dial *440*161# @ #1500 to get 4gb
dial *440*16# @ #1500 to get 2gb but subscribe for 10mb @ #100 to make it work for ur android phone with code *141*712*11# .

note: you can try dialling these codes without airtime to know if it will work for you. sometimes it does sometimes it doesn't.
