mactoni91:Stop saying what you don't know. I've witnessed autopsies, and I'm yet to see one in which nothing was seen. |
EmmaxKeys:I don't bother editing articles I generate with ChatGPT because: 1. The quality of the grammar is always top-notch. Even Grammarly usually has little or nothing to do. 2. 99 times out of 100, the content will pass plagiarism checks excellently. And when you use ChatGPT-4, expect even more impressive outputs. As for "humanizing", it's just a blatant myth in my opinion. If you want to humanize, write from scratch or hire someone to do it for you. And talking about AI content detectors, there is no single one that is reliable. Even the so-called best ones have flagged manually written content as AI-generated, and vice versa. So, with that in mind, I don't care about the ai-human ratio or whatever it's called. If the basis of something is unreliable, don't waste your time relying on the output. This is how I maintain impressive quality with the content I generate from ChatGPT: 1. I use highly specific prompts. 2. I provide manually written outlines based on primary and secondary keywords as well as user-intent expectations. 3. Before publishing, I read through the article to ensure that it flows well and will be helpful to the reader. I cut out unnecessary parts, and I expand where necessary. 4. I only use ChatGPT to write on topics that are appropriate for it. That is, topics that are quite low on specific and technical details. |
I noticed some people are trying to PM me. I'm sorry, but I don't get to see the PMs. You can reach me via email instead (basicfreelance@gmail.com). |
Mobsync:What they don't realize is that Israel doesn't give a hoot about Christians. Just two weeks ago, one of the oldest churches in Palestine, the church of St. Porphyrius was bombed by Israel and 18 people in there were killed. But here in Nigeria, some dumbos who think it's a mainly religious rather than a political war are cheering Israel on. |
UPDATE: November 15, 2023. As of today, the blog has 33 published posts. Search Console data shows that the blog is still growing as expected. I was even congratulated for reaching 200 clicks within the last 28 days. For now, I'll keep growing the blog by adding more articles.

MrPOTUS:I've told you I'm not not joining the conspiracy argument. I only corrected you since you hinted indirectly that other clubs have English owners. I only stated that for your information, not to join the argument on who is being favored. |
MrPOTUS:I don't do conspiracy theories. But you need to be reminded that only 4 of the 20 Epl clubs have British owners. |
foolbuster:Oga, stop embarrassing yourself. You need to see how I'm laughing at your self-imposed dumbness here. When you pray (choose any of its correct meanings), it's always directed at another entity. Even in the court you pray the court or the judge. You don't direct a prayer to yourself. As for your last paragraph, give evidence for that, please. I mean evidence that repetitive affirmations not directed to any other entity but yourself can also be correctly referred to as prayer. |
foolbuster:You must have written your own whack dictionary.
|
foolbuster:You sounded like someone who doesn't believe in religion. Yet, you're "praying" that more people "wake-up". Whom are you praying to? And why did you have to pray in the first place? |
Your post already includes the solution to your problem. As long as you can afford your own accommodation, move out of that house! You can always assist your family financially and otherwise from wherever you live. |
I don't understand what people are trying to achieve by posting AI-generated topics. |
MS2471:So, because you conducted a mushroom survey in only one vicinity with a sample size of just 20, you concluded that the women from that place love divorce. Wannabe analyst, go to Google to see more objective stats on divorce rates in Nigeria and be duly enlightened. Your gaffe is called fallacy of hasty generalization. |
This issue will not be solved as long as only women are actively involved. By the way, you didn't say anything about your dad. What about him? If your dad isn't late, involve him and/or the wisest elderly men in your family. They will arrange a meeting where everyone involved should be present. Unfortunately, the only man involved in this issue (your aunt's husband) didn't apply wisdom at all. Even his wife acted more maturely. |
The person who voted for Portugal must be a clown. |
spencekat:The throwing off balance part was a sheer figment of your own imagination. Don't bring me into the tribal nonsense people do here. I've never engaged in that. As for the "Eastern ports" nomenclature, I now stand corrected. And I recant my earlier comments. Thanks. |
spencekat:In your mind, those are Eastern states and cities? |
legitnow1:Stop embarrassing yourself. There are no states in the East that communicate directly with the sea. Or you think seaports can be opened anywhere like carparks? |
hartoyebi38:What is your website address, and what's the site all about? One needs to know how much of SEO you've already done to know how much needs to be done. Depending on your niche or industry, attaching a blog to the site could be all you need to up your SEO game. |
UPDATE: October 31, 2023. As of today, I have published 15 articles on the blog. When I checked Search Console to see how the blog is faring on Google, I saw good signals. A few visits are already coming daily (see the attached screenshot). Not a bad start for a 3-week old blog. For now, I'll continue adding new articles to the blog. I'll keep you posted as usual.

prinsam30:Learn to read between the lines. He said "a team that wants to win", which simply means title contenders, not necessarily winners. Yes, they said that last season because Arsenal actually wanted to win it last season, too. |
taylor88:You justified fraud by citing the state of the nation and then claimed you're not consenting fraud. How else does one consent fraud if not by indirectly defending thieves and criminals? Skunks like you believe some people aren't wrong to have gone into fraud since the economy is hard, but you forget that a crime is a crime, and there's no justification for it. |
PawsitiveBro:Well, the truth is AI sites can be a hit or miss thing. And to get results, one has to be quite strategic about it and avoid any unnatural signals. For example, your posting frequency shouldn't send signals of aggressiveness. You're really doing well for yourself as a blogger. Keep it up! |
JAPAHTML:You can send me an email at basicfreelance@gmail.com |
PawsitiveBro:Auto index still works, though. Just that it has become highly unreliable. I started a niche site for a test project 3 weeks ago. The first few posts were indexed automatically within 2 days. I purposely waited to see if the same would happen to this new site because manual indexing is an additional task. I presently have and manage over 20 blogs. That's enough work already. |
UPDATE: I have just created another thread where I'm detailing my new challenge -- Building a Naija-targeted blog using ChatGPT-generated content only. Here's the link to the thread: https://www.nairaland.com/7886184/easy-blogging-chatgpt-experience-new |
Coolbriz:Great! I wish you all the best. |
adeola111:Send me an email to basicfreelance@gmail.com. |
AS OF TODAY... I have published 7 articles on the site. After the first on October 13, I also published on the 14th, 16th, 18th (2 articles), 19th, and 21st (yesterday). As of this morning, I checked the site's indexed pages using the "site:domain" modifier. Only the home page is still indexed. I lost my patience. I headed to Google Search Console to manually submit all the articles to Google's index. About 5 hours later, I checked again, and all 7 articles have been indexed. Fantastic one there! |
SO FAR... So, I settled for a niche related to the Naija lifestyle. October 12, 2023: I registered a .com.ng domain on Domainking.ng October 13, 2023: I set up the site on self-hosted WordPress. I used the Schema theme and installed only a few plugins (Classic Widgets, Classic Editor, RankMath SEO, and Litespeed Cache). After completing the necessary tweaks, I published the first article on the site. I also added the site to Google Analytics and Google Search Console. |
I won't stop proving to people that SEO-oriented blogging still works no matter what. I once created a thread here on NL where I detailed how I created Naija-targeted site from scratch and grew it until it broke the $100/month income record. See the thread here: https://www.nairaland.com/7655871/blogging-still-works-2023-see Earlier this year, I started blogging with AI (ChatGPT to be precise). And presently, I have two AI-based blogs that are generating some decent traffic. One is doing about 60-80 visits per day, while the second has crossed 100 daily visits. Interestingly, the second is only about 3 months old. Both sites are targeted at the US audience. In my bid to continue to test how well AI works for blogging, I decided to start a new site that is targeted at Nigerians. My goal is to see how well AI content does in Naija-related niches. So, I'll be sharing my journey on this thread. And I'll keep you posted on each step I take and how things turn out. Feel free to ask me any questions relating to this journey or blogging in general. |
