If you’ve been feeding your baby only pap, you need to introduce other foods quickly before they get used to only pap and find it difficult to accept other foods.

For me, I never gave my child pap. From 6 months, I started giving her single purées like banana, green peas, oat, rice, avocado, carrot, sweet potato, apples, etc. At 7 months, I started combining 2-3 foods in purées like avocado & banana, sweet potato & fish, oatmeal and peanut butter an also introduced other fruits and foods like yogurt, pineapple, strawberry, pawpaw, plantain, etc.

By 9 months, she was eating normal food with us including swallow, except that it’s mashed for easy swallowing but not puréed. By the time she clocked 1, she was a pro in eating anything and everything.

Please ma did you mix the puree with their formula or can I do that?

How often did u feed in a day(six month) also quantity

Please experienced mothers, I did a scan at 36 weeks and baby's weight is 2.4kg, is this okay or it's going to be a very small baby and is there any consequence to that?

First, if you are not business inclined, DON'T do any business, just stick to your job. But if you are business inclined, travel round, make thorough investigations (if possible, do boy-boy [internship] in the business market), then invest in the business. (I'll advise food or electronic business sha)

Second, avoid investing any amount in naira in any financial institution in Nigeria because naira loses value super fast these days of Buhari. Instead, you may invest your brother's 6m in buying US Dollars, Euros, British Pounds, and Chinese Yuan because these are stable currencies that doesn't lose value sharply like naira does. You can do this ONLY through a Nigerian bank. NEVER visit a bureau de change cuz they may give you fake or expired currencies (Yes, currencies do expire, especially Western currencies). Open the different accounts and keep the currencies in them.
Or you could buy solid minerals like gold, diamonds, etc and keep them WITH your bank. You may ask your bank for advise about this. But NEVER hold any currency investment in Naira, or any other unstable currency.

Third, IF (and only if) you have interest in migration, and age is on your side, you can migrate to any economically growing Western country (North America or Western Europe). With 8m, you should migrate now before naira falls further. You can go further studies or for migration proper.

Please how can one carry out this exchange I.e converting your naira to dollar in the bank, was told you only get forex from bank if you receive money transfer (western union etc.)

Was also worried then too but I got pregnant and it didn't take me this long that's why am worried now because this is almost 2 years we have been trying.

I didn't have any period after delivery of my previous child till I stopped breastfeeding which was 1 year and 2 months of breastfeeding.

Exactly a month I stopped breastfeeding, period came and it was light as well.

I'm as worried as you too because I have also lights menstural period(2 days) and been TTC.

Hello, am a silent reader but here is my concern

We have been trying to have another child for 2 years no, done all necessary check, I and hubby, including the Almighty HSG and both tubes are patent.

Our gynae said everything is alright and sees no reason we shouldn't have conceived,

I do track ovulation with an app and I also do have ovulation pain, so we do make love the week following ovulation, atimes on ovulation day even with the pain and after ovulation but yet nothing.

I will appreciate if Mamas and Papas here can give any advice.

Also, my period is for 2 to 3 days and very light, even my pad which is the regular for normal flow doesn't get so filled up, not sure if this is a concern.
