if you fail to get any valid breakout before 11 am Nigerian time close your Lappy.that's where MM comes in.Look for another valid signal the next trading day.

This system was mainly for Newbie in Forex and BOM Trader.I think is very simple enough to start with and also to build their hard earned money from BOM if they can strictly follow the principle and maintain to trade only one Pairs (GBP/USD). accentuate: The above 1 Hr chart is the High and low of today on GU between 7am-8am Nigerian Time after the 2 Horizontal lines we change the time frame to 5 Minutes.and watch for the whole 5 minutes candle to close outside the tunnel which will provide a signal for us.

Further to the Illustration on GBP/USD Chart, find attached the breakout of the tunnel on 5m tf and a doji completely close outside the tunnel. my entry point is a candle following the doji.

noriega: everything there is basic forex principle, the one reason why we fail in trading is because we see it as being complex and secondly emotions (Even as good as i might be i still get carried away sometimes). but if you can see trading as a simple affair then you would start learning.

We learn how to make money in Forex, and not Forex itself. That is why we keep jumping from one system to another and to another. all systems and indicators are based on financial principle.

what @maga1 posted is simple support and resistance, a lil pivot into it. Stop looking at indicators, look at the principle. @sunwalk indicators or system are basic moving averages. all these are fundamental trading principles that big time traders use to make hundreds of millions each year. They are all in your MT4, like i always say there is no silver bullet in Forex nor binary. everything is there staring at you.

caesaraba: Do a local search on meritdee's refined boss mode. It's level of accuracy is quite high. 1 hr TF. Or you could just search meritdee and go through his previous posts.

Also, rozayx5’s VSD signal indicator works very well on 15 - 30 mins T.F on GBP/USD. It's more potent if you combine it with support and resistance lines. The S/R lines filter out the few wrong signals. That is, when you get a signal to call or put, but the signal came on a candle that is testing a very strong support or resistance, you'll just ignore the signal. Most times, you'll discover that even though you got a signal to call/put, the S/R could not be broken and the candle will close against that particular signal. Any other signal generated apart from the above scenario is really potent. (Sorry, I no know if I explain am well).

I'm not really a fan of very short TFs sha.

If you learn a little bit of price action, support and resistance (pivot points), and then combine it with any medium to long TF trading when there's no news, you'll get 98 percent accuracy. All you need is 1 pip to win in B.O and if you can spot a trend, place a trade at a very good entry point and reasonable duration, price will have the time to do all it's shakara, settle down and then move in the direction of the trend. Wether na 100 pips o or 5 pips o, your trade don win. That way, when you lose a bet, you'll not be blaming your system or having doubts cos you'll know that you did everything right but the Market decided to do otherwise, then take your loss and move on. Peace of mind. I hope I made small sense in all d jargon I wrote sha. Sleep don show.

caesaraba: I agree. However, teaching a man to fish would really be better if done on a thread dedicated strictly to that. A lot of the strategies ( mostly longer T.F's) posted on early seasons of this thread are far more stable than what's been bandied around here lately. (That's why you won't see any of the old monikers saying "send it to my mail pls." It would be nice to see alerts on this thread, and then all the other stuff on a research thread. A whole lot of people would have been deep in profit if they took fewer trades, traded longer time frames and had realistic targets. The reason a lot of folks are looking for strategies that generate 20 signals in 1 hour is because they wanna double account sizes as fast as possible. Translation, taking as many trades as possible anytime they open their charts. Hard fact is, between bad network, inexperience and greed, the more trades you take fast fast (shorter TF's), the more the margin for error increases.

An advantage of longer TF alerts is that you could see an alert probably on a pair you weren't looking at or when you are away from your system, yet still have the time to open your charts, see if your system agrees with the alert and take the trade or do otherwise.

Ps, before you go trashing my statement on taking longer TF trades, some of us are living testimonies to trading that way and its been real good since. It's just painful to see people spending so much energy chasing systems in the mist of plenty which are very much available on this rich thread, instead of using that time to master a few and actually trade.

sunwalk: as far as your experience might have been. this has been my system. i passed it on for those who wants to see how i make mine. and pls before you go on advising me, this method works for me.

the chart is there for you to understand. remember that i trade on only one currency pair. thats why. in a single currency, i stick to it till am done trading. no matter how bad the market may be, as far as the signal is concerned, you can ever have more than 3 lossing signal in a row.
