Goodmorning to everyone on this platform,l just want to bring it to our notice that any mistakes we make during the time of filling/registering the full visa application form to book an appointment date can be corrected during appointment date,instead of boycotting the appointment date with the plan of re-applying for another appointment date,therefore we may find it difficult to get another appointment date.

@lk33,how do you confirmed the authenticity of your work permit?even your employer doesn't need to delay your work contract documents,immediately your work permit is out.how are you sure the work is real?

I booked "National visa other" instead of "National visa study" last 2 weeks
They gave me 30th august to come for the appointment.

Then i got to know i cannot use 'other' for "study" so i decided i dat i was going to book again in d next two weeks

I got lucky i got date and started filling. After i completed the form and saved it it said this

 "more than one form for data provided not permitted"  it was so painful. Because I've been on d portal for over 6 hours.

Pls what could have been the reason?
And pls does anyone know how to cancel visa appointment?

@humble02,what you should have done is that you should have filled the normal national visa-study and print it,then take it along with you,replace it with the one,you made mistakes on,insteading of boycotting the interview date.but to cancel the already booked appointment date maybe difficult,but let's hope and hear from others experience

This email address is very important,mostly for us with poland work permit because now embassy we need to confirm the authenticity of your work permit before you will be allowed to fill the full visa application form before given you an appointment date,so therefore if you want to confirm the authenticity of your work permit without going through your agent,your can write direct or call the voivodship office,where your work permit is issued in Poland,within 48hrs,they will surely get back to you.www.bip.gov.pl/subjects/index/7489

Goodmorning everyone on this platform@priceless200,l had same issue,when l tried to book an appointment last week,l tried more 5times but still l was receiving same respond.what l later did was that l searched for the voivodship office where my work permit was issued,it was issued in malopolska in Krakow,poland.when l got there contact address,both telephone and email address.l mailed them,even l screenshot the soft copies of my work permit to them,l know explained my problem to them,that they should help validate the documents,believe me, within 2 days,l got the replied that everything is now okay,l should go ahead and book my appointment,that was how l scale through.even if you want to confirm the authenticity of your work permit from poland,you can do the same way.the email address is www.bip.gov.pl/subjects/index/7489,incase if it 's appear in polish language translate it in english

Are we to talk of those that went for open day bank robbery in dubai, look at hush-puppy case, remember yahoo stuff in malaysia. Those who went for study in america and canada then end up doing 419 nko? What of those we de sell igbo and white-powder in china? Did u forget that naija ppl dont obtain visa to go to uk in the 80's?
UI students takes ordinary ticket to uk during vacation in old good days. Now they have spoil everything.
My advice. You better make use of opportunity now that majority of naija ppl are still qeuing in front of US embassy. I strongly believe that as time goes on, they will surely turn these hidden countries to oju-elegba.
Before you know, you just hear saying nigerians have been removed from the eligible countries that can obtain work permit in these europeans countries.(God forbid sha).

@lkman33,do you mean that you received your work permit without other supporting documents from your agent or employer in Poland? because the agent handling my own work permit process said that every documents will be sent to me altogether(work permit+other supporting documents).everything before ending of this month of August

Poland is a country located in central europe. It shares boundries with the following countries, Germany, czech republic, lithuania, ukraine, belarus and others. Poland is a member of european union. The population of poland is about 38, million. Poland has a robust and strong economy. I think it has 8th largest economy in europe. Poland is very peaceful. About 90 percent of polish population are catholic christians. You dont usually see policemen on the road. Presently, there are lots of Jobs for africans in poland.

From my own personal research, the most legal and peaceful way to enter poland now for nigerian youth is either through study and job. There are many geniue agencies based in ukraine that can process this for you without going to nigerian travelling agents that charges millions from people.
The minimum salary you can earn in poland is about 300k. Foods are very cheap in poland. Accommodation and utilities are mostly free for employees in poland. My word of encouragement to ppl on this thread is that poland rate of visa insuance to applicant is very high, compare to other embassies like uk, usa and canada embassy which is about 18 percent success rate for visitor visa applicant.
My personal opinion is this. If one tries to get poland visa now and have access to enter about other 35 countries in europe including germany and ireland once you get poland residence permit.

Please make sure you concentrate all your effort in getting to poland than just wasting your money in other high level embasies where ur chances of getting visa is 50/50. (Lottery).

It seems you are saying that poland is not beautiful? Poland is beautiful just like any other great countries in europe. The average cost of transport from gdansk, a port city in poland to germany throgh either ship, bus or train is about $50. Also, if you want to know more about beauty of poland, just go to u-tube and type "joy salve video" or "awhobiwon abu video" then, you will be surprised about the beauty of poland.

Some ppl have been on this thread before us and now, they are all in poland so therefore, i think what we need to do is to build on the good works they left behind in order for us to get there also.

What is the purpose of spending such an amount of money in $ and being refused visa at the end of the day? God fordid. A single timely infor can save anyone from being refused. Therefore, we need to team-up and shun unneccessary conversation. That is my advise for everyone.
God in his mercy will make each and everyone one of us meet each other face to face in poland very soon and our coming here on the thread will not be in vain in Jesus name. Amen.

Writing avidavid that you will come back is like telling somebody who is suspecting you to be a potential thief(God forbid) that noo, am not a thief oo, without asking you any question in the first place.
My advice, let all your documents or proofs "POINT BACK HOME". Just go through what i just wrote to omowunmi then you will get my point.
For example, as she is going to poland, she is leaving her little daughter and husband that suppose to be enjoying her back here in nigeria, grandma is also coming from village to stay wt the husband and be taking care of her little child.
Therefore, the consular believes that when omowunmi received a phone call that her child is sick, then she is definitely coming back to take care of the child. Beside, her husband will also be disturbing her to come home once in a while. Also, may God elongate the grandma's lifespan, should in case grandma dies at anytime, the consular believes that omowunmi will definitely leaves her job to come down home.
You may also proove that you are the surety of your parents vast properties and wealth. So all these things point back home.
The consulars are psychologist, so you need to also engage them psychologically.
Put it in your mind that no country issues visa by begging or pity. the only condition to get visa is to proof that you are economically and socially viable in your country

yes,they will retain all the originals documents for period of two weeks for verification and confirmation.everything will be given back to you after two weeks together with your passport except your bank statements of account will be retained

Because you are going for 1yr employment, you need to do 1yr travel insurance.
Also as per flight, you need to book to and fro. The implication is that you are telling the consular that you are coming back to your fatherland on completion of ur job. The consular will think you not coming back if you book one way and definitely refuse you.
You may now decide to pay for one way only after getting your visa. That is wisdom.
Also, based on past report from ppl that got work visa, i dont think it is needed but getting it as part of ur application will increase your chances of getting the visa.
I think it is just #7,500 now at alagbon close.
