Please keep all these your fake emotions to yourselves, do you think cbn has not been aware this is happening? Blame the cbn for creating this loophole not people that benefitited from it. Comparing this to yahoo is stupid too. Yes it is immoral but not illegal and yes these kind of things also happen in developed countries.
We have seen billionaires in developed countries using every trick in the book to avoid paying taxes, including Donald Trump, many create offshore accounts to avoid taxes, what do you call that? Stealing? Yahoo? Also many billionaires in Nigeria owe billions in bad debt to banks and yet some even get more loans while it’s difficult for the average Nigerian to get new ones!
If the cbn rolled out the policies it is doing now much earlier no one would have benefited from this loophole, the problem with most Nigerians is being too sentimental and not knowing where to apportion blames.
The self righteous people who mostly did MMM are now calling names to others who benefitted from a weak irregulated system
Let me make some things clear to you. I'll be very blunt.

1. I didn't partake in MMM, i don't do ponzi schemes or 2+2=5 nonsense.
2. What you call exploiting the system is actually a crime. If you don't understand what misappropriation of funds is, that's your business.
3. If I, you or anyone engages in it, such a person is a thief.

You are taking about offshore accounts to avoid paying taxes. You definitely do not understand how taxes work. Tax evasion is a crime, tax avoidance is not. I bet you can't tell the difference. If I tell you contract splitting is a crime now, you'll start shouting.

So, my friend, I'm not speaking out of emotions, it's my integrity and conscience as a law abiding citizen. The fact that everyone commits a crime doesn't legitimise crime.

Nations and economies don't (or shouldn't) run on emotions. All this name-calling is completely irrelevant.

It might be immoral, but it's certainly not illegal and it's not stealing.

If anyone is at fault, it is the government; for not properly vetting the people to whom they were releasing funds and for leaving the contractual language open enough to allow the diversion of the funds.
If it isn't stealing, it is what? Moving abi?

So, if I get a grant from the government to build hospitals for women of schools for children and I refuse to build it but divert the sums to buying Tbills, it isn't illegal but only immoral? Well done.

Do you have an idea of the kind of precedent terms and conditions upon which the funds were released to the beneficiary?
Or you think you can try that nonsense in developed societies?

That is misappropriation of funds and anyone who engages in this is a thief.

You may find it unpleasant to your ears but that's your own problem. Someone has to tell you the bitter truth.

Hmmn, this life, one has to be very careful. This boy must have gotten into serious problems that they told him the way out is to seek her forgiveness. All these Yoruba actresses that change native doctors like plastic plates is what this boy was playing with. Now, e don see am.

I don't know if you guys remember Viviangist. She was a nuisance on Nairaland and was the most despicable blogger I ever came across. After posting gory pictures of random corpses and claiming they were her relatives, where is she today?

You see Alex reports, that clown can give awards to a stone BUT, he has never written a negative report about anyone. Not one that I can remember. Always trying to hype people, develop them and bring them up, never putting anyone down.

In life, your choices determine the consequences you receive. This OP must have been dealt with spiritually and otherwise to make him come out like this. This is not ordinary eye.

I won’t call them criminals and stupid. These are smart people taking advantage of loopholes and it is not illegal. I’d rather blame cbn for taking this long to notice these loopholes or rather I want to believe cbn has long been aware of this and only acting now to save Nigeria economy from collapsing at this critical stage.
People really made serious money off this, I wish I was aware lol
Many people are mentally crippled and only know how to steal. Those people aren't smart, you should have the decency not to endorse that nonsense by calling it smartness.

You collected government money for a specific purpose and diverted it into another purpose for profit. That's dishonesty and misappropriation of funds.

Let them try this nonsense in China and see if they won't behead them for economic sabotage.

APC has already won in Bayelsa.
Remains for them to just count the votes and declare David Lyon.

As for Kogi, PDP wants to win when even their primaries ended in gunshots and the party representatives running away.

Congratulations Toyin!
This is not a racist post, i need advice pls.

It is no secret. Anyone that knows me know i'm totally against the idea of dating or mating with any man of African descent. I'm not attracted to them in anyway. I try to avoid any space that has a lot of black men because the sight of them repulses me especially the Nigerian ones. They are mentally lazy, weak and shortsighted. Whenever the look at me, i cringe because even though they would never have me the nurture the idea that they can. I see how their eyes burn in desire for me, ughh. How can they ever think that i would consider them a choice when they are just ugly copies of the real men in this world. They are no match. I know it. They know it. The whole world knows!

Today, i was shocked when my elder folks insisted i must marry my tribesman, which according to some means i should stop befriending non black men since that might spoil the whole plan of marrying within. I have not been my usual self since i heard this because i know my folks. They are tribal to a core and I would have been too but i lost my loyalty not just to my kinfolks but to my skin folks as well, after i learnt that we are all a lost cause because of the indiscipline and lack of loyalty of black men as a whole.

Dear Nairalanders, how do i convince my folks that i cannot end up with their choice for me. I can't tell them that i have self respect and a high taste in men because these seem selfish. What concrete reason can i give?
You're a descendant of slaves who worked on plantations. You're not worthy to marry a freeborn African man.

Go on, be a baby mama, smoke some crack and die in jail.

Set what up here?

Do you know the trade deficit Ghana has with Nigeria?

The number of Nigerians benefitting in Ghana alone is enough to offset what Kasapreko is gaining. FG should give concession to some countries like Ghana before retaliatory acts start to occur.
Story
I have said it here, if Ghanaians don't retaliate, they are all bastards. Who do they think they're threatening?

We would withdraw our students from their Universities let's see how many Ghanaians can afford schooling in their universities.

After that, we withdraw our lecturers and their universities would collapse.

Please, I beg you in God's name, save that woman's life. I've had a neighbour who killed his wife. Please, I beg you.

He was a CSP of Police at that time and was arrested. Next thing we heard was that he ran away from the station and was never found.
