Thank God for life. Dana passengers would have been alive today if the pilot did same. He noticed an error about 5 minutes after take off but still continued to Lagos. He had a flight to catch. All through the saga they realised he and his co pilot never made reference to the SOPs till the crash.
There is a report on the crash- just Google and read

Very fake news. Airfare to Ibadan is one of the most expensive from overland charging 50k one way from Abuja and Arik about 40k with all the taxes .

This is sad. The government should take the children and take care of them. This government is so useless. No welfare plans for citizens at all. Im sure they have a governors wife in that state. Shr should help out and rehabilitate them immediately
Health / Re: My Encounter And Victory Over The Deadly Hepatitis B by Wazzap: 8:06pm On Aug 04, 2018
[quote author=kudosamass post=57156877]It all started sometimes in 2012 at Federal Housing, Lugbe, Abuja. I was diagnosed with the deadly disease called Hepatitis B. What a name! In fact, that was my first time of hearing the name. The Lab attendant at FHA scared the shit out of me when she told me that it kills faster than AIDS! I did quick research on the name and was alarmed that this was a very dangerous disease! I was still a single guy then. I quickly traveled back my memory lane and scanned through those 'unholy movements' we unmarried guys usually make, and concluded that this must be the judgement of the gods on my head! But I was assured by the same Nurse that it could be contacted through many means and not necessary sexual intercourse.
I spent a lot of money trying to treat it, but it continued to show in my blood whenever I ran a test. Someone then told me early 2013 that the local name was yellow fever. It was then that I decided to inform my Mum in the Village because initially, I did not know how to explain the name to my parents.
I then called my Mum in my village in Enugu. I was surprised that she was clam and told me not to worry myself. She told me to come back to village that there was a trusted medicine that treats 'yellow fever' completely. And that people come from the big cities and abroad to collect the medicine regularly by referrals from their friends.
Out of frustration with conventional medicine, and because this was my own Mum, I decided to give it a trial. I went to my Village in Enugu to collect the medicine and took it as directed (made up of herbs, roots & leaves). I went to test after the treatment. Behold, there was no longer any trace of Hepatitis B in my system! The Lab Attendant was surprised and asked me what magic! I told her that we had a local medicine that treats Hepatitis B in my Village. She confided to me that the conventional treatment they gave people was for the management and not complete cure of the sickness.
The interesting part of this story is that the Lab started bombarding me with request to get the medicine for their patients. (that is after collecting huge sums from the patients in the name of treatment) Initially I was reluctant because of the stress involved, but I later caved in.
I had no idea of medicine before then, but that was how I was transformed into an unwilling medicine man! Some who live in the South will call and I will direct them to my village or arrange for the medicine to be sent to them. Others who stay here in the North will call and I will make arrangements for the medicine for them. I have so far helped more than 60 patients to get treated.
I am only helping people because I nearly lost my life to this disease. Most of them usually take me out to buy me beer after they got well. Some who would not touch beer will say, big thank you to me. And the Medicine man will always bring me palm wine and bush meat any time I traveled home because of the number of patients I sent him or medicines I order from him.

I went for per employment text on Tuesday and I was told by the nurse that I texted positive. I was shock because this my first time of discovering that I have the sickness

I am healthy without any symptoms of illness although she advised me to go about my job till when I am ready to commence treatment
Question

(1) what will be the cost of treatment so that I will prepare financially
( 2) can I use my HMO, because the nurse told me that the hospital will make my medical reports available to my office
You may not even need drugs yet. Further tests will need to be conducted and this will determine whether they will put you on drugs or not
With approx 60K you should be able to do all tests and drugs may cost close to 30K per month and may be needed for about 24 months. Please note that these are just estimates
I am not not sure any HMO will cover this cost. You can find out

Health / Re: All You Need To Know About The Deadly Hepatitis B Virus! by Wazzap: 11:03am On Aug 04, 2018
The hepatitis vaccine can be gotten at any General Hospital and teaching hospital. You need to do a test before you can be vaccinated. Vaccines are only given to negative people. You need 3 doses of the vaccine;1st dose, 2nd dose one month after the first and 3rd 6 months after 2nd dose a booster is given a year after.
New born Babies should get vaccinated immediately they are born and this can be given up to 2 weeks, this protects them if their mother is positive. This is part of the routine immunization schedule in Nigeria and is free.
Please get tested and vaccinated today.
Treatment is available but not free like HIV treatments. It does not cure but reduces the viral load and prevents the virus from harming the liver
Im passionate about jis because im a doctor and have seen people die especially those contracting from their mothers
This is preventable so ask your doctor( not a quack) about where to do a test today!
