Probably termite or ants. There is a hole in that wall below. Tidy the area and look closely buddy, You might find the answer.
Hello, friend. I have dismantled it. There is no trace of ant or termite inside. The only thing I discovered is a gap wider than usual between the tiles

Assuming it's ants, what could be their endgame? Also, noob question but why would a house built with cement and concrete have this kind of muddy sand (going by the assumption that it was dug out by insects) ?

It is common naa......abi you want carry am put for spirituality head?
Just noticing it for the first time tbh. Perhaps it's more prevalent in Northern villages or locations closer to a farm?

Haha @Adachizzy, et al. Wow, it means I am living in the past

In their defence though, some evidence backs up their claims. For instance, no WhatsApp activity and troubles with the Nokia torch causing them to go off grid

Na format. Na wetin dem dey use bag sugar daddies. They go just tell them say I dont have a phone it's only Nokia torch...after she open pant for them the men go dash them iPhone 14.

RomanceRe: Is There That Thing Call True Love by Westves: 11:51am On Jul 14, 2023
I have it, for one person. She is not perfect but she could do no wrong in my eyes. Just satisfied with what she has, willing to lay down my life for her. That's what true love translates to for me. The fact that you can overlook all flaws and remain as passionate about someone. It means you cannot be distracted by someone with better characteristics

You find beauty in whatever they do and even though you are physically attracted to them, your affection is not influenced by their appearance. Wanting the best for them and seeing a future with them

Remembering their milestones. True love is also enduring them at their worst eg when they are bedridden and can't care for themselves

I am obviously speaking from experience but don't wish you were me. The lady in question never loved back
RomanceIs It Advisable To Date A Girl Without A Phone? by Westves(op):
I have met some girls lately, who claimed their big phones were recently stolen. They are either not working or not making sufficient income to know when it will be replaced.

Obviously, it's not a big deal if our new relationship is just a fling. Otherwise, I suspect such girls use that format as a ploy. They won't request a new phone upfront. But the guy would be forced to pay after being convinced he is the new bae

Does anyone have experience with this? Is it a red flag and one should disembark from such acquaintance?
Nairaland GeneralWhy Is This Sand Climbing My Wall? by Westves(op): 9:59am On Jul 14, 2023
I noticed this sand (something like a molehill), when it was little and planned to sweep it away later, thinking it's ordinary sand maybe leaking out of the wall. To my surprise, it's growing longer and I have no idea what is behind it. There is no visible sign of ants and even if there was, why would they be transporting this sheet of mud up the wall?

PropertiesAt What Part Of Abuja Can One Get A House With Light? by Westves(op): 11:55pm On Jul 04, 2023
I've lived at area 2 and visited a friend around area 11. I don't know about now but back then, power supply was constant (upwards 10 hours daily). I relocated to deidei and it was a bit manageable some years back (alternating days or at least, overnight). Now it has collapsed altogether. I'm in permanent darkness and as you are aware, we are all slaves to electricity. Fuel price is at an all time high. We are suffering here

So what part of Abuja can one find a house at max 200k but with stable or reliable power supply?
