For those who don't know the term, "the friend zone" refers to a situation where one individual in a friendship develops more intense feelings and wants to become "more than friends" with the other person. More often than not, the other person is unaware of the friend's desires and quite happy in the friendship-only arrangement. As a result, the person is "stuck" in the "friend zone", unable to transition from just friend to girlfriend or boyfriend. Being stuck in a friendship and wanting more can be a frustrating position. Sometimes this frustration is sexually-motivated, with one friend desiring a physical relationship with the other.Wanting more than you are currently getting is a heart-wrenching situation. The "friend zone" is not an easy place to live!

You for just go adopt jejely and save yourself from this embarrassment. What if her husband is impotent and he knows it, wouldn't he wonder how the child came to be? |

AGEGE BREAD- Not a boyfriend- he is your very best friend. Always there when you need him to comfort you, especially during a breakup.
|
AKAMU- You would never admit to hooking up with him because he’s SO not your type and not traditionally attractive. He’s your dirty secret and if your friends found out you’d be pretty embarrassed.
|
OFADA SAUCE- Bad boy to the core and you’ve said ‘enough’ to him many times but you always find you way back. Some of your friends like him and some simply don’t understand what is so special about him. He makes everything much more exciting and intoxicatingly delicious but you wake up the next day in pain. You know he’ll hurt you but can’t bring yourself to stop.
|
YAM- He’s older and more successful than any other guy you’ve dated but it can’t ever be anything too serious because you must admit, he intimidates you a little bit.
|
SPAGHETTI - The funky rich college boyfriend who has a car and has everything going for him. He dazzles with fancy gifts and shows you off to all his rich friends too. While you enjoy being treated like a trophy, you want something much more real.
|
EWA AGOYIN- A drunken hook up you took home with you after a night of ratchetness who you never knew would be so great. You always forget about him- until you’re very desperate and remember his complimentary card tucked away somewhere in your purse.
|
SWALLOW- He is your high school sweetheart and your mamma has a soft spot for him and still asks you how he is doing. When you’ve had it rough, you still call him for emotional support because you’re sure he’ll be there for you. After trying out other types of guys, you always go back to him in the end.
|
JOLLOF RICE- He is potential husband material. Your regular ride or die type of guy. He’s got your back always and you’re both deeply in love with each other. Sometimes you fight and throw tantrums at each other and all but it doesn’t last long because you both always find your way back to each other.
|
Ever thought of what food your boyfriend would be if he was a Nigerian meal? Well we have matched food items to various male personalities and tried to figure out what guys would be like if they were food: INDOMIE- He is your quickie hook up who lives down the street and shows up right on time when you really need to get down. You are good friends with him but sometimes he tries to take things to the next level. You are definitely not interested.

Laughable. Did anyone noticed all of them are Pastors from a particular part of the country? |
Bujumbura:Haters, pessimist, disbeliever, see-no-good, low lifer spotted |
On arriving the courtroom, and noting that Makarfi, Obi, Adeyeye, Babangida and Lamido were seated in a corner within the courtroom, Sheriff went straight to them and greeted them loudly. He shook hands with and hugged each of them.Look at them. As far as they are concerned Politics is business. You jobless youths go ahead and kill for a politician that doesn’t know you nor care about your existence. |
Some of those in court were Ali Modu Sheriff, Ahmed Makarfi, Cairo Ojougboh, Ben Obi, Abdul Ningi, Jimoh Ibrahim, Prince Adedayo Adeyeye, former Niger State Governor Muazu Babangida Aliyu, former Jigawa State Governor Sule Lamido, Senator Annie Okonkwo, former Sports Minister Damishi Sango and former Minister of Solid Minerals Odion Ugbesia.vAll because of Ondo |
realglobe:Why are you worried about who he is supporting? Tinubu remains your nemesis. Like I said, lets just wait for the election proper. |
realglobe:Let wait for the election proper, and we will know who is the King |
Bolustic:Thank you. |
deeway200:Abeh sharaap, and whats the meaning of the protest and burning on the roads. Its PDP affair, why disturb the entire city, nonsense and ingredients. Go and Ask Ize Iyamu whether protest has changed anything. I just dey vex. You say cheating, who cheat who? One man got the mandate from the wrong party faction, the other (though not popular, got it from the right faction. Take your protest to the court and argue your case. Jobless people. |
Someone just lost a father...so sad |
adekayo1234:But that does not justify the action of the SWA people. If you read carefully, they sat FOUR times on a certain day, getting one million naira each. What does that tell you, they are trying to cover up some criminal acts. I hate the Nigerian Police, but that won't make me condemn them when they arrest another criminal. |
Great development |
naijalodge:I have stated my own opinion based on personal experince, why don't you just give yours instead of resulting to personal attacks. Well that is nairaland for you. You think I'm one of those jobless kids? |
ayodotcom:You are entitled to your beliefs. I use both and i can tell you that Apple is far better. |
