Putinofrussia: Own up your demolitions. Fear shouldn’t hinder you from the demolitions. History is being made. You people did not show any love to anybody. Nobody in that lagos was sponsored to be there by the Yorubas. Most came and hustled. They have made it and built their houses. Now you’re demolishing it and want to claim something else. Own it. Let me also make it clear that as much as Nigeria is kept to function through lagos, no one would be leaving no matter your bigotry. People will devise new ways: make money in lagos, invest somewhere else. And of course those that still want to invest in Lagos will do so and a time will come when you will be agitating for people to leave but they won’t cause it’s their lifeline just as it’s the lifeline of Nigeria. Let’s concentrate the ports in lagos, the headquarters in Lagos and run it that way. Most of you think that people are coming to lagos because Yorubas are accommodating, hell NO, people are coming because there’s nowhere else to go! You can cry a river but it’s what it is 3 Likes |

DeLaRue: This write up is the reason Nigeria will never progress. Look at this lunatic that doesn’t want the truth to be said! He prefers his country men staying in prison awaiting trial for several years due to the incompetence of the judiciary than speaking the truth out about the ills in the judiciary. I pray this injustice in this country is meted out to you or your family members so that you’ll have sense. 2 Likes |

Said by the man who brought lagos thuggery to anambra. Gentlemen, whenever you’re driving through onitsha, never stop where the commercial busses are discharging their passengers. Soludo’s thugs collected 40,000 from me for dropping someone where the commercial buses were dropping passengers. Soludo is a useless professor. |

Politics / Rot: Two Weeks To Get Tax Clearance Certificate by webm: 11:49am On Oct 29, 2023 |
First time I’m registering a company in Nigeria. The process was seamless with CAC website. I didn’t step out of my house until the very end and my certificate was delivered to me. To now get a tax clearance certificate so that i can start a registration with another government body, I was told to print the whole 27 paged mermat from CAC. The civil servant i met who gave me the needed information said that if i want it out in two weeks then i have to settle them to run it for me. I was like what! To invest my own money, in my country, I have to pay you to process it fast if not it might take months. Can you imagine this? We have huge problems in this country |

Do we all not see what happened during the election? Was the election fair? The rigging was so obvious in Rivers state that Wike, a PDP man was appointed as a minister of FCT! A lot of Nigerians are daft and can be seen in these comments. They can believe anything that’s published without verification nor asking questions. Canada and India are having a row with each other due to killing of a Canadian citizen by India. This has led to both withdrawing their ambassadors and several other things. This publication is from India, you shouldn’t believe it and be tribal over it like this. The UK guy that tweeted it pulled it from India news. We really have problem in Nigeria 4 Likes 1 Share |

Business / How Is Filling Station Business These Days by webm: 9:56am On Aug 29, 2023 |
I have a piece of land about 5 plots and I want to have a filling station and a gas station on the land but I'm sceptical about having a filling station especially since I I think it will need my presense. I heard it's difficult to get fuel and others hence people resorting to franchise but I don't want to be a franchise. Here are my questions: 1. How profitable could this fuel business be vs gas station in a developing village with just two filling stations that are substandard but no gas station. 2. How involved will I be in the operation of a fuel station vs gas station? 3. What do you think would be the cost to get both this businesses up and running? |

I got a visit visa for a conference and in my application, I filled in that I will stay 3 days but now some colleagues want to stay around and go sightseeing the next week. I'm skeptical about changing my flights because of border security and this is my first time traveling to Canada. Do you think I should change my flight before getting to Canada or do it once I get there? I'm not sure if I can be able to change the flight in under a week and It worries me. What do you think? |

Hi everyone, I applied for B1 Visa for conference since 2021 and the interview date I saw at that time was October 2023. I chose a date in October and it's coming up but the conference is past. Should I find another conference in the USA and refill the Ds-160 form again then use it on the appointment or I should I cancel the appointment? Also, if I'm to refill the DS-160 form, should I pay for another visa or still use the old payment I made? I don't want to miss any conference in the US in near future |
