Your post on people complaining about how others choose to govern themselves I think is for another thread as no complaints of such has been made... it's as simple as.. I don't like this- I can't handle/take it- so I want to stay away, what is wrong in it?

It means ,if you did not see your name on such list,you are free to go register....

Huh? In Uniport, all names on their list are pasted for cross checking, if you have errors or are omitted you apply for correction or inclusion while if you don't have any you can go home and pray and wait

Your school sends the list for mobilization, so get to your school's students affairs unit and do that soonest.

Pls guys, i need some clerification. A friend of mine will b 30 by Nov dis year, but he is planning to go for youth service next year March. Will he still be eligible base on the age? I hear that the age bracket must not be more than 30yrs.

Has he graduated? If yes when? Has his results been approved by his school's senate. If all of this is yes then he can make NYSC in march as he wishes even if he wants to do it in two years time.. so long as he was captured by his school/NYSC unit before November

[b]GUIDELINES FOR MOBILIZATION OF GRADUATES INTO NATIONAL SERVICE

As part of efforts aimed at ensuring that only eligible graduates who pass through duly accredited full time courses are mobilized for participation in the National Youth Service Corps, the NYSC Management is collaborating with relevant regulatory bodies of the respective Corps Producing Institutions (CPIs) – the National Universities Commission (NUC) for Universities and degree awarding institutions and the National Board for Technical Education (NBTE) for Mono/Polytechnics as well as the entry admission examination body- Joint Admissions and Matriculation Board (JAMB).
Accordingly, the data of all prospective corps members as submitted for mobilization by their respective institutions, are subjected to screening for conformity with the requirements of these regulatory/examination bodies. In this regard, all prospective corps members whose admissions are not known to JAMB will be deemed to be improperly admitted. The admission status of such students will require the affected CPIs to regularise same with JAMB.
Similarly, all Corps Producing Institutions (CPIs) have been advised to abide by the extant admission quota approved by the NUC and NBTE respectively in making submission for mobilization. Any submission in excess of quotas approved will not be accepted. Graduates of courses not duly accredited by these regulatory bodies will not be mobilized for service.
It should be stated, for emphasis, that the regularization of admissions with JAMB is the duty of the Corps Producing Institutions (CPIs), just as the confirmation of approved admission quota for each course and the determination of their accreditation status is the prerogative of the regulatory bodies – NUC and NBTE
It is imperative to state that the NYSC will not act as a liaison office between the Corps Producing Institutions (CPIs) and these regulatory/examination bodies. This much had earlier been brought to the notice of CPIs at the last Pre-Mobilization Workshop held in Ilorin, Kwara State on Thursday 16th January, 2013. Corps Producing Institutions which are unable to conclude the regularization exercise during the 2013 Batch ‘A’ service year could still be considered in subsequent Batches when the outstanding issues would have been resolved by the institution.
It has become expedient to bring this information to the attention of the general public for necessary guidance.

From NYSC site... might not have been updated though but I did do mine in school through the Unit asigned, then later to the cafe for the biometric inputs... if your school ain't doing the regularization or you are far from it then try doing it online but ensure that reg number get to your school on time. if you are not sure yours requires regularizing call the numbers someone (I think omitoogun) pasted earlier.

In my opinion, his idea of serving same place ain't cool except he already has a job he desires not to miss else he should get to know places outside his home town, that's education too. As for his chances of serving in same state it is going to be more difficult now (I heard the new program takes away your state of residence, school and origin... I only heard o)... so give or take its less than one % chance... but again this is Nigeria

In Nigeria everything is possible... jt depends on who you are or know... maybe you belong to buhari's family, the DG's or you know a hacker that can hack and edit your posting or at least an insider..

Yap he has got quite some holes to fill in his story (cant start mentioning them b'cos......) nonetheless he is still one of the best up there.

I was of the opinion that the sage helped them draw out their inner chakra and not giving it to them until i read through this again (though i still feel there is such a connection- like there should be an inbuilt chakra so to say in everyone that they couldnt tap then until his helped out)
Come to think of it, the spreading chakra stuff does make sense else why would the god_tree go after everyone in attempt to take back IT'S chakra

The second row shows madara talk about the sage spreading chakra, then do look at the next row carefuly that drawing shows something about the sage and chakra conections/network

Actually i did check and madara talked about " the chakra spread by Rikudou....." (Manga 665, page 7... Depending on what translation you are using).. Sorry i cant copy it here maybe someone can help me.. Thanks

Maybe I can offer something( depends on how you see it).

Chakra is a fusion of physical and 'spiritual' powers according to Sakura (probably taught in their school), so I guess everyone has some bit of it unused somewhere.

Thing is, Kaguya was probably the first person to use it and that confuses a bit, as she started using it after eating of the fruit.

What I think is this: the chakra fruit may have probably 'opened' her eyes to the power in addition to the crazy amount of chakra it must have given her. Probably the Sage realised this and taught others on how to fuse their spiritual powers together ( his original reason for ninshu) but then someone by accident learnt how to fuse spiritual energy with the physical energy and then started using Ninshu in war, thereby making it ninjutsu.

Evidence that suggest that people probably could make chakra before Kaguya's time ; Gai and Lee can hardly do Ninjutsu despite been ninjas and having the ability to release huge amounts of chakra ( by opening gates). Also the Samurai uses chakra without using Ninjutsu.

In essence, Kaguya may have been the mother of ninjas but since Samurai also used Chakra, she may not have been the only person to have chakra to use, making the Sage teachings a bit more possible. Think about it.

Plausible- i think this will have quite less questions compared to the sage giving chakra to others and or others inheriting chakra form kaguya and sons. So the fruit must have acted as a catalyst ( to activate what was in her) and a sourse of more chakra to her.
