please Note: Before a loan can be granted to you, you must have a functioning business on ground, open an account, run it by depositing business money and withdrawing it for business purposes. The duration, is not how long but how well you run it.

All the above mentioned services can be gotten from Microfinance Banks and i am recommending Imowo Microfinance Bank to you because they are doing well and they are also been declaring Bonus/Dividend to it's customers yearly since 1997/1998 till now and more people are still buying Imowo MFB's shares. Imowo Microfinance Bank is the best in Ijebu-Ode and is one of the best in Ogun State.

I will advice Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises (MSME's) owners to quickly open an account with Microfinance Banks in the town you reside or where your business located because MFBs are the banks that can assist you.

Please Note: Nothing wrong if you wanna have an account with Commercial Banks but make the account with Microfinance Banks a priority.

Career / What Matter Most In Life And How To Be Successful by wasbo89(m): 8:52am On May 20, 2020
University is not for everybody and if you are able to get a good grade from a Polytechnic or College is better. If you are not privilege to get any from the above mentioned institutions, that doesn't mean you can't make it in life.

Most graduates think their certificates will put food on their tables and that they are gonna be successful for being a graduate. Be inform that, jobs are scarce and some graduates are jobless for 3 years.

What matter most in life is to be literate, develop yourself, learn some skills and start a business; that's the sure way of putting food on table and be successful because some people are making money through Trading, Fashion Designing, Internet Business, Dry Cleaning, Barbing, Driving of Tricycle & Bus, Small Chops Vendor/Catering Delivery, House Cleaning, Laptop/Phone Engineering, Agric biz etc.

Anyone that wanna put food on the table should learn some skills because there is a guarantee that money is gonna come-in from skills acquired.

In the long run, people that are successful in doing their personal businesses are more than people in offices.

Please Note: Salary is the medicine for nursing poverty while Business cure poverty.

Finally, education is good and apart from having a BSc, HND, ND or just a School Cert; if you have the money and chance to further more please do because it's gonna help you more in life.
Career / Forget About Salary, This Is What You Should Look Out For Before Quiting Yourjob by wasbo89(m): 2:00pm On May 15, 2020
Don't always see the job you are currently doing as inferior to another job. Nothing wrong if you wanna move to another company but before moving you need to think deeply because some people have moved and they later blame themselves for taking wrong decision.

What some people wanna hear is salaries. Once they hear the salaries they will receive is higher than what they are currently receiving; they will quickly think of accepting such job without looking at the benefit of the two jobs (companies).

If you wanna go to another company, you need to list out all the benefits in the new company and the one you wanna quit and do some comparison.

Some of the benefits are: Health Care, Employee Compensation (Gratuity and Pension), Tuition Reimbursement, Pay Raise or Performance Bonus, Insurance, Professional Development & Training, Maternity/Paternity Leave, Annual/Paid Leave, Travel benefit package etc.

The above mentioned benefits are what you should look out for when getting hired. Don't rush to quit your current job because of few difference in Salaries. Do your calculation before taking a decision.

Finally, some jobs that are not having the above mentioned benefits are also good but a job that has Gratuity and Pension is the best.

What's your reaction to what i stated above?

Education / Steps Which Gov. Dapo Abiodun Took In Tackling Coronavirus by wasbo89(m): 9:55am On May 11, 2020
Many people have continue to say, they have not seen a single thing which Governor Dapo Abiodun has done in the last six weeks in tackling Covid-19 in Ogun State.

I will say that, most of the Criticizers are not leaving in Ogun State and many of them are not reading news and if they are leaving here, they will have physically seen or read online the measures which the Governor has put in-place since 18th March 2020. The cases of Covid-19 in Ogun State could have been worse if all the under-listed measures were not in place.

The way and manner which Ogun State Government led by Governor Dapo Abiodun handled the case of Covid-19 is an excellent way and it shows that the Government is proactive.

Some of the steps which Ogun State Government took in tackling the Covid-19 in Ogun State.

When the issue of Covid-19 occurred in Nigeria, Governor Dapo Abiodun banned large gathering of 50 people or more in 18th March 2020. The directive affected schools, religious centre’s, parties and government etc. After close monitoring of the cases of Covid-19 in Ogun State, in 23rd March 2020, the Governor reviewed the measures and reduced large gathering from 50 to 20 people. The Governor directed that social distancing must be maintained between two people at-least five feet and directed all organizations not to allow more than 20 clients in offices. And all offices must provide Hand-Washing and Sanitizers for its clients. He directed social distancing must be maintained in the market. He also gives guidelines for Cabs, Tricycles, Motorcycles, Buses, all Unions in the Motor Parks, Drivers & Conductors.

Ogun State Government did a sensitization campaign to the people of Ogun in-respect of Covid-19. The Government provided transmission of digital classes which is called “Ogun DigiClass” for primary and secondary schools levels to compensate them for the time lost due to the restriction which Government placed on schools which the digital classes was aired on OGTV.

In 28th March, 2020, Governor Dapo Abiodun thanked the people that made some voluntarily humanitarian contribution into the Government. They are: Former President Olusegun Obasanjo and Mr. Fola Adeola both donated their properties in Abeokuta as Isolation Centres, Oba Adeyeye Ogunwusi donated 2 Motorised Modular Fumigators, Oluwashikemi Ogunleye donated N950.00, Pastor E.A. Adeboye donated medical equipment, Alhaji Rabiu donated N100.0million and pledged medical equipment and supplies to the State Covid-19 pandemic support fund. The Governor promised to use the donations judiciously.

The Governor instructed that the Interstate and International borders be closed effective from 11pm, 30th March 2020. He made it known that the restriction is a step further to reduce the importation of the Covid-19 into the State. The directive excludes personnel offering essential services in health, security and food.

The Governor provided Isolation Centres for the State and some are located in Ikenne, Sagamu, Iberekodo and Olabisi Onabanjo University Teaching Hospital- OOUTH.

During the lockdown in Ogun State which was ordered by the Federal Government of Nigeria, the State Government provided stimulus package for 500,000 homes in Ogun State. The packages includes rice, beans, gari, salt, cubes, vegetable oil, and tomato puree sachets, hand-sanitizers, anti-bacterial soaps, stain removers and water packs. He appealed to people the need to wash their hands regularly, use of hand-sanitizer, use of face masks and maintain social distancing.

Ogun State Government deployed Mobile App for resident’s personal self-assessment. The App is for the members of the public to self-assess themselves and individual basis for the dreaded Covid-19.

The Governor directed that all major Open Markets, motor packs and other public spaces to be disfected because he’s aware that the virus survives for some hours on common surfaces. He also announced on 15th April 2020 that, the State Molecular Laboratory is set to be opened for operations.

The Governor directed that Test-and-Trace Strategy should be implemented and the test has commenced and the State Government have increased their daily testing capacity to 1,000 per day.

Governor Dapo Abiodun donated new 69 pickup vans for the State Police, Trace got 10, Nigerian Civil Defence Corps got 2 vans. 5 vehicles for Nigerian Army, 2 to NSCDC, 2 to DSS, 1 to NIS, Motorcycles were also given out. All this was done to empower all security agencies in discharging their duties.

Like I’ve said before, the cases of Covid-19 could have been worse if all the above measures were not put in place and I believe the Governor can do more, if we join hands and support his government.

Finally, we should all thank Governor Dapo Abiodun for the leadership he has continued to provide for the State, the effort to combat the CoronaVirus. I pray that, Almighty Allah to continue to guide and protect him.
Culture / The Reasons Men Refused To Allow Their Wives To Work & Danger that Surrounded it by wasbo89(m): 8:48am On May 08, 2020
The issue of full house wife is becoming rampant in African. Some African Men refused to allow their wives to work due to some reasons best known to them.

When asked, some husbands said;
If they allow their wives to work, they won't have time to take care of their homes and husbands. Some said, their wives won't make so much profit in their businesses and their profit is meaningless to them because they are rich. Some husband said, their wives will have chance to flex and visit other men. Some said, they provided all what their wives and children need at home. Some also said, they give their wives monthly salary and she doesn't need to work.

What all husbands should know is that "Nobody knows tomorrow" and anything can happen, business can fold-up, husband can be sacked, husband can also be seriously sick or had an accident. In-nutshell, anything can happen to husbands.

For Instance: There is a man that didn’t allow his wife to work but pays his wife a monthly salary of N120,000 and when the man died, bank took over the man's properties and finally, the wife started sleeping with different men to enable her take care of the children she born for the man.

Husband should assist their wives in getting a work/job that will allow them to function well at home. Husband should not worry about the profit their wives is gonna make from business because most women knows how to multiply money. I also believe that, if husbands take care of their wives, majority of them won't cheat no matter the free movement that was given to their wives.

There is lots of benefit for allowing wife to work.
* If husband have issues with his business or short of cash, his wife will be there to assist.
* Wife won't be waiting for husband to come home before buying anything.
* The pressure of spending/expenses will not be too much for the husband.
* It’s also a way to teach wives about business and how to manage money.

Please Note: Most parent spent more on the Education/Vocational Trainings on their daughters and many of them won't be happy seeing their daughters become full house wife.

Finally, all husbands should support and also monitor their wives businesses because I’ve seen some wives that bought lands and cars for their husbands for being their pillar to success.

What's your take on this?
Culture / Marrying A Married Man Is Not A Bad Idea And It Must Not Always Be Condemned by wasbo89(m): 2:50pm On May 04, 2020
Most ladies don't like being a second wife because of troubles in polygamous home but IF God says, that's your DESTINY and where your Best Life lies; there is nothing you can do about it.

Marriage is like a darkness market; something nobody knows where it will lead to.

The end of marrying a Bachelor sometimes turned out badly because some Bachelors are not responsible and some of their wives are not happy in their home due to regular physical maltreatment from husband, refused to provide food & money for their wives & children and improper treatment etc. There are many of such cases of marriages that have crashed and not even up to 4 years.

Some Married Men are better than some Bachelors; marrying a married man is not a bad idea and the beautiful of it is that, you will have seen the house you are going practically before entering.

If you wanna marry a Married Man, you need to know if he is a responsible man; is the first wife well take care-of and hope he doesn't maltreat his first wife. You need to know the kind of work he's doing - hope he can feed two wives conveniently. Ask about the plan he has for you and why he want a second wife. He must be literate, not necessary to be a graduate.

Please Note:
* If a Bachelor married a lady that doesn't mean, he can't marry another wife if need arise. Forget about Court Wedding/REGISTRY, a wife can be divorce if a lady misbehave or engage in bad act.

What's your reaction to what i stated above.
Family / How To Increase Your Daily/monthly Income In An Easy Way by wasbo89(m): 10:27am On Apr 29, 2020
A single stream of income can't take care of all your expenses in this country. A country where cost of living is going up on a daily basis. If you wanna increase your income, you need to diversify and acquire new skills in boosting your income.

The only problem with Nigerians is that, we do the same things all our life. e.g A lawyer remains in the law court, an hairdresser remains one till she dies, a tailor remains one till Jesus comes. This ought not to be so because financial increase comes when you have many streams of income.

Do you really know how many businesses an average rich men go into? If a farmer remains a farmer, what will happen the year the rains refuse to fall? Will he and his family eat sand?

Some people wonder why, when a man is sacked, his whole life crumbles. That happened because the only source of income has been blocked. I hope you now see why one should acquire multiple source of income. Everyone should try to learn many things and master them because having two or more source of income is awesome.

Finally, we are in the ICT age where a lady can learn bead or cake making just by following the procedures as given in a YouTube video on her smartphone and a man can learn about Social Media Manager or Computer programs online without paying a dime.

Please Note: Sell what people want, not what you like.
