I guess he did it for apc cos looking at the ballot paper,you'd notice the thumb print is up and Apc usually has its logo up on the ballot sheet. Pdp's logo is further down the sheet.

In other words lagos should refund the federal govt with interest all the money it invested in making lagos the capital. Then they can pick a state in the east and invest the money .
