He should summon the courage to "break up" with the other ladies. He could tell them that he no longer feels the chemistry between them, or make up a story about him relocating to another country with little or no hope of returning to the US (eg relocating to Germany).
Later, he should block the other two ladies from his social media accounts, so that they don't get to see his wedding pics online.
