*Obaseki was a nobody until Oshiomole took him from political oblivion and made him governor.

*Obaseki refused to swear in 14 Assembly members because they were loyal to Osgiomol e and so he feared that they were going to stand in his way of appointing a stooge as Speaker.
Whatever, he refused to swear in 14 people who were duly elected by the same Edo people he "loves" and is delivering dividends of democracy to.

*Obaseki claims that his quarrel with Oshiomole is because Oshiomole asked him to share money but he wants to use the money work for Edo people.
Let's assume that this allegation is true!
Can Obaseki swear that he has not being sharing the same Edo money to his croonies, friends and families?

*Obaseki got 7 out of 25 members of Oshiomole's ward to suspend him.
7 out of 25! In order to sack him as APC chairman.
They went to court and removed Oshiomole from office.

*Obaseki set up a panel of inquiry to indict Oshiomole of fraud in a hospital project while he was governor. Obaseki was among the council that approved that payment.

*Obaseki's deputy Philip Shaibu was nominated by Oshiomole. Shaibu is from the same LGA as Oshiomole. They were so close that Oshiomole even paid for his school fees and made him NANS President.

*Oshiomole has fought back by trying to deny Obaseki a second tenure as Governor by masterminding his rejection as the APC flag bearer.

Anybody who thinks that Oshiomole is the devil here is a fool.

Late Chief Anthony Annenih was there he made Edo State Proud,
Chief Tom Ikhimi made Edo state proud,
Chief John Odigie Oyegun was there he also made Edo State Proud,
Late Chief Anthony Eromosele Enahoro was once a vibrant voice, he made Edo Proud,
Late Admiral Augustus Ikhomu was ther he made Edo proud, i can mention so many of them who were once leaders dead or alive, they never brought Edo state to shame.

Only Oshiomhole missued this respect, Automatical the next National Chairman of APC is going to another state. Edo people will never forgive Oshiomhole.

Despite kaduna not having crude oil unlike Edo state, kaduna state is now more developed than Edo due to the incompetent governor obaseki..

Benin city is a slum when you compare it to when oshiomole left it, no good roads in Edo state, no electricity, the schools he has built is less than 10.

No jobs in Edo state even though he promised to create 300,000 jobs.

The only thing he did is building judge quarters and renovating some government properties other governors before him did.

Only a person that Is gaining money under him will defend obaseki.

Stop illegality
Firstly, if you are being sincere with legal and illegality then you should not cry fowl ( sorry for the use of such expression) over Obaseki's disqualification, if what he did to Tony Kabaka was legal then which I feel is cool, the structure was not at the appropriate ground so it has to be demolished based on legality then disqualifying him too based on certificate too should not be bone of contention.
My brother in politics, secrets kept are for future scandals especially when not on same page with the person.
Another important point I'd like you to know is that Obaseki is not fighting against any Godfatherism as they have always lied to us, he is fighting for his relevance and he also want to be in total control of the State. Let's take for instance Obaseki wasn't disqualified, and he later contested and won and became the governor for second term, he finished his term. Now won't he have a preferred candidate? Won't he try to compensate some people he felt has been loyal to him and decided to give them juice post?...... This is how Godfatherism starts before you begin to nail Oshiomole, you and I know that politically Obaseki wasn't relevant not untill Oshiomole brought him before we all begin to Google him and trying to know more about him.
Another interesting questions I want ask you is this, those people that Obaseki is now running to, what are they? The likes of Tinubu, wike, Atiku? and you want to be fooled that he is fighting Godfatherism, brother you are entitled to your opinion o but when commenting try to separate emotions from feelings and allow a critical, logical expression rule your thought that's how we could get the best conclusion.

There is also a moment in life were emotions and feelings walk hand in hand.

You see, the likes of Tinubu, Wike, Atiku etc, had different approach that made them get people sympathy, they never ranted the way Oshiomhole did, they only made moves only in their states:, unlike Oshiomhole who begins to play god both in and outside his boundaries.
You can never hear the likes of James Ibori behaving the way Oshiomhole is doing.
No doubts Oshiomhole is good in political sense but one slight drop makes your cup to over flow, when it overflows you lose the real size of the content inside the cup.
