tunshe: Who cares about what you hate?
I know you don't care, but some of us don't like bogus claims which have no relevance whatsoever. Choose your religious path, implore others to join you by proving to them why you think its the right way. But please and please, its not Indomie, so stop telling us its the fastest selling brand.
Islam › Re: 3 Things You Love About Islam by wellmax(m): 12:11pm On Oct 25, 2013
I hate it when any religious group claims to be the largest, or fastest growing. As much as the fact cannot be validated, does majority mean correctness? In religious matters, does majority carry the vote? This is why I agree with the Christian Bible when it says "wide is the gate and broad is the way that leads to destruction, and there are many who go in by it and narrow is the gate and difficult is the way which leads to life, and there are few who find it.". So please we don't need the statistics.

tunshe: I would have ignored you like others but on a second thought I could help expose your shallow depth of reasoning.

1. The sharia law encourage cutting of the palm for thieves with proofs in an ideal Islamic state where everyone is well taken care of. The logic behind this is to serve as deterents for people and gives a culprit an opportunity to seek repentance from God.
Remember the ALUU 4 would still be alive now and their innocence would have been proven in an ideal Islamic state.

What does Christainity provide?
Bible says in Mark 9 verse 43 "if your hand causes you to sin,cut it off. its better to enter eternal life withonly one hand than go into the unquenchable fires of hell with two hands".
Your pastor wont tell you this exists in the bible.
Also check Mathew 5:30,Mathew 18:8,Mathew 5:29
2 and 3 has been dissected earlier by knowledgeable Nairalanders.
Very well said. But this is what I call the Lack of understanding of The Holy Scriptures -BIBLE. Come to think of it, do we go with our earthly bodies to eternity? Would we have disabled people or amputees in the life after?
The Bible here is speaking proverbially, that you do away with things that will make you miss the Kingdom of God. I rest my case.

The day will come when NLders will make comments devoid of needless and mindless hatred, tribalism, and religious bigotry.
I also look forward to the day when development will be a national thing, every city, every town, developing together. If we do that Nigeria will be great again.

Politics › Aviation Ministry Confirms Purchase Of N255m Vehicles For Oduah by wellmax(op): 9:51am On Oct 17, 2013
he Ministry of Aviation has confirmed that the Nigerian Civil Aviation Authority bought two bulletproof vehicles worth $1.6m (N255m) for the Minister of Aviation, Ms. Stella Oduah.

An online news medium, SaharaReporters, had reported on Tuesday that the armoured vehicles were delivered to the minister in August.

The medium reported that documents in its possession showed that the transaction for the purchase of the two BMW cars started in June, but the request for the delivery of and payment for them was fast-tracked between August 13 and 15, 2013.

The transaction involved the NCAA, First Bank of Nigeria, and Coscharis Motors Limited, according to the report.

The two black BMW 760 Li HSS vehicles had chasis numbers WBAHP41050DW68032 and WBAHP41010DW68044, and were reportedly delivered to the NCAA on August 13, 2013. They were received by two store managers, F. Onoabhagbe and Y. A. Amzat, who is also the agency’s head of transport.
.
.
.
.
.
The Special Assistant (Media) to the Minister of Aviation, Mr. Joe Obi, who confirmed the development on Wednesday, said the vehicles were purchased to protect the minister from some external threats.

He said in a telephone conversation with our correspondent, “Yes, it is true that some security vehicles were procured for the use of the office of the honourable minister in response to the clear and imminent threat to her personal security and life following the bold steps she took to reposition the sector.
.
.
.
“It should be noted that these vehicles are not personal vehicles and were not procured in the name of the honourable minister; they are utility vehicles and are for the office of the minister, and if she leaves the office, she will not be taking the vehicles along with her.”

On his part, the spokesperson for the NCAA, Mr. Fan Ndubuike, feigned ignorance of the development.

“I am not aware of anything like that,” he told our correspondent at 8.05pm on Wednesday.

Bros, this na old trick, very common with Mobil stations especially the ones at Oregun road Ikeja and the one at Ogba, both in Lagos.
Regardless of the amount you want Ŧo buy, they will dispense N500 first and then tell you that they already reset the meter. Its happened Ŧo me several times at those stations and I'd stopped refilling @ all Mobil stations cos of that.

Tinubu challenged the president to, as a show of seriousness, implement first, the recommendations of the previous conference convened by the Obasanjo administration, and proposals endorsed by the electoral reform committee headed by former Chief Justice of the Federation, Muhammed Uwais.
I agree with Tinubu on this. Both reports were done under PDP led administartion, why not implement the outcome first? GEJ Änd PDP should stop deceiving Nigerians.

I deal with different banks andd bank managers as part of my official duties. I must tell you that though there are a few bright brains in GTB, on a general note their CS is poor. Its good Ŧo keep Ŧo the rules but GTB is too rigid with rules and procedures.
I don't have a persoanl account with Zenith but I'd found them very courteous with wonderful CS in all my official dealings with them.
