Hmmmmmm... Reading through all the above comments am just speechless. But 1 thing I think is this, errors can happen and when it does, there is a need for face too face dialogue not calls or chat which can be misinterpreted.
Chief nwosu store is a big brand in alaba and outside that environs. From the above chat you will see their is no sight of fraud in their conversation. My advice for the buyer is too take out time, visit his store for a face too face dialogue.
Chief nwosu store has build is brand over the years with success, 350k is not a big loss too him and no businessman who has sold an item in a supposed good condition will be willing too take blames easily if faults happens.
Find time, visit him and dialogue in a good condition and after that then you know if he fraud you or not and you can come online pls...

Sorry to hear you're having a similar experience.

I have bought several items from ALABACONNECT in the past. 70% of which had minor issues. I mostly purchase AC units from him. The only reason I kept patronizing him was that he was always quick to offer a solution and how he conducts his business shows me he's reasonable.

I bought a washing machine from him 2 years ago for my parents. It didn't last up to 3 months and it became faulty. I didn't inform him because it was working when they delivered it and my parents used it for a while before it got spoiled. They didn't spoil it, one of the washing machine parts just gave out probably from existing wear and tear/usage.

Early this year, I wanted to purchase some AC units for my new apartment. I purchased more than 5 units from another seller on Jiji because of my experience with ALABACONNECT in the past. I didn't want to risk it.

For used TV, the only person I can vouch for is glaceglory.

The only thing is that his TVs are very pricey and that's what the Alaba Market Boys on Nairaland capitalize on. They Ship in tons of TVs for cheap prices, some tested, others non-tested. Repair the faulty TVs, package, and sell.

PS: I have a 1.5kva Luminous hybrid inverter and I have used it with my TV without any issues. I don't think your inverter is the cause.

You see, all these bad comments always affect the good sellers trying their honest best to convince people into buying from them.

I've been following Graceglory thread since early last year and I've been reading positive views from buyers who have patronized him in the past.

But look at how someone else activity may likely put fear in new buyers who may likely want to buy TVs from him (Graceglory).

To Graceglory and, other honest and genuine sellers, I pray the negativity of others do not affect you guys credibility.

Graceglory is a good guy. He has an excellent sales service. I purchased an item from him 4 years ago. Till now no issues.

1) You got defrauded, screenshots has surfaced showing enquiries to fix the screen of that TV was made on NL in feb. So seller set out to defraud you from the beginning!
2) He has dared you to get a good lawyer and tried to spin the blame on you after collecting your hard earned money!!
3) He is not even calling you to give you a concrete timeline on anything, it’s been you just making noise here and offline!!!

Seems this nwosu guy his MO is selling TVs that are already in bad condition. I helped my brother get a 43inch Samsung from him and the TV came with it's back cover being held together by cellotapes which would suggest it had been worked on and a few days later the TV started turning off on it's own, I told him of it and he completely blamed it on us and after so many back and forths for weeks where at a point he completely stopped replying my WhatsApp messages I had to send him an extra 40k this was after my brother had returned the TV to him and then had to go to alaba himself to get a replacement that was actually a lower TV than the one we had bought earlier.

Whisp3r my 2 cents is that you should get your money back, that should be the only way to go cause I don't even think that guy sells any TV that's in perfect condition

2. Did you request for delivery address or acknowledge the delivery address sent to you after payment?

3. Why did you send me a picture of the TV and set it to disappear after I view it once?

4. Why didn't you provide a repair timeline when I called on Monday instead you said "The matter no clear. E get as e be"?

5. What is the guarantee it is the same TV you're bringing?

6. Will I get a warranty on the TV after you fix it?

7. If I'm not satisfied with the condition of the TV after you fix it, will I get a refund?

8. Why aren't you picking up my lawyer's call?

9. Why didn't you refund me my money the day the payment was made when you knew you can't deliver?

10. Did you threaten me after I complained the TV is faulty by saying "I go put the fault for your head. Say na you spoil the TV"?

11. I have provided my call log, please show me where I called you or your driver 100 times?

This is the 5th day since I paid for the TV and I'm yet to see my TV or a refund
