Yes it is a case of a mother taking the child to the UK without the biological father going together that is why I'm little confused on how the father concern letter will be like, however the said woman and the man was never legally married and the child has been with the mom birth and the child is just 5 years.

Don’t apply your visa because the consent letter won’t be enough. Get additional documents from the court to grant your sister sole custody of the child or get medical reports from your family doctor explaining why the child needs additional care or assistant (Compelling reasons to grant your visa). Isn’t simple if you submit the application you will get a response latter for these documents to be uploaded. Is a little bit tricky my advise is seek additional information before submitting the visa application else u will likely mess up. Attached is a sample of the letter you will get from home office so pls get one of the documents before u submit it

Sorry but will advice you wait for at least 6 months. Get documents to support your claim. Monthly money sent to the child, school reports, medical forms and get a lot of documents to support your claim. If you rush to apply again they might deny you again. I used C which was compelling and serious issues luckily my child visa was approved. But I had a lot of genuine documents from her school and hospital which was already dated back last year before I applied her visa

Argued on health grounds, got two health reports from her doctors, another report her school. And wrote an explanatory letter which I quoted some of the laws regarding children wellbeing

At the end of the day praises honour and thanks To the most high for granting my child’s dependent visa. I applied for my child visa who I had from a previous relationship and isn’t the biological daughter of my wife. NB my wife is a nurse who is the main applicant hence I’m a dependent. After 10 working days I got a letter from ukvi which I have attached it. Spoke to a couple of immigration lawyers who couldn’t assure me of even if I pay their £1000 charge for them to handle my case. I started researching because the only way out was to select the option C which was SERIOUS AND COMPELLING REASON. I had few guidelines since the information was limited. Yet I got documents to support my argument and rest assured her visa was approved yesterday. Thank you family. One thing I’ve always learnt is dedicate your time, research extensively and pray God will be on your side

Hello fam pls I just received my admission from university of Calgary and the course starts 27 June. I have every doc handy but my worry is the visa application may take long.
