If subsidy was removed in 2011, we will be buying petrol at over N2000 per litre by now, with the naira falling to over 2000 to the dollar. Dangote built and completed his refinery when subsidy was in operation. OK, since subsidy was removed exactly 3 years ago, how many people have invested in refineries?

Competition ke, Which Competition? It's all manipulation. Prices of manufactured products don't respond elastically to price of raw materials. Raw materials take months to get to the site. The crude oil used by dangote are those in storage, and have to be replaced.

The Referee is the one that decides at what point to declare a WALK-OUT.
It is not automatic.

Sadio Mane stayed back urging his players to return, so the Referee decided that their PROTEST did not get to the point to declare a WALK-OUT.
That's his decision & it is supposed to be final.

If he had declared a WALK-OUT, & the match awarded to Morocco, it would have ruined the competition. So I don't even blame him.

It's just because Morocco eventually lost the match that they are causing wahala.
There would have been no issues if they had scored & won in extra time.

So CAF awarding the Cup to Morocco was wrong.
What they should have done is to sanction the Referee if they believe he erred in not declaring a WALK-OUT.
&Also fine/sanction Senegal for leaving the pitch.

The Result stands & CAF sanctions Senegal.

These are all ON-FIELD Decisions by the Referee & are considered FINAL.

Look, CAF's ruling was biased & possibly influenced by Morocco.
I bet you, CAS will overrule the award of the Trophy to Morocco. &Senegal will rightly be Fined/Sanctioned.

Maybe we should revisit Argentina winning of the 1982 World Cup and declared match between Argentina and England illegal, because Maradona scored an illegal goal with his hand, and the referee allowed the goal. Exactly. Final decision to continue the match, rest with the referee. Since the referee decided to continue the match, CAF cannot now cancel the match that was played and decided after 2 months. It just does not make sense. It is implying that football administrators can now decide the outcome of matches independent of the results declared by referees on the pitch.

Common sense cannot just fathom the sanity in taking the trophy from the team that won on the pitch and match-day, and giving it to the loser, even when the match was actually played till the final whistle of the official last minute of the game.

CAF cannot cancel football match that had already been declared by the referee on match day. Referee's decisions are final. CAF can only punish players, officials and the referee, for misconduct on the pitch.
