This change sef, is it applicable to some places only? I still power my Gen 7pm-7am with 5K Diesel selling @175N/litre Almost Everyday excluding during daytime  We have managed to get our own transformer and high tension connection with everything fixed both on credit but this Government people has refused to connect us for over 3 months claiming they are following due process of approval.
