We are seeking a proactive and reliable IT Help Desk Support Officer to join our team.

📍 Location:

Ikoyi, Lagos

🧾 Job Summary:

The ideal candidate will provide first-level technical support to staff, troubleshoot IT-related issues, and ensure smooth day-to-day IT operations.

✅ Requirements:

Minimum of 2 years experience in IT Support / Help Desk role

Basic IT knowledge (hardware, software, networking, troubleshooting)

Good understanding of:

Computer systems

Printers & basic peripherals

Windows OS & common applications

Basic network support


Strong problem-solving skills

Good communication and user support skills

Ability to respond promptly to IT issues


🎯 Key Responsibilities:

Provide technical support to users

Troubleshoot hardware & software issues

Install and configure systems

Support basic network connectivity issues

Maintain IT equipment and ensure functionality

Escalate complex issues when necessary


👤 Preferred Candidate:

Organized and dependable

Customer-service oriented

Able to work independently
