My friends, I have two problems with my samsung galaxy J 5. First the storage. On the storage , the Total storage is 8.0GB and the available space is 5.23GB and I have 4GB sdcard on it. But it brings a message on the notification bar that "your internal storage is running out, some app will stop working''. Already, it has stopped my Email and it's not displaying the wallpaper, it just dark.
Secondly, I have tried turning on the 3GB service but whenever I do, it will on for like 1seconds, and immediately off. I don't know what to do. Please, if you can help me with some ideas, I will be grateful. Thanks

For the storage issue, if you still have space in ya sd card, try moving some apps to it!! If not, get a bigger memory card and move the apps..

Going by Access rates, its about 28k... That's still sub 30k

The phone won't be higher than 28k! I'm positive about that!

THL T9 pro is sold for $80 but it sells for 27,700 on Jumia, see?

If Itel and other chinese OEMs that have their market here stop producing and marketing substandard phones, there would be no need to import phones for personal use again!!! They are the ones forcing us to look beyond the borders of this country!

Reediano, is there any difference between 4G LTE and other 4G with bands??

Could it be that this phone would only work with LTE networks like smile? Would it also support 4G from Nigerian networks like MTN and Etisalat?

[b]1. If you've got an ATM card enabled for online transactions, you can buy from aliexpress, gearbest etc and ship ya self!! They even offer free shipping sef! Its not rocket science!

2. That's work in progress, won't be long before they commission their service centres.. They already announced their commitment to do so soon!

3. Dealers like initialize, Elijahdre, kulimart here on NL sell the parts of these phones and deliver to anywhere in Nigeria... And there are some really good engineers that stock xiaomi parts, I can vouch for those at Owerri and Lagos!! I can direct you to them!

Permit me to add that even carlcare that's scattered round the federation most of the time don't have the parts to fix your phones.. Sometimes, it takes them close to three months before they get the parts!! Have you ever gone to carlcare to fix something as minor as a mouthpiece and they fix it for you same day?? I'm sure even carlcaresophia won't deny this!

My tecno j7 was abandoned for a while cos for six months, I couldn't get a replacement for my mouthpiece that got spoilt!! Just negodu!!

Its high time we stopped supporting mediocrity in this country! These guys are just feeding off our money with no real after sales support, forget carlcare![/b]

That one na phone?? That's just a power bank that makes call.... We know you wanna do cheap phones, but make them reasonably enticing!!!

We buy phones from as far as China and import them ourselves cos you guys ain't offering value for money...

Xiaomi just released their Redmi 4a phone and its gonna sell for about the same price with this ya s11 but that's the only similar thing about the two phones...

When it comes to specs, they are miles apart!

The redmi 4a is a flagship when compared to ya s11

If you check the YouTube video, you will see where a guy talked about the massive flaws of the phone. One or two I could remember is the just 2 capacitive touchscreen, then the brightness is so low.

On a serious note, ya phone camera can't ever be better than a real professional camera, they are miles apart!!

Same can be said for a voice recorder, DVD player, video/film recorder, encyclopedia, and GPS/MAPS.

The real devices/items would surely outperform what is in ya smartphone!
