Oga you are wrong...very bad advice..he needs the sponsorship letter/ Affidavit of support because someone is sponsoring him...biko no give wrong information. Pls he said his refusal is number 3, which is insufficient funds, how length of accommodation follow enter the reply for insufficient funds. Well.... I hope he gets advice from ppl that won't confuse him shaa....I come in peace.

@NDNO, you are very correct,the guy they give totally wrong information,wetin concern agbero for overload,wetin concerned length of accommodation booking with insufficient funds.somebody had already told him to increase his fund and back it up with genuine document,that is all

Having noticed that most of this victim know and encourage their own kids ,brothers ,cousin who are scammers too ...

We get happy and feel nonchalant when people we know cashout from scam but cry blood when we become victims ..

Hello everyone, so it happened that my Dad made some withdrawals at the ATM, on the last withdrawal the ATM did not dispense.l and he was debited.

Followed him to the bank to complain so the amount will be reversed.

Upon our arrival, we met a woman crying profusely. She was restless, saw three bankers on one computer trying to figure things out and another consoling her.

So it happened that she was scammed of N300,000. She said she received a call from someone who claimed to be the bank manager who asked her to provide some of her private information which she did.

Man, I felt bad for her. I was really angry inside, I hope this scammers meet their Waterloo.

So I’ve got some questions regarding this:

1) how do these scammers get the phone number and account details of people to the extent of calling them and requesting personal information.

2) can the money be recovered, if yes what process does one need to follow. This is to educate people

On a final note, please and please, don’t give your personal information to anyone who claims to be from a certain bank. Always go the bank!

l wonder how people still dey fall victim of this scammmers intrigues because informations are always been passed across through text messages,social media, on radio, television etc by the banks and people that anybody should not give out your bank details to anybody on phone,if you have any issues with your account go to the bank.

@okorrionome,regarding the appeal letter,all you have to do in the letter,is for you to act as a lawyer in a court room to defend a case with substantial reasons and back it up with documents

Please don't give up,if you have already gotten your work permit,and other necessary documents,never given up,although to get an appointment date is very tough,l believe before mid of october,the embassy will have time for the work visa applicant,because now they are more concern about the study visa.

please follow the due process by applying through online,please don't pay to any agents,it may take long time but it will surely get to your time,l believe before mid of october,after the student visa pressure has come down,they will pay attention to work visa,am feeling the same way as you do,please be calm.

@greatAbdurl,do you still have to fill another application form?To me is no,all you have to do is to defend the reason why your are denial with concrete evidence and also with proofs(documents)where necessary,they are less concern about your date of arrival in poland,that is my own point of view

Getting the appointment date was hell of a journey, He managed to get an appointment a weeks back. He entered the embassy and the lady interviewing him told him to bring his passport only to realize he had forgotten his passport back home in Warri. His passport was waybill to him through someone flying to Abuja from Warri Airport
After collecting the passport, He went back to the embassy.
They refused him entry and told him to reschedule appointment. Bad luck happens for real.

Goodmorning to all the nairalanders on this forum,@mcyomi12,at least the consular suppose give him the grace of that day to submit his passport before the closing hour of that day,afterall they do give an applicant the chance to submit additional documents,knowingfully well what the applicant went through before getting that appointment date.infact the consular no do well at all.

@remecy,when the embassy notify through your register email address,you can now show up at the embassy for the interview and submission of all the require documents,after that you will be given collection slip,which will tell you the date and time to come back for the collection of your passports and documents.

luckily,if your application form is drawn or pick for appointment date,you will be notified through your register email address written on your form

@remecy,fistly,have you gotten your work permit? because without your work permit details,you will not be able to fill out the application form online.after filling the application form with your work permit details where necessary,the embassy will now verify your work permit documents,after successful verification,they will now forward the full application online form to you through your registered email on your form.you will now fill out the form then save and print out your own copy,so the application form submit online will be the form,they will now use in a form of lottery draw to deternine those for appointment date.the draw is to hold once in a week(every saturday 11:40am - 12:50pm)

The draw for the appointment date for poland work visa is once in a week(every saturday 11:50 - 12:40)

sorry oooo,now that getting an appointment date be like when someone win bet9ja bet,someone come waste this kind oppurtunity,that is a fruitless effort, and to get another appointment date now,is by God grace

what you need to do is that you click on other then you specify by writing STUDY in the box,that's all.

sure,work permit has a validity period,but it vary like 1yr,2yrs and 3yrs,it's depend on the nature of the job,you are going there to do

Thanks for your reply. So what can she help me do as an agent and what is my part to play. I never went to the embassy for interview when she help me get my Dubai visa. So she’s saying i shouldn’t worry she will get it for me. Please I’m really sorry if I’m asking you questions that have been deliberated on before. Please can i trust her from the past because she help me get a Dubai visa before?
And moreover i have been living outside Nigeria for a long time. I closed my bank account in Nigeria for a long time. Can i open a new bank account and deposit the required money needed to be in the account to get a working visa a month before the interview. Please try and be patient and explain to me. Thanks a lot

@luck800,Mr man,please shine your eye wella,if you can take your time and go through this trend,even before you get to half number of this pages,you will definately understand,how you call apply,get your work permit,and even do the visa processsing by yourself without consulting any agent.it is not that hard but you need to be patient and focused.to me ooooooh,forget about that agent.if you determine to take the bull by the horn,believe me,you will not spend up to #500k for the whole process(flight ticket not included),then you can use the remaining #1.7m as your account balance statements of account,that you will present at the embassy as part of your documents
