Today bat sent me a mail requesting to know why I withdrew and I replied that I never did that and am still interested. So will it still affect my chances as I have already clicked the reactivation and found out today that it has now converted to its original withdraw sign. Pls guys I need some advice

When UPS mailed me an invite last year, it was sent to at least 7 people and all of us were copied! I could see other applicants' email addresses.
He may be telling the truth but we dont know yet... if you go to page 0 of this trend, you would notice that "Modandoye" didnt get the cognitive assessment and he was worried. I wonder if a company could send an invite to an applicant who skips a vital stage. Maybe he knows one insider sha!

In structured companies or Multinationals or Blue chip companies you are not taken unawares when it comes to phone interviews. So no need to get all worried and carry your phone around.
A HR personnel will call you first to agree on a time for the phone interview or you'll be mailed about it towards fixing a time for the deed.

Na wah oo, I've received neither congrats nor regrets mail after the cognitive test. And there's no f*!king way I flunked that test.

nikelviva, I've not seen any mail oo, & I feel quite confident about the cognitive test. It's like Abbeykord is the only one that got a mail after the cognitive test.
