Try DBS, theyre dishing out admission letter without IELTS, Application fee and other itch, a friend of mine i met here tried his and got his own IN THREE DAYS. The fees isnt much sef. the course youre searching for is like 4.2M. The only itch is your engineering bsc, you have to convince them youre able to cope and you have background in IT.
