Sometimes money can be d cause of unemployment too...if u dont ave cash u cant upgrade ursef in skills, atimes u find it so hard goin for d interviews at distant places cos of transport fare...nd nt all jobseekers are frm homes wia their parents can afford giving denm tfare for evry interview. Hence lackadaisical attitude to kip applying for jobs
Another solid point!

@poster u've said it all, @laurelp you are so on point...so many jobseekers hv done all dat buh no result...the only factor is d GRACE oF GOD *shikena*
Well it might surprise you to know that only few job seekers have done ALL THAT as you stated.

If you ask every other job seeker you meet about these tips, virtually all of them would be lacking in at least one or two, especially tip number two, which I deem the most difficult.

But I agree without doubt that many other factors can influence your chances of getting a job in this Nigeria or ours. Some have even gotten jobs without implementing any of these tips.

I don't mean to sound negative
But we've heard, seen and adhered to these principles over and over again with no results.
Sir, getting a good job in Nigeria is by the special grace of God. You can do all these things and your CV will still end up in the trash can.
I'm not discouraging ppl from doing those things u mentioned, however there are many who are doing dem but still remain jobless.
A friend of mine who graduated since 2006 has been jobless till today. He recently paid the sum of 400k to secure a federal govt job.
D money was contributed by family and loved ones.

Thanks for sharing anyway
I agree with you that God is another factor that should not be undermined. Maybe the OP should have added prayer as one of the keys.

But wait, do you know frustration can make you think you've done so much when in reality you did nothing?

That's another thing I think. They say heaven helps those who help themselves. But most people have done little or nothing to warrant heaven's help, yet they go about saying they've done "everything possible". That's also very common, you know?

HealthRe: Can You Sell One Of Your Kidneys For 15 Million? by webincomeplus(m): 7:24am On Jan 15, 2015
Diekola17:
People use one in a life time. So the oda one lies dormant. So can u sell one of ur kidneys.
That's the stu.pid lie they tell you when they want to lure you into selling your kidneys. Both kidneys are active from birth, none lies dormant.

Though in the absence of one, the other can function in its place (and then increase in size over time), it's just common sense that they were originally two for a purpose.

The choice lies with the owner of the kidneys. As for me, I'll never sell one of my kidneys for any amount and then force the other one to bear all the burden. But if a loved one needs a kidney, I can donate (at no cost).

It's obvious you're a fan of the SDP. Your write was manageable until the part where you insinuated that the governor fostered developments only in Abeokuta. It's either you're oblivious of what's going on in other parts of the state or are just feigning oblivion.

You also stated that the SDP has come to correct the wrongs of Gov. Amosun. That’s another blatant lie. Everyone is fighting for his own pocket. Selfish interests, I mean!

Am no doctor but it's probably low blood sugar. That's the major problem. People always say sugar is bad but won't remember that without sugar, the body Cannot perform.

RIP dear..
Since you're not a doctor then leave the likely cause of the death to doctors to determine. There are hundreds of likely reasons why a person can suddenly slump and die.

And get it, glucose is what your body needs to perform, not the common sugar we all know. And you can get glucose from any carbohydrate diet. So, those who say sugar is bad know what they are saying. Google the health risks of sugar and you'll see for yourself.

WHY IS THE MUSLIM SECTION OF THIS FORUM BE GIVEN A PREFERENTIAL TREATMENT? shocked

IS NAIRALAND NOW AN ISLAMIC ORGANIZATION?

THE LAST TIME I CHECKED, NAIRALAND IS SUPPOSED TO BE A PUBLIC FORUM FOR ALL NIGERIAN AND EVEN NON-NIGERIANS TO VIEW ALL PART OF THE FORUM AND COMMENT SO LONG AS THEY ARE REGISTERED MEMBER AND THEIR COMMENT IS MADE WITHIN THE RULES OF THE FORA NO MATTER YOUR RELIGIOUS BELIEVE!

[size=28pt]WHY MUST I SIGN AN UNDERTAKING BEFORE I CAN ENTER THE ISLAMIC SECTION OF THE FORUM! angry

SOMETHING IS GOING ON IN THAT SECTION OF THE FORUM AND MIGHT CONSTITUTE A SECURITY THREAT TO NIGERIA AS A NATION!

I IMPLORE ALL NAIRALANDERS FOR THE SAKE OF FREEDOM OF EXPRESSION WHICH IS GUARANTEED UNDER THE NIGERIAN CONSTITUTION TO DEMAND THAT THE ISLAMIC SECTION OF NAIRALAND BE OPENED TO PUBLIC VIEWING AND COMMENT! angry

PLS REGISTER YOUR PROTEST BY CREATING A TOPIC DEMANDING THE OPENING OF THE ISLAMIC SECTION TO PUBLIC VIEWING ANDC COMMENTS!

SEUN SHOULD PLS TELL US WHY THE ISLAMIC SECTION IS UNDER LOCK AND KEYS AND CAN ONLY BE ACCESSED BY MUSLIMS WHO ARE UNDER OATS OF ALLEGIANCE!
Stop crying foul. I'm sure the action was necessitated due to the action of non-muslims who visit the Islam section to hurl insults and derail discussions rather than contribute meaningfully.

And whereas, Muslims don't bash Christians and Christianity as Christians do to Islam (let's face it -- at least here on NL).

So, if restricting the Islam section to Muslims only is the only way to keep others with bad motives away, then I don't see anything wrong in that.

And if you're too curious as to know what's going on in there, do the testification and see things for yourself. And if you can't do that, simply browse other sections (there are many others left).

So, stop raising baseless allegations. The topic of your thread was just an unnecessary false alarm. Seun is not even a Muslim, he's only being fair.

So if you have N1,000 in your bank account at the moment, is there no possibility of you having more than that in the past?

If a man has built a house since 2010 and he now says he has just N2,000 on him now, would you ask how he got the money to build his house?

like to host my blog my site receive more than twenty five thoussnd pageviwe what hosting plan will you advise me to go for and what will happen if my site breaks your shared servers .
If you can afford the cost, I'd advise you go for Bluehost (click here to read the complete guide on how to register for a hosting plan with Bluehost). Bluehost offers unlimited web space and bandwidth. And even though they will impose limits (in the real sense), you're unlikely to exhaust what you'll be offered.

But if you want a cheaper alternative, I'd recommend ASO (click here to learn how to register for a hosting plan with ASO). ASO offers capped plans, but I'd recommend the "Small" plan which will be enough for your blog. In addition, ASO will give you 2 months free in addition to your 12-month plan.

Both hosts are based in the U.S., and they are both reputable companies that offer high quality services.

LRNZH:
During GMB, power was not on Nigeria's list of of top 5 problems.
Morever, GMB was president for only 20 months. The issues of his period like hyperinflation, funds misappropriation, porous borders were solved.

GEJ has been president for 59 months. Three times the tenure of GMB.
What has GEJ achieved in Power, Security, Corruption, Refineries, Currency Stability. These are Nigeria's topmost issues today. Not trains.
You still have not answered my question.
Don't mind them. Even if Buhari didn't do anything in the two years he spent as president, isn't he still better than someone who also didn't do anything in thrice that period.

Even if we are to agree that Buhari's tenure as president was a failure, Jonathan's six-year first term was and is a bigger failure!

PoliticsRe: Are There Muslims Who Will Vote For GEJ? by webincomeplus(m): 11:27am On Dec 31, 2014
Ideally, a Muslim should vote a good president who has his welfare at heart and who won't stop him from practising his religion. It doesn't matter whether that candidate is a Muslim, Christian, Jew, Buddhist, or traditional worshipper. So, the welfare of the masses is what it paramount.

However, going by Nigeria's present situation, I won't vote GEJ simply because he underperformed over the past six years. If he had performed even up to average, I wouldn't mind hmm continuing, despite that I'm a Muslim.

But I'll be supporting Buhari. Not because he's a Muslim, and not because I'm sure he can deliver the country from its woes (I'm not a soothsayer). I just wish we vote out GEJ, then give Buhari a chance for another 4 years, after which we will vote him out again if he underperforms.

Actually, I don't trust any Nigerian politician, but I believe in testing new people until we get the right man.

Thinking forex is a get "quick bucks" scheme got you whipsawed. To avoid typing many words, let me just take this opportunity to advise those aspiring to become a forex trader to first and foremost undergo a COMPLETE forex trading course where you'll be thought everything there is to know about forex trading which include managing equity and trade risks etc. When through with the course, Demo trade your way to confidence and against negative trading psychology before going live. If you feel there is a need for a mentor, Good! As there are a number fine traders here on nairaland willing to see newbies succeed in FX trading. "The successful man will profit from his
mistakes and try again in a different way."

Yes, and that's why I called it a no-go area for those looking to make money online. Most of them are of the same orientation, so they'll surely get burned. Besides, most of them just won't have the patience to undergo the kind of complete training your recommended.

Nonetheless, I respect your comment, and I'll add your recommendation to the post on my blog.

I'm not a domain name broker. I'm an internet marketer. I registered those domains with the aim of building blogs around them, not to sell them. I'm only putting them up for sale because I don't have the time anymore to do that.

As for your list, anyone who registers those names is on his own. People pay top dollars for names trending globally or in developed countries, not in Nigeria.

I know that the most people looking to make money online are of the make money quick psychology, which will make them fail woefully at Forex. Besides that, I cited other reasons why Forex trading made my list.
WebmastersHot Domain Names For Sale by webincomeplus(op): 10:00am On Dec 30, 2014
[b]An internet marketer and freelance writer, I blog at WebIncomePlus.com. I have some lucrative domain names that I'm willing to sell to whoever is interested. I registered these domain names with the aim of building blogs around them, but time wouldn't just permit me.

Here are the domain names and the plans, their prices, and the plans I initially had for them (in case you're interested in carrying on with the ideas).

1. Careerandbusinessguide.com (N2,000) -- A blog aimed at providing job search tips for job seekers and small business success tips for those planning to start a small business.

2. Hearing-aid-reviews.com (3,000) -- A blog that will feature reviews of hearing aids by different manufacturers with affiliate links to Amazon. Hearing aids sell very well and they're a bit expensive, so commissions on Amazon are attractive.

3. Jobcodex.com (2,000) -- A blog that shares job search success tips for graduate job seekers as well as latest job vacancies for fresh graduates.

4. Jointpaincare.com (5,000) -- a blog that features reviews of various joint pain relief products. These products sell like crazy on Amazon, so such a blog can fetch huge profits in affiliate commissions.

5. Ridinglawnmowers.org (5,000) -- a blog that features reviews of riding lawn mowers. These lawn mowers are in huge demand and they cost thousands on dollars on Amazon, making them a good target for affiliate marketers.

6. Webhostingcomparison.biz (2,000) -- a blog that features comparative reviews of web hosting companies. These companies offer huge affiliate commissions.

All these domains were registered on Namecheap, which in my opinion is far better than Godaddy.

If you're interested in any of the domain names, send me an email: basicfreelance--at--gmail--com.
