Nokia 3.4 has a processor that manages battery very well if you don't upgrade it until Android 12 is available, my current Nokia 3.4 runs on Android 11 and will soon get android 12. however there are other phones you could try like the Nokia G11 or G21. which are their recent phones with 5000mah and they can serve you because they come clean with pure android and a 90hz refresh rate. Also you could also take a look at Redmi 10C which in my opinion is a decent device.

I would go for Nokia because of more 4G bands and OS upgrade. Both of them runs on the same SOC. But however you could look for better options because I don't think they are built for heavy use.

I know of a farmer whose pig gave birth to 20 piglets, all died as a result of this mistake. As it is incest with humans, its all shades of wrong in piggery too.

How would the state collect their own VAT? If I buy N100 MTN recharge card in sokoto, my VAT is N1 which at the end of the month FIRS go to the MTN to collect this N1 in the head office in lagos. If VAT is going to start , it means , it should be calculate according to state consumption not according to present of the head office, you will see that, Lagos and rivers may ended up getting nothing. As an employer, employees has got nothing to the with delay in salary..

How I work, once it's 10th of a new month, I give directive to the HR to prepare staff's payroll for the month and before 20th all process z been done and relevant dept like finance n operations av done their bit to ensure salaries are paid as at when due.

The last time I was out of the state and there was a delay which led to Salary delay to the following month, the HR n oda heads of dept got queries with immediate apologies to all staff's.

Staff welfare is key/paramount and as such, salaries should be paid as at when due cos that's the primary reason why employees signed for the job.
