This is in PNG format. You should keep trying both, sometimes it's because of the network.

Try this in jpeg format, I've resized it.

You can go to their Lagos centre. After explaining, you'd be allowed to write the test. I've been in the same situation before. Was scheduled for Abuja but I was in Lagos at that time. I went to the Lagos Centre and I was allowed to write after explaining myself. So, you can try.

But know that peeps travel from the far north to Lagos just to write KPMG and PwC test.
I know a friend that shuttled between Nassarawa and Lagos three times for KPMG, though was dropped after the second partner interview(wierd sha)

So if you really need that job, three things are involved,
1. Go to your venue and write.
2. Enter Lagos, tell them, i know workforce is flexible.
3. Relax for house and wait for the next application.

He didn't reply the mail I sent him 4days ago. Guess I'll have to let this one go. I sent him another one now, just in case. Can't travel all the way to PH because of test, not even interview.

Dont know why I was sent all the way to Port Harcourt when Ibadan or Lagos will do fine. I live in IB and I can't just get up and travel to PH na. Haha.

I just tired uploading my passport and applying for other means of identification. it telling me session expired. please house what does it mean. am using my phone.

Nothing really, she sent a different picture with good white background. Converted to jpeg, cropped to the required size and uploaded.
I think it's network issue cos mine took time too but not this much.
Her cloth was even pink and not close to white. Just keep trying.

Thank God, just uploaded passport for my sister now. You guys should start trying

I've been trying since the day the site was opened for registration, it hasn't worked. Sometimes, it processes endlessly, some other time, it says: your picture hasn't met to required specifications.

You should try around maybe 11pm till dawn. It's congested now.

Download photo resize and photo converter.
Use The converter to convert the photo to jpeg or pnj. Then use the resized to resize (custom resizer) to 600x600pixel. You can also crop the pic with the resizer to just below your chin and just above your head. My background was off-white though. But after all this, make sure the size isn't more than 200kb. When you think you've achieved all these, try again when the network is less congested.

Finally, was able to upload passport successfully. Used a converter and resize. Colour was off-white.

And I'm here wondering why the certificate is laminated. Na wah.

Dont shhh me. My concern was only about the alert not being a scam which I clearly pointed out and to give her benefit of doubt because those excuses might be genuine at last.
Why tarnish her image based on uncertainty? Same thing could happen to you.

If its genuine, he shouldn't wait that long. If you send me money now, I will receive it instantly. Electronic transfers don't go on holiday. Whatever gave her alert and left him with none is fishy.

Things like this happen and it's no one's fault. that's why the have customer care officers to complain to.

Yeah. At least give her the benefit of doubt before tarnishing her image. banks tend to mess up things when it's weekend but Monday, things should normalize.

Its lik you hv been scammed bro, cuz no bank will show u the full ten digit of its customer's account number. That is lik exposing their customer's details to a 3rd party. But lets see wat hapens sha.
