I got a visit visa for a conference and in my application, I filled in that I will stay 3 days but now some colleagues want to stay around and go sightseeing the next week. I'm skeptical about changing my flights because of border security and this is my first time traveling to Canada.
Do you think I should change my flight before getting to Canada or do it once I get there?
I'm not sure if I can be able to change the flight in under a week and It worries me. What do you think?

Hi everyone, I applied for B1 Visa for conference since 2021 and the interview date I saw at that time was October 2023. I chose a date in October and it's coming up but the conference is past.

Should I find another conference in the USA and refill the Ds-160 form again then use it on the appointment or I should I cancel the appointment?

Also, if I'm to refill the DS-160 form, should I pay for another visa or still use the old payment I made?

I don't want to miss any conference in the US in near future

I applied for B1 visa to attend a conference in 2021 and the only appointment date available then was from October 2023

Now my issue is that the conference has passed and my appointment is October 9, 2023. Should I go for this interview or cancel the appointment? Or is it ok to change the application?

I was reading the VFS instruction for passport submission and saw this item:
A copy of your biometrics sticker, if applicable

What does that mean? I don't think I have such a sticker. One thing that looks like a sticker was pasted on the photocopy of my passport photograph.

Which courier service do you guys suggest I should use? And is this the final step?

Only ircc can answer how long, my application took 8 months, some over 2yrs and other 3 months. Just take your mind off it n hope that process it on time.

That means I’ll miss the conference. Sad!

Hi, I recently did biometric for visitors visa meant for conference. It’s up to 1 month and I haven’t heard back from them. Does it take this long? How long before I hear back from them?

I love this babe and intend to settle down with her but a couple of things keep worrying me.

When we started dating she was usually on call with a lot of guys whenever she visits until one day I asked her whether she has a lot of boyfriends? Other posts on her WhatsApp status are vilifying women that do hookup or women that act indecently. She has no control on how dirty her WhatsApp status could be, like showing a video of a girl doing some crazy things with her vagina and she would be advising girls with that kind of video. One day, I told her to stop those kind of sexually explicit posts. Gave her reasons why it's important she stopped. Basically that she has younger ones on her contacts. She agreed and stopped being too extreme on these posts about sex. Again, I'm not sure if she really stopped or blocks me whenever she's making such explicit post.

To be fair to her, she did engineering in school and also posts church things. She matched my energy in sex Na wetin I take dey forgive her

What's your view about this kind of person based on these status posts?

I’m not lying. PWAN business is just recruiting PBO to convince more people to buy land that they will never hand over to the people.

After paying, they’ll tell you to come for allocation. They will allocate you your plot but you will not hear from them again. I know what I’m saying. It’s been 3 years now and my friend has not gotten his survey plan and deed of assignment despite paying for those documents.
Last email he sent asking them for those documents and permission to start building was not replied

Real Estate in Nigeria is largely scams. A friend bought some piece of land from PWAN for 3 years now they haven’t given him all the necessary documents

Let me paint you an example. I traveled home to my hometown to vote and was told that the community has decided on a consensus candidate. Everybody must vote for that same person. You can't even thumbprint, they'll do it for you. You just accredit and leave.
Now, some people in the community refused. They were just 2 families. Do you know that they were beaten and also made not to thumbprint? They were accredited and dragged home. Now imagine that those people are from another ethnicity entirely, they'd have killed them.

So Africa need to change their method. Legislate it and give it expiring date. Maybe 2100. If it expires and there's still tribalism, give it another 100 years. Without that, we are headed for war

I have been following what is happening in Lagos and compared it with the hostility in my area.

I learnt a lot and in conclusion, I would say we are not yet ready for people to vote wherever they live.

What is happening in Lagos this election period can happen anywhere in Nigeria if the table turns.

Therefore, I'm proposing that people should vote based on their state of origin. Do you think this is a good idea? I believe it would solve all these issues
