the best thing is to try and attend to all patient with ppd, but even then its not easy to consistently eliminate contagion.eg will u disinfect the exam couch,chair,doorknob ,table each time different pple touch it? even glove is not freely available now one has to keep requesting for it. all d same lets just add more caution.
