You got it wrong the if APC approach the Appeal Court tomorrow the stay of Execution will be granted to vacate this order. This order is another case entirely different from the ruling given by the appeal court on Tuesday.

Stop disturbing yourselves. The judgement of FHC is to clear the air.
Remember they granted interim judgment that Giadom should act as the Chairman, and by law Giadom is to act for only 7days before it expires but the overzealous Oshiomhole did not wait to see Giadom using the 7 days granted to him by the FHC before running to Appeal Court, now the Appeal Court has upheld the judgment of the FHC, which means Giadom is granted by law to use the judgment granting him the powers to act for seven days, since he did not use it before.
Instead of Oshiomhole's camp to be working on that they started telling the world that Mr. Giadom once resigned as member of NWC and came back, and that he should start from the scratch, forgetting that this is law.
