RomanceWoman Reveals How She Masturbate With A New intimacy gadget Every Day by Wikiforum(op): 12:02pm On Dec 25, 2018
A woman reveals she uses different intimacy gadget every day to masturbate and then posts about her experiences on Instagram for cash. Nadia Bokody, from Sydney, Australia is raking it in from her sponsored posts but says it’s all about empowering other women not to feel “pain or shame” when it comes to sex.

The 34-year-old web editor told Mamamia: “Where most top beauty and fashion bloggers get paid serious cash in exchange for plugging a new lipstick or jumpsuit, I make a very comfortable living talking about intimacy gadgets on my feed.”

Despite getting whisked halfway across the world to stay in a five-star hotel for free, and admitting her “bank account balance and adult toy collection have never looked healthier”, Nadia insists money isn’t her main motivation.

With studies repeatedly pointing to a large orgasm gap between men and women, and one suggesting a huge 30 percent of ladies felt pain the last time they had sex, Nadia says she wants to educate other women.

She explained: “Almost one-third of the time women are having sex, they’re in pain. “And yet, it seems like we’d rather gouge out our own eyeballs with ice picks than dedicate a single hour to acknowledging female sexual pleasure out loud.

“Say what you will about my unusual job title, but when I upload a intimacy gadget review on my Instagram feed, I’m doing it because I want the shame and the pain to stop. “Because I want to live in a world where women aren’t uncomfortable looking at and touching their own bodies, and sex isn’t a service we provide for our partners.

Nadia says her 23,700 Instagram followers prove there’s an appetite, maybe even a need, for this type of advice.

There are some drawbacks to the job, including creepy comments and a lack of cupboard space in her small flat for her growing intimacy gadget collection.

Christianity EtcWas Jesus Really Born On December 25? by Wikiforum(op): 2:02am On Dec 25, 2018
QUESTION: Was Jesus born on December 25?

ANSWER:
Was Jesus really born on December 25? There is no evidence for this date. So then, who decided that Jesus' birth would be celebrated on that date? The early Christian church did not celebrate Jesus' birth. It wasn't until A.D. 440 that the church officially proclaimed December 25 as the birth of Christ. This was not based on any religious evidence but on a pagan feast. Saturnalia was a tradition inherited by the Roman pagans from an earlier Babylonian priesthood. December 25 was used as a celebration of the birthday of the sun god. It was observed near the winter solstice.

The apostles in the Bible predicted that some Christians would adopt pagan beliefs to enable them to make their religion more palatable to the pagans around them. Therefore, some scholars think the church chose the date of this pagan celebration to interest them in Christianity. The pagans were already used to celebrating on this date.

The Bible itself tells us that December 25 is an unlikely date for His birth. Palestine is very cold in December. It was much too cold to ask everyone to travel to the city of their fathers to register for taxes. Also, the shepherds were in the fields (Luke 2:8-12). Shepherds were not in the fields in the winter time. They are in the fields early in March until early October. This would place Jesus' birth in the spring or early fall. It is also known that Jesus lived for 33.5 years and died at the feast of the Passover, which is at Easter time. He must, therefore, have been born six months the other side of Easter - making the date around the September/October time frames.

Other evidence that December 25 is the wrong date for the birth of Jesus comes from early writings. Irenaeus, born about a century after Jesus, notes that Jesus was born in the 41st year of the reign of Augustus. Since Augustus began his reign in the autumn of 43 B.C., this appears to substantiate the birth of Jesus as the autumn of 2 B.C. Eusebius (A.D. 264-340), the "Father of Church History," ascribes it to the 42nd year of the reign of Augustus and the 28th from the subjection of Egypt on the death of Anthony and Cleopatra. The 42nd year of Augustus ran from the autumn of 2 B.C. to the autumn of 1 B.C. The subjugation of Egypt into the Roman Empire occurred in the autumn of 30 B.C. The 28th year extended from the autumn of 3 B.C. to the autumn of 2 B.C. The only date that would meet both of these constraints would be the autumn of 2 B.C.

John the Baptist also helps us determine that December 25 is not the birth of Jesus. Elizabeth, John's mother, was a cousin of Mary. John began his ministry in the 15th year of Tiberius Caesar. The minimum age for the ministry was 30. As Augustus died on August 19, A.D. 14, that was the accession year for Tiberius. If John was born on April 19-20, 2 B.C., his 30th birthday would have been April 19-20, A.D. 29, or the 15th year of Tiberius. This seems to confirm the 2 B.C. date, and, since John was 5 months older, this also confirms an autumn birth date for Jesus.

Another interesting fact comes from Elizabeth herself. She hid for 5 months and then the Angel Gabriel announced to Mary both Elizabeth's condition and that Mary would also bear a son who would be called Jesus. Mary went "with haste" to visit Elizabeth, who was then in the first week of her 6th month, or the 4th week of Dec., 3 B.C. If Jesus was born 280 days later it would place his birth on Sept. 29, 2 B.C. Some scholars interpret the 6 months to be in line with the Hebrew calendar or the August-September time frame. Since Mary's pregnancy commenced a little before the sixth month around July, Jesus would be born somewhere around March-June. But does it matter if Jesus was born on the spring, the fall, or on December 25? Does it matter, theologically, when Jesus was born? What do you think, does it matter what day we celebrate His birth?

PoliticsBukola Saraki Attacks Buhari Over Deji Adeyanju’s Detention by Wikiforum(op): 12:40am On Dec 25, 2018
Senate President, Dr. Abubakar Bukola Saraki has urged President Muhammadu Buhari to direct the release of social critic, Mr. Deji Adeyanju and ensure that his fundamental human rights are not continuously abused by the Police.

Saraki in a statement signed by his Special Adviser (Media and Publicity), Yusuph Olaniyonu noted that Adeyanju’s case was portraying the present administration in the bad light as a government that was intolerant of criticism and suppressing views of the opposition.

He stated that a situation where Adeyanju was re-arrested after being given bail by a court indicated a deliberate attempt to get him out of circulation.

The Senate President said the reports on the Adeyanju case were giving the present administration a bad name and indicating that dictatorial tendencies were becoming rife in a democratic country.

“The way the matter has been handled and the last decision of the Magistrate Court to remand the young man in prison till after the conclusion of the 2019 Polls has presented our democracy in the bad light. We are now looking like a country that has receded to the period of military rule.

“The President needs to intervene to find out whether the current travail of Deji Adeyanju has anything to do with his frequently expressed viewpoints against the Federal Government and why his arrest after leading a protest has now ignited all the various charges being filed against him and if it was true that the charges for which he has been remanded in prison till February had actually being adjudicated upon by the High Court.

“It should be noted that prior to the coming to office of this government, those of us in opposition, the APC, freely criticized the Goodluck Jonathan government and flayed their actions and statements without any attempt by the administration to stifle opposing views. This administration which benefitted from such an open marketplace of ideas, which is a key tenet of a democratic regime, cannot offer anything less to our people.

“At this point, President Buhari should not allow the excesses and over-zealousness of some security agents to give his government a bad name and that is why I think he should interfere and let the world know the truth about this case. It is obvious that this case is purely political and not about any judicial action. I also call on all human rights protection groups to wade into this matter and ensure we do not watch helplessly as the rights of a citizen are being trampled upon”, Saraki stated.

PoliticsJubril Of Sudan : Senators Crack Jokes With It During Plenary by Wikiforum(op): 9:24pm On Dec 20, 2018
Senators, on Thursday cracked jokes over one ‘Jubril Aminu Al-Sudani,’ an alleged impersonator of President Muhammadu Buhari.

The banter started when the presiding officer, Ike Ekweremadu, asked the chairman, Senate Committee on Tertiary Institutions and TETFUND, Barau Jibrin, to read a report of his committee.

He soon realised that Jibrin was not around and would be represented by another senator, Binta Garba.

“Which of the Jibrin?” Mr Ekweremadu asked when Mrs Garba signalled to read the report.

The question elicited laughter in the chamber while forcing a response from Mrs Garba.

“We are aware of the Jibrin you people are trying to force… but this is Binta, not Jibrin,” she said.

In seconding the motion to consider the report, Shehu Sani also referred to Mrs Garba as Jibrin.

He said, “I stand to second the motion being moved by Jibrin…Binta Masi Garba.”

Before presenting the report, Mrs Garba went again to the Jibrin issue.

“For the avoidance of doubt, my name is Binta Masi Garba, not Jibrin,” she said and went ahead to present the committee report on the establishment of the federal polytechnic in Abia State.

PoliticsPDP Chieftain : Stop Saying Sen. Akpabio Make Udom Emmanuel Governor Of Akwa Ibo by Wikiforum(op): 12:08pm On Dec 20, 2018
A chieftain of the Peoples Democratic Party, PDP, in Akwa Ibom state, Mr Paulo Akaiso has faulted the claim by Senator Godswill Akpabio that he single-handedly installed Mr. Udom Emmanuel as the Governor of the state in 2015.

Akaiso stressed that the emergence of Emmanuel as governor was orchestrated by divine mandate and not by senator Akpabio.

He stated this in a press statement made available to journalists in Uyo, Akwa Ibom state, while reacting to claims by Senator Akpabio that Governor Udom Emmanuel could not have won councillorship election in his ward since he was not a registered PDP member.

Akaiso said Akpabio brought Udom by divine arrangement as the most qualified governor and by truth Udom defeated other contenders to cling the governorship position of the state.

While refuting that Udom has been a stooge, the PDP chieftain said that Udom’s emergence as governor has brought peace and development to all facets of the economy and that Akwa Ibom people are out to re-elect him for another term.

“There is nowhere Udom Emmanuel will not come out successful in the coming polls, because he has proven himself right in many facets, He has also proven that he is not a sectional governor, he has touched all parts of the state in his development program,” he said.

He specifically commended the Peoples Democratic Party-led government in the area of security stressing that the era of kidnapping where hoodlums entered into churches premises to kidnap and kill Akwa Ibom sons and daughters has stopped.

“Let me tell you that Udom Emmanuel administration has recorded great feat in the area of security comparing the state between 2011/2015, where kidnappers entered churches kidnapped and killed Akwa Ibom sons and daughters without molestation,” the PDP chieftain said.

PoliticsThings I Need From Nigerian Accountants – Buhari by Wikiforum(op): 2:01am On Oct 03, 2018
President Muhammad Buhari has appealed to accountants and auditors in the country to assist in fighting corruption.

The President made the appeal on Tuesday in Abuja at the 48th Annual Accountants’ Conference of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of Nigeria (ICAN).

Buhari was represented by the Minister of Budget and National Planning; Sen. Udoma Udo Udoma.

The President also urged ICAN members to deliberate on how they could contribute to support government efforts to reduce corruption and restore the economy

“In regards to fighting corruption you have a special contribution to make as accountants.

“Your members serving as accountants and auditors can bring to bear your special skills in ensuring that books and records are properly kept.

“Working closely with the statutory agencies responsible for fighting corruption, ICAN will no doubt assist government in its effort at fighting this national malaise,” he said.

Speaking on insecurity in the country, Buhari argued that fighting insecurity and other crimes required the collaboration and cooperation of every citizen.

He said that Nigerians had a shared responsibility to provide credible information to security agencies.

“We must preach and promote peace within our communities, hold on to the core values of honesty, probity, hard work and our neighbours’ keeper that defines us as people with esteemed values and as a nation where peace and justice reign.

PoliticsEFCC Opposes Contempt Charge Against Lai Mohammed by Wikiforum(op): 9:14pm On Oct 02, 2018
The Economic and Financial Crimes Commission (EFCC) has asked a Federal High Court in Lagos to dismiss a motion filed by a former Minister of State for Finance, Nenadi Usman, seeking to commit the Information Minister, Alhaji Lai Mohammed, to prison for alleged contempt.

Usman is standing trial alongside former Minister of Aviation Femi Fani-Kayode, a former Chairman of Association of Local Governments of Nigeria (ALGON) Yusuf Danjuma, and a company, Joint trust Dimension Ltd, over money laundering charges.

In a motion on notice brought through her lawyer, Mr Ferdinand Orbih (SAN), the former minister argued that the inclusion of her name on the looters’ list released by the Information Minister during the course of an alleged fraud case against her was contemptuous.

However, responding to the arguments on the motion, EFCC’s lawyer, Mr Rotimi Oyedepo, urged the court to decline Nenadi’s request .

Oyedepo insisted that the applicant (Nenadi) was never referred to as a looter by the information minister, arguing that what was published by some newspapers only bordered on allegations which could not be said to be prejudicial to the applicant’s case in court.

He further argued that there was no advertorial from the Ministry of Information to substantiate the claims against the information minister.

He said: “The minister of information is not a party to the criminal proceedings against the applicant; there is no evidence to show that the alleged contemnor works with the various media houses that published the alleged offensive publication.

”Besides, there were no allegations against the media houses that published the alleged offensive publication.

“There was nothing that connected the ministry of information to the motion which was taken out to annoy the prosecution; the motion is lacking in substance, it is an abuse of court’s process and should be dismissed.”

Justice Mohammed Aikawa reserved his ruling on the motion until Nov. 16.

EducationASUU Raises Alarm Over Fg’s Plan To Increase Federal Universities’ Fees by Wikiforum(op): 8:20pm On Oct 02, 2018
The Zonal coordinator of the Academic Staff Union of Universities, Ibadan Zone, Dr. Ade Adejumo, on Tuesday raised alarm over plans by the Federal Government to increase federal universities’ tuition fees.

Adejumo said this while addressing members of the Correspondents’ Chapel of the NUJ in Ibadan.

Adejumo disclosed that the leader of the government team was bent on introduction of the increased N350,000 fees.

He called on ASUU to let Nigerian know that there could be labour crisis in federal universities, if the plans is executed.

He said, “The union is again constrained to draw the attention of Nigerian public to an impending labour crisis in the Nigerian universities as a result of the insensitivity of the Nigerian government to issues critical to the survival of the educational system in Nigeria.

“It is no longer news that the renegotiation, which Minister of Education, Mallam Adamu Adamu, promised was going to last for only six weeks, has broken down.

“The union was confronted with a situation where government is bent on imposing tuition fees, beginning from N350,000, on students in the Nigerian public owned tertiary institutions.

“As to how the students will raise such money, we were told that the government will establish Education Bank, where students will access credit facilities and pay back on completion of their studies.

“The union, speaking from the background that education is the right and not privilege of every Nigerian child, made frantic efforts to make pragmatic explanations on the negative implications and the non-feasibility of this scheme to representatives of government to no avail.“

Christianity Etc#nigeriaat58: Oyedepo Reveals Nigerian Politicians That Will Die Before 2019 by Wikiforum(op): 3:59pm On Oct 01, 2018
The Presiding Bishop of the Living Faith Church Worldwide, (Winners’ Chapel), Bishop David Oyedepo, has warned leaders in government against being insensitive to the feelings and sufferings of Nigerian masses.

Oyedepo made this assertion during a special prayer session for the nation at 58.

The cleric while urging Leaders to repent and have value for the lives of citizens, said if they do not repent after this warning, they would fall down for the sake of the nation.

He said, “Those in leadership should not allow God to kick them into the forest and if they do not key into this warning of today so many of them will not live to see 2019.

“No agent of the devil will cause problems for this nation any more,” he said.

He, however, stated that Nigeria was set for a turnaround as the hidden treasures of any nation dwell in the hands of the believers.

“God has a plan for a dramatic turn around for Nigeria. The hidden treasure of any nation is in the hands of the believers.

“Nigeria shall be healed and the wounds have been cured because Nigeria is not a private business of anybody but a God’s own nation,” NAN quoted him as saying.
