Hello all,

It's been more than 10yrs now I have been experiencing this waist pain but it's always serious and painful each time I wake from sleep in the morning before noon it will disappear and I will be fine.

Since last week now it has become worst...i can't sit without support neither can i stand without support...if I manage to stand upright I cant look at my toes cos if I try I will feel a sharp pain as if there is pin in the bone.

Since yesterday I came back from field I have been laying down can't stand even laying down I still feel serious pain.

Please doctors in the house help me... I just feel it's old infection.
