The fact that you’re in Abule Egba where I currently reside too. You could have gotten one nearby. I got mine here in Abule Egba, it’s been running for over 2 years now. Before I got my Tv, I went to their Alaba to meet Sommy and the either guy. They are always together. He almost sold a 60inch LG Tv as 65 inch to me. Immediately i decipher the trick, I left the place and never returned.

Yet when I called out ALABACONNECT he denied having links with Sommydisaster...if you're dealing with these folks be careful everyone na scam dem dey run.

I wonder why you have a big issue with me.. Ask the person you quoted to drop the number of who he went to see. For your information, I rarely deal on LG sets. If I have at any point offended you, I am sorry but if you just want to spite me, I went to vote and I am very hungry. I don't have power.

Sommydisaster aka CHIEF NWOSU STORE has defrauded me of 350k

On Friday, the 10th of March 2023, I initiated a chat with a TV Seller(Nwosu Somtochukwu Onyeka) with Store(Chief Nwosu Store) located at (Shop 17/30 bonic plaza, robert umuezene street, alaba intl market, Ojo, Lagos) to purchase a smart TV worth N350k. A transfer was made to the seller's account (Access Bank 0029072841) with the agreement of him delivering the TV that same day.

The seller breached the agreement and I demanded a refund. After some negotiations, he agreed to deliver the TV the following day on Saturday the 11th of March 2023.

The TV was delivered faulty and confirmed faulty by the delivery person and the seller. A video call was placed with the seller to show him the state of the TV.

He agreed to return the TV and either repair, replace it, or refund my money by Monday.

On Monday, I contacted him but he refused to honor our agreement.

The seller showed intent to commit Fraud after payment was made.

Please note the following:

1. Before payment was made, the seller sent only one photo of the TV and set the message to disappear after viewed once.

2. He refused to acknowledge receipt of funds via chat despite the fact he was very responsive before I sent the money.

3. After failing to deliver the TV on Friday as promised, he refused to refund me my money insisting to deliver the TV the next day.

4. The day the payment was made, the delivery man called to inform me that his vehicle has spoilt. I offered to pick up the TV myself, sommydisaster aka CHIEF NWOSU refused; saying it might break and insisted on delivering it himself.

5. He didn't request a delivery address till I sent it myself after 30mins-1hr of payment. He didn't acknowledge receipt of the address either.

6. After returning the TV he didn't call me to update me as agreed on Monday but choose to remain silent. When I called, he was beating around the bush.

I’ve attached the necessary proof including our WhatsApp conversation and call recordings.

Sommydisaster aka CHIEF NWOSU please give me the working TV I paid for or return my money

You would be very stupid to fall for those recommendations! Both Asiana and Napoleon are alternates of graceglory! Click on those monikers; it’s not hard to decipher:
1) Is it a coincidence they were both registered 1 day apart, “march 7th n 8th 2019”?
2) How come 95% of their comments on NL is about recommending graceglory, requoting his post, giving reviews on his products and when they are called out for it, they go haywire and defensive?

This is not to say he is not legit, they all are until it goes wrong. You are safer buying brand new from dealerships like fouani n co! You will even marvel at after sales services from these dealerships. If you must buy fairly used, don’t do delivery, go down to the market and do due deligence yourself. Go to Alaba and meet the graceglory yourself in his shop or get someone do that in case you are far from Lagos! And all those na tokunbor dey last na scam, so long you are not buying a COPY; dem sabi pass the maker? Technology is evolving everyday!

Most of these alaba boys know their TVs have one defects or the other, but they will repair and package it in a way that you won't notice the defects until after some months. I learnt the hard way.

I purchased a curved TV from one of them(alaba boys) 2 years ago. I didn't use upto 6 months, the screen started showing lines. Now there are too many lines on the screen.

These days na new appliances I go for. I found out about fouani and they are the main distributors of LG in nigeria. My dual inverter ac is from there, my fridge and washing machine.

My next TV will be from them, e dey expensive but it is 100% worth it.

Same thing with Computer Village.

Got a TV from him wey no use 2 months before the thing develop line. Sha manage am like that till the thing spoil finally like 3 and a half years later. Kukuma carried my legs to Fouani to go buy a new TV with rest of mind.

What even pissed me off the most about him is that the moment they receive payment, their speed of replying texts will reduce.

Then immediately you confirm you've recieved the item, they womt reply any of your texts especially if it's a complaint.

Dude sold me a TV whose screen was detaching from the frame, plus a 7th hand TV stand despite me.oaying him for a brand new one. Worse so, when I wrote him on WhatsApp about these, he never replied me till date.

Yes, Acunon @acunon is also a thief like this Nwosu. Their modus operandi is exactly the same. Acunon also once sold a TV to me that he delivered himself. On delivery, I noticed that the TV has prominent lines. He lied that the thing spoilt during transportation. Most of those Alaba guys are scammers, they use small TVs that cost small money to build reputation, but pounce when you order expensive TVs from them. That is when they bare their scammers' fangs.
