God declared he was going to stop using the old Testament rules he was going to amplify the old Testament to become the new Testament based on his everlasting love no longer using the extreme brutal rules of forced obedience, this rule will be based on forgiveness and agape love.

So that is how God updated the old Testament to the new Testament Bible.
